- Samantha (10/5): The perfect house 40 mins from the Prom and with a lovely aspect view out the back! - This was a great little stay - a lovely home in a suburban street, which backs onto a big paddock - we thought that it was a little more isolated and based more in the wilderness, but it's a lovely aspect sitting out on the back deck overlooking a big paddock with cows and lots of grass and greenery. The house has everything you need. It's a great home, clean fresh linen, all the kitchen appliances and cooking/crockery/cutlery things you need, a big massive smart TV with all the channels you need including netflix and amazon, along with a working kitchen & laundry, and a big comfy bed, fireplace & heating, strong wifi, a great bathroom, lots of space for luggage, carparking, and even a BBQ if you need. The house is fantastic and was great for the two of us - but we most loved sitting out on the back deck getting some sun and watching the cows and having a wine in the afternoons. No complaints from us at all...... the house is a 15 min drive to Fish Creek and 25 mins drive to Foster and 40 mins drive to the Prom with a local shop nearby in walking distance ( 2 mins drive) and the big surf beach about a 10 mins walk from the property. It's private and comfy and so good for a break from the city. This was a great stay and we'd love to return! The only thing was that the fireplace wasn't cleaned out from the previous people, so we had to do that ourselves, which was fine, but it would have been nice to be clean upon our arrival. You also have to bring/buy/find your own wood to take to burn in their fireplace, which ended up not being an issue as most petrol stations sell wood for $16 for kindling and $23 for wood to burn on the drive up from Melb. Fish Creek Petrol station also sells wood if you run out. It was lovely to have a crackling fire when the nights get cold.
- Takehiko (10/5): - We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at your place in Sandy Point. The natural surroundings and the beautiful beach nearby were absolutely stunning and made our stay very special.
We were also delighted to see a mother koala and her baby near the eucalyptus tree in the evening and again the next morning – such an unforgettable wildlife moment.
The location is also perfect for visiting Wilsons Prom. Thank you for sharing such a lovely place with us. We would love to come back again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Everything was perfect. We had a wonderful stay.

- Donna (8/5): I felt warmth, comfort and welcomed, was able to completely relax - Warm, cozy, comfortable, neat, tidy, relaxing and fad everything you’d need It was extremely windy (you can’t fix that) but a tree branch scraped on the roof/wall the entire night
- Valerie (10/5): Perfect house for enjoying both the beach and wildlife at Wilson’s Prom. - We loved the view, the big windows, the tasteful interior, the comfortable beds and the koalas in the trees outside.
- Mo (8/5): -
- ZEYUAN (10/5): - The place was absolutely bonza, so cosy and well set-up with everything we needed. Loved the peaceful bush setting, and being so close to Wilsons Prom made it dead easy to get there.Although we arrived early, Jamie kindly let us store our luggage, which saved us a lot of trouble. Nothing
- Maria (9/5): Perfect escape close to Wilson’s Prom - Really well appointed and had everything that a traveller needed.
- Kizzie (10/5): Great place to stay and a handy location - Beautiful place to stay, can hear the koalas at night! Very comfortable and with the cooler temps the hot shower and heated blanket was appreciated! Great location for Wilson’s Prom visit. N/A
- Peter (10/5): - Lovely, comfortable house in a nice neighborhood. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable. The walking trails and beach in Sandy Point were great, and it was an easy drive to Wilson’s Promontory, which is spectacular. We saw kangaroos, wombats, emus and lots of fabulous birds in addition to great scenery and hiking trails.
- Raphael (9/5): Wonderful! - Spacious and cozy place
- ROBERTO (10/5): - Semplicemente fantastico.
- Bronty (10/5): Room was clean and cosy, had everything we need, koala was a big bonus Best stay ever ! - Koala was just in the front yard Nothing
- Murielle (10/5): -

- Xinyu (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect holiday stay, my friend and I love it. The interior design is good, like the wood and warm lighting. There's an electric blanket on the bed, so it won't be cold on winter nights.
