• Paula (10/5): Comfortable house, quiet location, good value for money. - The house is comfortable and situated in a quiet area. The Owner/Manager Mathew had very good communication and his checkin details were clear and easy to follow. The house is only a short drive from the Grand Plaza shopping centre which was very convenient. There were 7 of us staying there and we were all very comfortable. I can recommend this house. If I had to say one con I would only mention that the lawns were overgrown but we did not need to use outdoor areas so was no problem for us at all.

• Roslyn Jane (9/5): Excellent location for our family who gathered in Browns Plains, with a lot of space for our family. - Keys in lock box so no excess travel to pick up or drop off. Very spacious. Bedrooms were large so our suitcases could fit comfortably. Was able to utilise the kitchen facilities. Grounds at back of the house were overgrown. Needed more cooking utensils. More towels needed if you stay longer than 2 days. Need more blankets as it was cold so had to leave split system on all the time.

• Jason (10/5): Welcoming host, easy access, spacious home and comfortable. - The property is in a really nice quiet location, easy to access the keys and enter the property. The house is very roomy with lots of space to move around, the kitchen is central and makes it easy to connect with people whilst in the kitchen. Rooms are great and set out well - over all this is a nice property to stay in.

• Onesphore (9/5): I rate the property nine ⭐️ - The manager of the property was prompt to answer all my queries and was very friendly. The property is located in a quiet suburb, is very spacious and I would recommend it for anyone wishing to have a few days to unwind. There was nothing we did not like.
• Holly (5/5): I think the negatives out way the positives from our stay, wouldn’t stay again. - Good size space for our group. Comfortable beds. Easy check in / check out. There were no blankets on the beds, only sheets and empty doona covers acting as a sheet/blanket so we had to go to Kmart and purchase blankets for everyone to use during our stay which was not great and was costly for us. The house was advertised with bedding and we travelled from interstate so did not bring any bedding. All cupboards were checked, there simply wasn’t any blankets. No hand soap in main bathroom. Camera at the front door follows you as you walk inside the front door and follows you through the glass panel when you were inside the house - made us very uncomfortable. The hinge on the door to the ensuite was broken so each time the door opened it made a clunking sound. Black mould all through ensuite shower. The towel on my bed was dirty and had stuff all over it. I tried to vacuum during the stay and before leaving but no vacuum. A small half size broom available but that’s it - not ideal for this size house.

But could use a better clean - Very friendly hosts and at a great price The Air Conditioning was broken in living room, the house was not very clean, and there were some holes in the wall. The bathroom was ok but it was not clean. We used our own towels as the ones provided had multiple stains. The host explained that there was an incident with previous guests which is why house looks like this.

• Ashleigh (6/5): It was awesome 😎 - All of us four liked the comfortable furniture and the space of the home it was really nice and the fans in the rooms, parking space though we didn't use it was very nice and spacious, the place was so close to my friends and fam and shops and not far from city either. And the outdoor area was really nice. We had a few storms that we never experienced to that extent before but it was so cool watching it from outside in the outdoor area so good. And the hosts were really nice. Very welcoming. 🥰 The last people before us trashed the house not only put our hosts in a sucky situation and disadvantage but us to. They had 5/6 hours having to clean after the last people's mess and we had spent those hours filling in with our friends luckily at the pool near by I'm glad was the case as I truly would of been lost as to what to do. HOWEVER this (wasn't the hosts fault). I am mostly mad at the people before us for not only not following the rules but destroying the place and I sincerely hope they are reported to the police. The people Destroyed the bathroom door,tv, microwave and air conditioning. Despite this situation the hosts did everything they could in the small amount of hours before we went in and when we did the place looked amazing it was like nothing happened we all were blown away. I did end up tretting on some glass in bedroom only a tiny bit on my foot which at the time felt like a bristle but ended up being pretty deep we got a ambo and I was putting pressure on it and it's completely healed now. We got advice from the host but thought it was better I called the ambo and I didn't get charged for getting help from ambo. Other then that it was perfect 🥰

The cell service is terrible and the wifi at the property was not working majority of the stay. The water pressure in the shower was also not great.

• Tony (10/5): A great place for a family stay with lots of room, very enjoyable. - Great convenient stay for the family over 4 nights while visiting family. The house was very comfortable, spacious and clean with sufficient homely appliances for the whole family (4 adults + 3yr old). The beds in all four rooms were comfy and the location was safe and very quiet with a short drive to the shopping centre, restaurants and cinema. We had two cars and there was enough room to park both cars in the driveway or in the garage. The hosts were very friendly and communication and assistance was welcoming. Highly recommended, we will be back in the future. While there was a broom / dustpan, a vacuum would be a nice addition.

• Tegan (10/5): Perfect for a family stay - The house was great for our family group. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped for basic cooking. The beds were comfortable and all towels and linen were clean and ample for the group. We didn't need anything during our stay but communication was quick and efficient when I had trouble accessing the code for the lockbox. The house is located a short drive to the Browns Plains shopping area which also has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The security camera at the front door is a little creepy. It follows you and can also face inside as it is positioned near a window which seems a bit unnecessary.
• Faheemah (7/5): Good for large families and convenient location. - The location worked well for me as I needed to stay close to family around the area. Quite neighbourhood and the local shopping centre was only 10 mins away. Budget friendly and was available for us on short notice. We were charged a cleaning fee of $100 AUD separately, which wasn't included in the booking.com charge. We had booked short notice (1 day before) so we ended up paying it, otherwise we had no other place to stay. The house rules weren't too bad, dishwasher was leaking, but the A/C was strong and it did the job for us.
