- Rovits (9/5): - We appreciated how quickly the host responded to my questions. Overall, we enjoyed my stay and appreciated the convenient location, good view fronting Dockland - Marvel Stadium. Everything else was exactly as described. The only concern was the parking — it’s located right after the ramp and the space is quite small, especially since I had a ute. I’m not sure if this is the only parking available for the apartment. I was just surprised by how small the parking space was, and having a ute made it quite challenging, particularly being next to the ramp and if a car happens to be coming up behind you.

- Michelle (10/5): - Fantastic views, easy to walk to many places . Safe parking. Very clean everything in its place and a place for everything. Host gave Fantastic instructions and was easy to communicate with.

The kids loved it and especially loved the pool :) Could do with a TV in the main bedroom and blackout curtains but apart from that was a great place to stay.

- Manoj (4/5): My worst holiday booking. The couple of reviews on booking.com were bad. I had reached out prior check in to highlight t - Location was good. Apartment was dirty and awful customer service. The linen was dirty and smelling. When we checked in the clothes dryer was full and a full load of clothes dumped in the washing machine. The Oven wasn’t cleaned properly. Despite lodging a complaint no one came to clean or replace the linen. No iron in the room which I had to buy and claim. Parking wasn’t provided as the previous tenants hadn’t returned the keys. I was asked to book public parking and promised to reimburse. 2 weeks after checking out I am still following up with apartment and booking.com. For the first week apartment refused to even acknowledge that they owed me for parking despite asking me to book. The second bedroom isn’t an actual room, it’s a covered part of the lounge. Only one aircon in the lounge not enough to cover the whole apartment.
- Jayavarthan (1/5): Please don’t book this apartment and get suffered , - Nothing we didn’t even stay for 10 mins it was so filthy dirty . Filthy uncleaned apartment , cigarette buds and blood stains , sheets not washed . Owners are overseas people , they don’t have proper agents to maintain . They are just handing over the keys in the lobby and running away they don’t come inside the apartment to hand over keys and check in, as they already know the apartment is not cleaned and sheets changed after the previous customers stay.
We suffered booking this apartment during Christmas holidays and ended up booking an other place with the whole family waiting in street until other booking was made.
And it’s night mare to communicate to the owners no way u can speak to them directly to get instant answers .
- Samantha (5/5): Great little apartment with amazing view, a little disappointed with facilities but made do. - The view was amazing and perfect location with transport, groceries etc. Balcony wasn’t cleaned. Main shower head faulty and dishwasher broken. Apartment was too hot when we entered so the air con took a while to cool down, which was only in the lounge. Needed fans for the bedrooms.
- Troy (5/5): Disgusting cleanliness. Deceitful owner/sub letter. - The beds were comfortable and the position was where we needed. The apartment was dirty. It very obviously hadn't been cleaned before our arrival. There was even a half empty bottle without a lid still in the fridge. The plates, cups etc hadn't been washed properly. There was wet washing in the machine and the dryer was full. The towels and bath mats were yellow and stained. There were no t towels or hand towels. The photos don't show the worst of it as I accidentally deleted them before sharing
The instructions from the owner/ sub letter? were very unclear. At the end of our stay he left us with no way of reaching the floor where our car was parked, nor to leave the carpark. He wouldn't answer my calls because he knew we were stuck and obviously didn't want to deal with the situation. We were absolutely furious.