- Yue (9/5): Superb -
- Chanoknan (9/5): Superb -
- Amanda (9/5): we loved the house and Prom coast. this was a highlight of our 10 day coastal trip between Syd and Melb - The house was simple yet stylish, peaceful and super comfortable. It was very welcoming! We also loved its position overlooking farmland. absolutely nothing!
- Elizabeth (10/5): Slept right besides the birds - We loved that the kitchen was fully decked out and had everything that we could ever need to cook or even grill on the BBQ. Beautiful connection between this property and nature. I felt that I fell asleep in the bush. Fairly far away from Wilson's Prom. About a 45 minute drive, however Sandy Point beach was amazing! There also only a general store nearby for groceries which wasn't really stocked up with much supplies. So I would recommend getting your groceries elsewhere before arriving at the property.
- Clodie (10/5): Homey Sandy Point stay - We loved our stay at Prom Coast Oasis and ended up extending it by one night!
The place is really nice and cosy and we felt at home right away.
I would 100% recommend staying there if you are in the area!
- Jenny (10/5): Exceptional -
- Leanne (10/5): Exceptional - Very well set up. Comfortable and cost. Everything was fine.
- Rajesh (7/5): Ok - Overall facilities and TV. Cleanliness
- Bianca (10/5): Wonderful relaxed beach holiday ! - Sandy Point is such a beautiful and relaxed spot south of Melbourne and this holiday unit is just perfect for a quiet getaway with your whole family. The two bedrooms offer beautiful views of the small garden with all it's wildlife (parrots, cockatoos, etc.) and very comfortable beds.
There's also a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy livingroom with fireplace and candles.
You can have a barbecue at the veranda at sunset and hang your beachtowels on the clothline outside.
The beautiful beach is just a short walk away from your dorstep.
The best part of our stay here was the encounter of a koala sitting in a tree of the frontyard in the morning 😀. It's good to know that you have to bring your own drinking water in large ammounts as all houses have to collect rainwater as warersupply .
- Matt (9/5): Superb -
- Adrian (9/5): Superb -
- Ricki (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elysse (10/5): Lovely stay, 10/10 - Lovely little house with a wonderful host making us feel very welcome N/A as everything was amazing
- Bhavik (9/5): Superb -
- Nusrat (9/5): Cozy and comfortable - Fully furnished unit. Cozy and comfortable. There is a general store close by which we didn’t go to. Foster is a town 25min drive away. We missed the message which mentioned to be prepared for supplies
- Prakid (9/5): Superb - It is a bit far from wilson prom 45 min drive to visitors center
The town it is in is very small, no restaurant, only have 1 very small convenient store
- Rebecca (9/5): Superb -
- Lilian (10/5): Relaxing - Beautiful home Nothing
- Kearrin (9/5): A great place to relax. - The location is great and the view from the house windows is beautiful. The fireplace also adds some warmth and charm Pre-stocked kindling for the fire would be helpful as its hard to find dry kindling outside.
- Fiona (10/5): When we arrived the home was so warm and welcoming. Lights and heating were on with welcoming music. - Lovely home well fitted with thoughtful touches. Beds were amazing. The TV was a good size but no live tv to watch Wimbledon or The Tour de France. Instruction would have been useful.
- Tanja (10/5): Exceptional - First impresion upon arrival was great. Loved the location how quite it is and relaxing. House is really welcoming and presentable.
Loved how beds were comfortable.
- Mohammad (7/5): Good - Fire place , the back yard Pillows
- Emily (8/5): Very good -
- Kamalpreet (7/5): Cozy and convenient house - Location Cleaning
- Heidi (9/5): Thanks so much for showing us the koala who lives in the tree on the property! -
- Jennifer (10/5): Truly wonderful! - Jamie and Judy were great! Very fast with communication and so very helpful!
