- Eve (8/5): Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis - Das Hotel liegt außerhalb von Durres, in eigentlich ruhiger Lage an einer Seitenstraße oberhalb des Strandes. Es handelt sich meiner Meinung nach nicht um ein typisches Strand/Badehotel. Das Hotel nimmt nur einen kleinen Teil der Gebäude ein, es gibt dort auch Appartements/Wohnungen. Wir waren in der Vorsaison dort, im April. Die Zimmer waren sehr modern mit toller Ausstattung, wir waren sehr zufrieden. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir konnten bereits am Pool liegen, die Liegen wurden kostenlos bereitgestellt. Poolhandtücher brauchten wir nicht, es war zu kalt zum Baden. Gegenüber vom Hotel gibt es einige sehr gute Restaurants/Bars. Man braucht also kein Auto, um am Abend essen zu gehen. Auch im Hotel selbst gibt es ein gutes Restaurant. Das Frühstück war gut, könnte aber mehr Auswahl für Vegetarier bieten. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall! Die Nutzung des SPA- und Fitnessbereichs sollte im Preis inklusive sein. Darauf wird bei Buchung nicht deutlich genug hingewiesen. Wenn man sich als SPA-Hotel bezeichnet, sollte dies kein Extra sein. Der Baulärm hat uns gestört, wir haben leider keinen Hinweis auf Bautätigkeiten oberhalb vom Hotel erhalten. Die eigentlich ruhige Straße, in der das Hotel liegt, war immer stark von Baufahrzeugen befahren.

Overall, this hotel provides a quiet escape from the busy and noisy areas of the city. There's a lot of greenery as well. The breakfast, the desserts, and the food were also of high quality. Overall, this is an excellent experience for families and couples.

- Amélie (8/5): - Ubytování je krásné a moderní. Pokoje jsou prostorné a náš pokoj měl i krásnou terasu. V prostoru hotelu jsou nádherné květiny a bazén je krásný. Nikdy nebylo moc lidí u bazénu, takže jste se nemuseli mačkat. Restaurace Mare je úžasná na snídani - je zde hodně variant a každý den je to malinko obměněno. Občas jsme si všímali drobných flíčků na povlečení nebo jinde po pokoji. Také na ubrusech v restaurace Mare byli často na snídani fleky (+ personál restaurace je neschopný, byli jsme zde na večeři 2x a stačilo)

Le balcon est immense, mais toute est sale et il y a pas de chaise ni de table pour en profiter DOMMAGE Plus choquant j’ai surpris la femme de ménage qui rincer les verre a café de la chambre dans les toilettes, sans savon!!! Chose que j’ai plus toucher!

Was unable to have ice cream by the poolside as there was none available. Had to send our clothes to reception to be ironed as an iron wasn't available in our room, which is okay but the iron service closes at specific times and is not available 24/7, I had to wear my clothes crushed to the airport as my flight was in the morning and the iron service was closed. Had to use lek cash to pay for small items.

Zimmer war sehr schön, modern und sauber. Täglich wurde gewischt. Täglich frische Handtücher. Essen war ein Traum. Lage perfekt. Das Meer war auf der anderen Straßenseite keine 100 Meter entfernt Da gibt es nichts.... wir waren begeistert

The view from the restaurant balcony was good and very relaxing while enjoying a meal. The use of the gym was expensive. - Inge (2/5): Levede ikke op til prisen - Lejligheden var ren. Lejligheden var slidt. Spisebordet var slidt og malingen skallet af. Krogene til at hænge håndklæder på badeværelset var faldet af. Det såkaldte fitnesscenter levede på ingen måde op til den beskrivelse, der er på hotellets hjemmeside, hvor der er beskrevet at der er romaskiner, cykler og andre cardio- maskiner. Det eneste der var i rummet var 2 løbebånd og en cykel som ikke virkede( personalet kunne heller ikke få den til at virke) Fitnesscentret var Max 25m2 stort og der var netop plads til 1 yogamåtte. Alt dette måtte man betale 75kr for om dagen!!! Under vores ophold blev hele hotellets terrasse brudt op, hvilket resulterede i en infernalsk larm, både i restauranten og hele dagen i vores lejlighed Personalet fortalte, at det var pga en vandskade, og det er fair nok, at det skal repareres, men så burde man tilbyde gæsterne at blive flyttet til en anden lejlighed. Efter lang diskussion med manageren fik vi tilbudt 2 hotelværelser ( men ikke en lejlighed) i en anden bygning ( der så lå op af en anden byggeplads!) Bygningen lå op af en byggeplads hvor der dagligt kom talrige lastbiler kørende og der var konstant byggestøj fra. Der skal desuden siges, at vi oplevede virkelig dårlig service og hele oplevelsen levede absolut ikke op til vores forventninger.

