• Jane (1/5): Avoid very dirty - It was awful. No reception staff. The challet was very dirty Avoid the challet we booked was awful. The living area looked clean upon arrival. But everything else was very dirty. The quilts. Left on the beds that lookd like they have not been changed. The quilts had massive yellow and brown stains on them i wouldnt sleep on the beds after traveling from.england and arruving late me and my kids had to sleep on the couch with no blankets. There was nobody to soeak to for help. I had to dissinfect the full challet. The toilet had a toilet brush with sh%@t on it. The shower room door didnt shut.
• Veli Stefan (4/5): Wenn man keinen Schlaf findet , ist es auch kein Erholsamer Urlaub! - Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen und es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. In der Küche ist alles was man braucht. Bad ist in Ordnung, WC etwas sehr eng. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele. Die Möbel sind schon älter und recht abgewohnt. Das Bett ist eine Katastrophe, zu klein und zu kurz und die Matratze ist bis auf die Federn durchgelegen (wovon der Vermieter laut ihm zum ersten mal hört, was aber schon andere hier negativ bewertet hatten) und leider auch sehr fleckig! Wir haben den Urlaub daher 2 Tage früher abgebrochen und sind sehr Enttäuscht. Vom Vermieter kam kein entgegegkommen!
• Andrea (7/5): We enjoyed our stay and would use again if the cleaning and matress was changed - The property is well located to the shops tram. The overall property is lovely in a quiet campsite Downside to the property was the lack of cleaning b4 arrival,owner offered to rectify and cleaner called to fix.we was out enjoying holiday I cleaned it myself. Double bed very hard mattress .could do with renewing plates etc coffee machine temperamental. We took our own bedding although there was duvet and pillows you will need double duvet and single covers I left the double duvet sheet hopefully gets washed and will be able to use for next guests
• Robin (7/5): - mooi en rustig gelegen werd ook mooi altijd gas verzorgd krijg totaal geen duidelijkheid of het mogelijk is om een factuur te krijgen. accomedatie zegt dat booking hiervoor zorgt en booking zegt dat accomedatie hier voor zorgd. wel jammer

• Tony Tilton (6/5): The property is not worth for the price paid, very unclean. - Property’s location, garden, parking. Property was not cleaned, bins were not emptied, fridge was unclean with leftover food, floor was not vacuumed or mopped, furnitures were not cleaned, terrible wifi.
• Daniel (6/5): take your own bed linen and towels... - the site is great and the accomodation is clean, spacious and comfortable. food place just off site was handy. the site staff were friendly and helpful, however they have nothing to do with the actual rental cottage. location was good, easy to find and off road parking. it could have been a lot better though with more information upfront. communication was poor, on arrival I had to contact ring / message for key codes, this could have been given in advance or at least advised this was the case. arriving in a foreign country trying to get into a pre booked accomodation should be much simpler. No towels at all and no bed linen meant on top of already expensive stay had to purchase these. Too overpriced for what you get.

• Kirill (1/5): Unable to get a key during the whole evening. Terrible experience. - I would not recommend this property to anyone. Terrible experience. We arrived around 5pm and could not get into the property. Owner did not respond. No keys, no any information provided. We almost end up on finding another place when the owner finally send us a message with a code allowing to get a key. No any apologies from her side. Luckily all end up successful, but we spent 3 hours in trying to get a solution which could be easily avoided if the owner would not be such unprofessional. There are many other locations around I would not recommend anyone to book this place.
• András (9/5): great - It is amazing clean and well equipped place, close to the station of Heist. It could be indicated that there is no towel / bedlinen.