- Ava (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gaynor (9/5): Super comfortable and peacful stay not far from the beach or coffee! - We absolutely loved our stay here! Judy, Jamie (and Bob!) were fantastic hosts—super responsive and incredibly friendly. If we return, we will definitely choose to stay here again. The place was immaculate, with crisp sheets, clean towels, and an extra touch of body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. It's just a short walk to the beach and coffee shops, which was very convenient. Judy kindly sourced a small Nespresso coffee machine, which was a godsend. I'm a cook, so some more utensils would have been handy, as would an additional frying pan/Wok and maybe a roasting tray.
- Heiko (10/5): Exceptional - Unfortunately we only spent one night in Judy's very nice apartment. Everything was great, we really enjoyed it. We would love to come back. As a farewell we had a koala right in front of the house.
- Natalie (9/5): Thank you for a great stay - The property was in a great location just a short walk to the beach and with great countryside views. It was comfortable and had everything you needed for a great stay
- Julie (10/5): hosts beautiful - no breakfast?? i have a credit on booking.com and i couldnt apply it to this booking
- Jean (10/5): Highly recommended - Very cosy house. The interior was very homey, we loved the place. The hosts communicated to us that we should shop beforehand due to limited grocery supplies around the area. Highly recommended when going to Wilsons Prom or even just staying at the beach nearby.
- Laura (10/5): Great holiday home - Judy makes you feel so welcome and keep an eye out for a koala in the garden! - Had a Koala in the front garden when we woke up - so lovely to see one in the wild!
- Vincent (9/5): Charming house well located - The house was beautiful, full of light and nice furniture. Matrasses were comfy. It was also very clean. The terrass at the back with view on the fields is charming. We would have loved to stay more. Only a few details like wrong coffee pods for the coffee machine and having a big pot for cooking would be nice (we were only 3 so we managed) but the owner already confirmed he was gonna fix this. The only really sad thing is that we didnt get to meet the owners as the keys were in one of those lockboxes..and we like to have a chat with the locals when we travel around.
- Hartmut (10/5): Perfect stay for the night of my birthday! - Alles! All very Fine! Really nice! Nothing!
- Hilary (9/5): Delightful, lovely property, lovely peaceful scenery, great location next to beautiful beach - Location beautiful
- Raymond (10/5): Absolutely peaceful, well worth the trip. - This place was so clean and so inviting as we first stepped in. The set up was amazing and the views from the backyard with all the live stock around were also amazing! Can’t fault it!
- George (7/5): Good -
- Peter (9/5): Superb -
- Joel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Xiang (9/5): Great place to go. So impressive this trip! - Nice, quiet, comfortable rooms with convenient location. Great communication with host prior to travel.
Functional appliances with air-conditional, hot water system, well renovated bathroom and most comfortable bed I have ever slept in travelling.
Excited to find a koala in front yard tree before departure, which gave us a happy ending for this trip. Sandy point is definitely a good place to go and this house is definitely worth or even exceeding for its value. Personally recommend more mosquito spray to be provided.
- Albert (4/5): Disappointing - The location and the environment was great! The house was not clean enough (spiderwebs everywhere, dirty kitchen utilities), very old kitchen utilities, not basic services such as napkins or dishcloth.
- Ankit (9/5): Superb -
- Thomas (10/5): A Perfect Location for Families or couples! We can fully recommend to stay in this besutiful House in Sandy Point! - We had Perfect days in a wonderful House. The Interieur is beautiful and terrace on the backside offers a Beautiful view to landscape. Two days we had a Kaola Family with a Baby in the trees in the garden. It was an Amazone experience we had in this accomodation, offering some days of Rest on our tour allong the Eastcoast. Everything was Perfect!
- Zohreh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Simona (9/5): Superb - The place is quiet, relaxing, and well furnished. The beds are comfortable and the main bedroom is spacious. We found a koala hanging out on a tree in the front yard, and that was the highlight of our trip.
- Dongling (8/5): Very good -
