• Astrid (7/5): Das Hotel war ok, jedoch würden wir es nicht wieder buchen. - Wir wurden überaus freundlich an der Rezeption empfangen. Das Frühstück wurde immer wieder frisch aufgefüllt. Leider gab es im Zimmer kein extra Bad. Die Dusche und das Waschbecken waren im Zimmer. Die Toilette mini. Es gab auch keine Haken wo man hätte ein nasses Handtuch aufhängen können. Unser Fehler: Wir haben nach einem Hotel im Zentrum gesucht - das Hotel ist im Zentrum. Direkt neben einer Bar mit täglicher Livemusik. Das war dann halt nachts laut.

• yupu (6/5): It’s a good choice for holiday but not if you’re on business trip. - Location is brilliant just right in the middle of the old town busy area. Staff are helpful and the bed is comfortable. The room is super small and the water comes out when showering. No place to open the suitcase. No lift for the luggage. No boiler or any cups in the room to boil water or have coffee/tea. No desk to work.

• Gwen (6/5): Top locatie heel proper ,maar die trap en die douche naast mijn bed vind ik minder - Heel proper de kamer was heel netjes. Leuk dat je juist naast de cathedral slaapt echt een plus punt. Te kleine kamer de douche naast je bed is echt niet leuk.en de trappen voor naar je kamer te gaan zo een smalle trap,oudere mensen zouden al niet kunnen overnachten in dit hotel.vond het echt een onveilige trap. Ook dunne muren heb de helft van de film gehoord wat mijn buren aan kijken was. Ook voor naar restaurant te gaan voor te ontbijten. De weg er naar toe is slordig dit mag eens opgeruimd worden ze hebben veel vintage gerief staan in restaurant daar iets mee doen dat het fijner aanvoelt om naar het ontbijt ruimte te gaan.

• Emily (6/5): Lovely little hotel in a great location; could use some comfort updates. - The location is excellent - 20 mins walk from the main train station and super central to all things to see and do in the city; it's a very cute hotel, a remodelled older building that has been done with lots of color and quirky style which is fun. The staff is friendly and very accommodating with requests. The beds are unfortunately not very comfortable at all, and the pillows were very small and hard (couldn't sleep on it) so probably not great if you have any back or neck issues; the stairs are also super narrow/small so if you're older it's tricky to get up and down (or just if you are clumsy!). Also the hotel staff is only present from 9-5, so if you check in later than that it's not clear how to do so (code at the door) or how to do get your room key card (they email you this but you have to check that) - and so if you have an issue or your key card isn't working after hours it could be an issue. We didn't have any problems with this but I could imagine that being a possible stress! Also our bin wasn't emptied once in the 3 days we stayed there (but wasn't a huge issue).
• mark (10/5): Enjoyed it very much as it is very safe, clean quiet and comfortable with a great location. That’s not much more to ask - Everything. I’ve stayed there many times and it’s better than ever.. Mia is very nice and helpful. Location is perfect and there’s an absolutely killer delicious breakfast every morning that couldn’t be better.. There’s nothing not to like,
• jantina (5/5): Voor 1 nacht prima. - Midden in het centrum. Kleine kamer. Amper plek voor je spullen je koffertje kan je nergens kwijt. Geen koffie op de kamer. Slechte kussens op het bed en het bed leek wel een baksteen….. voor 1 nacht is het prima als je midden in het centrum wilt verblijven, maar voor een aantal dagen erg kleine kamer. Midden in de kamer staat de douche die lekt ook dus de vloer naast het bed was nat.

• Audry002 (8/5): Un moment suspendu - Le cadre et la décoration. De l'extérieur, on ne s'y attend pas. Au début, nous pensions prendre le petit déjeuner dans la salle d'accueil, mais finalement on nous a conduits à l'arrière dans un espace décoré avec beaucoup de goût. L'accueil était un peu brouillon. Heureusement que j'avais ma réservation avec pour prouver la réservation du petit-déjeuner. La douche directement dans la chambre : elle est très jolie mais malheureusement on met de l'eau un peu partout sur le parquet à l'ouverture de la porte de la cabine.

• KATARZYNA (8/5): Le séjour agrèable en grand partie grâce au persinnel à l'acceuil - L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait pour visiter des lieux touristiques. L'équipement de et la taille de la chambre très restreints peuvent poser quelques problèmes pour un séjour de 2 personnes Quelques détails manquants au petit déjeuner: les sous-tasses du café, les pinces à servire les petits pains et croissants, les œufs trop cuits..

• Otavio (6/5): Comfortable, but bothersome - Room was very comfortable and very clean, sheets were nice and pillows were plump. Provided with great facilities, even a toothbrush. It's nice that it even has air conditioning. Shower pressure was great and water was warm. Location is great, right beside some great bars and restaurants, as well as a metro station. No fridge, so the very nice Belgian cheese I bought stunk up the place. No lift, so staying in the last floor can be uncomfortable if you drunk some nice Belgian beers. Breakfast was underwhelming. Hotel is unstaffed during night (from 6PM), so if you get loud neighbours (which we did!), you have to call them and hope they will be there in time to try to ask them to be quieter.
• Emma (9/5): Heerlijke locatie, fijne plek, goed ontbijt - Mooie kamer, lekker kleurrijk en fantastische locatie midden in centrum. Douche helemaal open, deur zou wel een idee zijn. Wat lawaaierig maar is logisch op deze locatie. Ook wel veel geluidsoverlast van de gang en ‘s nachts andere gasten die thuiskwamen.