- Fatima (4/5): J’ai été déçu à mon arrivée les explications n’étaient pas donnés de manière clair surtout si on ne parlé pas langue. - Le personnel très sympa Les draps d’oreilles n’étaient pas changé tout au long de notre séjour. À notre arrivée, nous avons payé 120€ de plus que le prix qui s’affiche sur booking c’est de la pure arnaque. Sans compter le bruit de ceux qui travaillent la nuit qui nous empêche de dormir. Je ne reviendrai plus chez vous.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das unglaublich freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal – jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter war stets hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber und sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Auch das Frühstück war vielfältig und von hoher Qualität. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal – ruhig, aber trotzdem schnell im Zentrum bzw. an allen wichtigen Punkten. Alles in allem: ein Hotel, in dem Service großgeschrieben wird und man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Absolute Empfehlung! Gibt es nichts.
- Dawid (9/5): Amazing hotel - Great people working there, very helpful and nice. Breakfast was great, good selection of food and desserts. Good coffee. Restaurant and breakfast area was beautiful. The pool is amazing. Clean room. Loud nightlife, neighbouring bar plays loud music everyday until 2 am. Not a problem for some rooms facing the other direction, but our Suite with sea view was especially affected. We got a nice compensation from the hotel so a big +.

- BARBARA (8/5): Durazzo è una bella città in espansione, molto probabilmente questa struttura è la più completa della città. Relax assic - La suite, la spiaggia, la piscina e la spa La strada appena si esce dalla struttura è impervia e sporca. Per andare al centro di Durazzo c’è da camminare a piedi 20 minuti, ma non è una strada lineare e pulita. Se si prende il taxi in serata c’è molto traffico. Sicuramente c’è da migliorare questo aspetto.
- Judith (6/5): - Das Essen im Restaurant war gut, pool sauber und beach gut. ABER Kellner sind unfähig und teilweise auch sehr unfreundlich. Teller wurden NIE abserviert und wir haben jeden Tag gefrühstückt, lunch bei pool und Abendessen im restaurant gehabt!!! Keine bringt die Karten musste sie immer selber holen; wurden auch nie gefragt ob wir noch was möchten.

- Helle (8/5): en dejlig ferie, der står jeg er fra Sverige, men jeg er fra Danmark! - Morgenmaden var lækker, personalet var søde og kunne kende os, kunne huske hvilken kaffe vi ønskede osv. Hotellets have var smuk og stranden var ikke overfyldt, det var let at få en strand seng eller en liggestol ved poolen. Hotellet lå ok gåafstand fra byen, dog var den første stykke af turen lidt kedelig, uden fortov og lidt slum bygninger, men ikke utryg bare kedelig. vores værelses terrasse var lidt som en hundegård indhegnet, det var trist, men andre havde en fin have, så måske var vi bare uheldige, men vi kunne sagtens bruge den og sidde ugenert, og stille

- Sigrid (6/5): Flott hotell men dessverre noen ting som skuffer med tanke på hvor mye penger man betaler for å bo der - Superfine og komfortable solsenger ved bassenget, tilgang på privat strand, god frokost, fine rom, nydelig mat i restauranten Dårlig renhold dessverre. Forventer mye høyere standard på renhold på et hotell. For mye folk og barn i forhold til hva bassenget er dimensjonert for. Burde vært aldersgrense eller større basseng eller eget barnebasseng, da det fort blir for fullt. Lang vei til butikk, savner en kiosk eller liten butikk i nærheten.

