- Antonio M. (9/5): Vacaciones en Roma (mini) - La atención de Alfredo fue superior, nos esperó hasta que llegamos, aunque el avión tuvo un retraso de más de dos horas. Nos explicó todo, incluso nos había guardado un lugar para aparcar cerca del apartamento. Todo un detalle. El apartamento está situado a 8 minutos a pié de dos paradas de metro (Tiburtina y Bologna), que utilizamos para llegar al centro de Roma y visitar todos los monumentos. En muy buen estado y limpio. Las tres habitaciones muy cómodas y luminosas. Los dos baños completos, muy acertados, y con productos de aseo. El apartamento dispone de una pequeña terraza, y el salón es amplio y cómodo. La cocina perfectamente equipada. Todo como aparece en la descripción y fotos. Estuvimos genial. Sólo, y como aspecto a mejorar, diría que la comodidad de los sofás del salón, se debería retapizar con espuma de alta densidad, pues te hundes un poco. Ah! y echamos a faltar una tostadora de pan (costumbre española, supongo).

Tanto Booking como el dueño dijeron que no estaba incluido pese a que la confirmación de la reserva lo indicaba. No hay pava eléctrica. Los pisos de los balcones estaban sucios.

- Marta (10/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo miłe przyjęcie i zakwaterowanie, przestronne pokoje, wyposażenie na każdą okoliczność - od suszarki po kapsułki do ekspresu :) Życzliwość właściciela bardzo ułatwiła nam sytuację ostatniego dnia - nie musieliśmy koczować na lotnisku, bo mogliśmy zostać do 13:00 zamiast 9:00. Jeśli wrócić do Rzymu, to zakwaterowanie tylko tutaj :) Brak czajnika elektrycznego (był za to ekspres kapsułkowy)

- Marcin (9/5): Superb - A really nice 3 bedroom appartment in a nice district, and close to a metro station. Supermarkets and one of Rome's biggest train stations very close by.
- Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Very good apartment equipped with everything you need for the comfortable stay. Conveniently located within 10 minutes' walk distance to the metro stations. Good supermarket is 200 meters from the apartment. Host is very pleasant, speaks no English but we easily communicated through the Google translate. The check out time is 9am which is a bit early.

Comfortable bathtub, all amenities in working order. Friendly owner. Doorlock handled via app. Very clean apt. You can sometimes hear voices from upstairs.

- Swathi (10/5): Excellent property - The apartment was really great. It was spacious and has all the facilities listed. Everything was communicated well in advance with us. The check in and checkout was really smooth. It would have been great if the kitchen had some salt and pepper.
- Gábor (7/5): Good value for money! :) - Nice neighbourhood. Local shop is close. Colosseum is 25 mins away by underground. Good local restaurants, safe area. Flat is big, beds are comfortable. Modern lock on the door, no need to carry a key. The host (husband) was very helpful, and gave good recommendations regarding restaurants. Host did reply promptly for messages. Water in the bathroom changed its temperature during usage. There is two bathrooms, so we tried to use only one at a time, but did not solve the issue. The toilet seats were moving in both bathrooms. Kitchen could have been more equipped. There were no kettle, no salt or pepper shaker, no sugar.