• Ankie (8/5): Voor het geld een prettig verblijf en fijn personeel. - Dat het zo dichtbij verschillende restaurants en terrassen zat. En dat het dichtbij mijn concertzaal lag. En dat alles van te voren al klaar gelegd was voor mij en dat ik gewoon naar binnen kon ook al checkte ik laat in. Het ontbijt was ook heel divers en de medewerkers waren heel aardig en behulpzaam. Er was 1 scheur in de wastafel, waar ik het idee van kreeg dat het lekte. Hierdoor had ik vrees dat mijn spullen die ernaast stonden nat zouden worden.

Gelukkig had ik zelf waxoordoppen.mee. Kamer is klein maar dat is aangegeven en voor 1 nacht prima. Waterglazen zouden fijn zijn.

• Rocio (4/5): Nunca Mas! No lo recomiendo!!! - La ubicación es muy buena. En el centro del casco antiguo de la ciudad justo frente a la catedral. La habitacion es muy chica. No podíamos abrir una valija grande dentro de la habitacion. El trato del personal muy malo. Teníamos dos valijas grandes ya que fuimos desde Argentina viajando mas de 16 horas y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que el hotel NO tenia ascensor y que debíamos subir por escalera todo nuestro equipaje. Pedimos una habitacion en el primer piso que habia desocupada y los huéspedes aun no habían llegado nos dijeron que debíamos nosotros hablar con los huéspedes y pedirle la habitacion porque ya habían mandado la información de la habitacion asignada a los huéspedes obviamente tuvimos que subir los 3 pisos con nuestro quipaje haciendo varios viajes ya que la escalera no es normal. Es una escalera vieja de servicio con escalones diminutos y empinados. El segúndo dia nos quedamos sin Shampoo y a las 16 se va todo el mundo y no hay nadie para pedirle absolutamente nada. No queda nadie en la recepcion y eso tampoco te lo explican cuando llegas. Les escribí a un WhatsApp donde previamente me habían mandado información y nadie contesto. Llamamos a un telefono que figura en la informaciónde la habitacion y nos dijo que el vendió el hotel en septiembre del año pasado por lo tanto ese número ya no estaba mas vigente. Al dia siguiente nadie me respondió tampoco. A la mañana siguiente nos reclamaron el pago de las tasas de la ciudad que ya lo habíamos pagado cuando hicimos el checkin. El desayuno deja mucho que desear parece todo a cuentagotas y tienes que estar rogando por las cosas a pesar de haberlo pagado. Nunca mas lo único que tiene de bueno el lugar es la ubicación. El resto es pésimo. No lo recomiendo. No te explican nada. Ni donde es el desayuno, nada. Una vergüenza!!!! Ah me olvidaba ma canilla de la habitacion estaba rota, se salía todo el tiempo y habia una lámpara de luz quemada por lo tanto no se veía nada.

• Sosa16 (9/5): Great Central Location - In the very center of the city next to the Cathedral of Our Lady. The main bus station or Train Station is 15 min walk from the accommodation. The hotel has everything you need for a short and comfortable stay. The stairs leading to the floors and rooms are quite small and narrow, so you just have to be careful when going up and down.
• Tabitha (10/5): Kleurrijk hotel aan de voet van de kathedraal - Wakker worden naast de kathedraal, meer in het centrum dan dit kun je niet logeren. Vriendelijk personeel die ons een warm onthaal bood! De kamers zijn niet groot, maar voldoende voor een kort verblijf in de koekenstad. Het ontbijt was gevarieerd. Voor mensen die minder mobiel zijn; houd er rekening mee dat er geen lift is.

• Heidy (10/5): Fantastisch. - Het ontvangst was bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was echt geweldig! Hier maakt men koffie zoals koffie hoort te zijn. Niet uit een machine :) Ik had de kleinste kamer maar ook deze was heel goed en met uitzicht op de Kathedraal. Prachtig! Ligging geweldig, omringt door alle pracht en praal van historisch Antwerpen Niets dan enkel lof voor deze accommodatie! Ik kom zeker terug.

• Bart (8/5): - Heel propere kamer! Heel vriendelijk personeel. Wij kwamen aan en de receptie was al gesloten maar alles lag klaar. Er was een leuke koelkast aanwezig in de kamer wat ook gemakkelijk is. Duidelijke communicatie via Whatsapp. De locatie is midden in de stad. Vanuit de kamer had je een open zicht op de douche zonder deur of gordijn. Wij waren er als koppel dus dat maakte voor ons niet uit maar ik kan mij voorstellen dat het voor een vriendengroep niet zo comfortabel is.

• Diana (8/5): Lovely place! - Good place to stay. Comfortable matrass and pillows, soft bedding. Cozy design. Everything is clean and fresh. Administrator Tatiana is amazingly friendly ❤️ No soundproofing so you can hear neighbors as if they're in the same room with you. No shower curtain so water is allover and no privacy.

No lift and stairs are very tricky to manoeuvre with suitcase/s - again, no fault of the hotel and they were quick to assist with suitcases, but definitely something to be aware of, especially if travelling solo.