Obok hotelu plac budowy, robotnicy dudnili młotami od 6 rano. Personel mało wyrozumiały, leżaki zajmowane od rana, ręcznikami. Muzyka na korytarzu, niby klasyczna tak głośna że budziła nas w weekend (tu nie pracowali na budowie). Pod hotelem korki i wieczne klaksony. Do najbliższych sklepów spory kawałek drogi.

- Besarta (6/5): Très bel hôtel mais manque de savoir accueillir. - Le décor très beau Le service laisse à désiré. L’attitude du personnel. Les erreurs se chambre et de facturation. La proximité de la piscine avec la route et le constant claxon des véhicules qui passe et ne savent pas conduire.

- Alex (8/5): Top! - Het hotel was op zichzelf super mooi. Alles was super schoon en netjes. Zwembad en ligbedden waren top! Kamers waren netjes en modern. Personeel was vriendelijk. Al met al een aanrader! Ontbijt was lekker, alleen klein en weinig keus. Personeel was vriendelijk, alleen de service bij het zwembad en het ontbijt was inefficiënt. Personeel moest je aanspreken voor bijvoorbeeld kopje koffie of om bestelling op te nemen. Weinig initiatief om jouw te helpen, pas wanneer je het vraagt.

- Nathalie (4/5): Conditions environnementales qui ne correspondent pas au descriptif - Le parking et son gardien très sympathique et efficace. Les apparts sont face à la falaise - Ne surtout pas les prendre à ce prix. Le personnel est jeune et incompétent surtout au restaurant. On a l'impression qu'ils sont tous débutants et en formation. Certaines chambres sont directement sous le bruit des boites de nuits qui fonctionnent une bonne partie de la nuit. La route devant l'hôtel est souvent prise d'embouteillages dus à l'anarchie du stationnement des fêtards. La piscine est sous dimensionnée par rapport à la taille de l'établissement. L'accès à la plage réservée de l'hôtel se fait à travers un autre établissement. Le site est en permanence en construction, ce qui engendre beaucoup de nuisances sonores. La présence d'une carrière à 200 m de l'hôtel apporte en plus des nuisances de poussières. En résumé, le rapport qualité prix est mauvais. A la vue des inconvénients, deux étoiles sont suffisantes.

- Sandra (8/5): Great hotel, and beautiful stay. - Great staff and lovely rooms. The receptionists were fantastic and very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely come back again. The breakfast restaurant options could be better, breakfast was offered cold but the staff reheated it for me. Apart from the reception staff who were great, some staff often ignored or didn’t listen to orders when purchasing food (at the pool or restaurant upstairs) it seemed like no one wanted to work or do their jobs. (Lazy) for example, we went to the restaurant every day multiple times a day but were only served by 1 person every time despite other waiters being there and not doing anything.
- Eddy (7/5): Average Hotel definitely not worth 4 stars - The pool area is nice, drinks and food next to the pool area reasonably priced. Our room was extremely big but got disappointed with the balcony view that i booked. Restaurant has a good view and we always managed to find space to sit. The beach area have reasonably priced drinks but they only accepted cash which is weird if they are part of the Hotel. The Hotel did not have an iron and when we asked the reception they said they didn’t have any. Breakfast is not the best. The bed was very uncomfortable, we spoke to someone in the reception and they said the beds are like this. For a 4 star Hotel it was disappointing. The “private” beach area that they have was very dirty plastic bottles, cigarette buds etc Definitely doesn’t get cleaned everyday or at all. The gym should be included in the price not 10€ extra per day. I understand spa amenities costs extra but why the gym ?

- Zoltán (9/5): Comfortable and nice hotel near the beach - Nice hotel with extremely kind staff. The building is new and nicely built and the service is almost exceptional (at least employees try always their best and walk the extra mile for you). Our first room on the ground floor looking at the road and partially the sea was noisy but we got a suit for free the second day. Pool is cool with free towels and beds so as the private beach. Each has own bar. You have to cross a road and a parking place though to reach the beach. Kind of disturbing that at the restaurant’s terrace people can smoke next to you when you eat your breakfast. Also there are not to many opportunities for children beside the pool. A playground and maybe a corner in the restaurant with toys would be nice. Drinking water should be provided for free too. It was kind of strange that the little gym cost 10 euros, usually it is free.
