- Mario (6/5): -
- Severns (5/5): - Okay, for the location and money. The bathroom could be bigger.
- Espinal (3/5): -
- Delyann (10/5): -
- Evans (5/5): Location is good, rooms are iffy at best - Staff was nice. Walking distance to Biscayne Bay Door didn't fully lock-the deadbolt wouldn't lock. There is no place to sit in the room, the only chair was wobbly metal that looked like it was going to collapse. The sink and mirror have no electrical plugs anywhere near it, so if you want to look in a mirror while you dry your hair, you are out of luck. The room was very dark
- Bradshaw (3/5): It was very dusty - From the time you enter the bedroom areas it felt and smelt like we were just breathing dust. The building needs an industrial cleaning and renovations.
- Derickus (8/5): It was pleasant and quiet - The young lady working the first desk was very helpful and definitely is a great resource Definitely needs some upgrades
- sequoia (6/5): Location was great but the hotel needs to be cleaned and updated - The location They need to update and clean it better
- Joe (7/5): - Rooms are to small for two beds
- SK (9/5): Best stay, best location, would definitely stay here again. - Location very excellent; very close to the Port of Miami. Close to everything. Nice, quiet, ideal. The bathroom/shower was very tiny.
- Shannon (4/5): Sucked - Location No hot water and staff didn't didn't care. Found a hair in the mini fridge. The floor in my room turned my feet black when I walked bare footed.
- Enid (4/5): I’d gladly have paid a little more to stay somewhere a little nicer and more updated. - Location is good. Easy walk to Bayside. The staff was all really great and friendly. The hotel itself is pretty dumpy. There was water dripping from several locations in the ceiling into buckets on the front desk. Literally, buckets ON the desk. The room had a window AC unit, which functioned thank goodness, but was stifling hot when we got to the room. Construction was taking place right outside our window. The hotel is old and rundown, in desperate need of updates.

- drury (8/5): - location was great!!
- hernandez (1/5): -

- Tevin (2/5): - Saw roaches in the room
- Simona (5/5): - Very sweet stuff at the reception.
Room big enough for a couple of nights for one person.
Comfortable bed. The location is alright, but getting there can be a bit scary - there are a lot of homeless people around, and overall, walking around the hotel felt unsafe during the evenings.
The lift had such a bad smell, it was not nice to use it at all.
My room faced a garage which had lights on during the night, the curtains in the room were not very good, so I recommend taking a sleeping mask. Also, the area was quite noisy and the windows did not absorb any noise.
Really bad and old AC in the room.
- Deshana (1/5): Unhappy and uncomfortable. - Location and LOCATION ONLY. Looks nothing like the images posted , staff was nice but it still didn’t make up for the discomfort me and my family endured for the duration of the stay. Very displeased in this entire hotel as a whole. Looks like a DSS hotel definitely not worth what was paid.
- SUZY (10/5): Merveilleux - Tres bien situé
À downtown Miami Mettre plus de chaîne

- Pablo (10/5): -
- Tyler (1/5): I would never recommend this hotel to anyone - Nothing The room look nothing like online pictures feel like I been catfish hot as he'll in this hotel bathroom so small
No era desayuno, sólo agua caliente y café.
- Bolot (1/5): -
- Angie (9/5): -
- Iversen (7/5): -
- Hernandez (1/5): Awful - My experience at this hotel in Miami was terrible. The photos had nothing to do with reality. There was an unbearable noise, the room was messy, old, and dirty. I did the check-in, but within five minutes I left. I had already paid for the full stay, and they didn’t give me any refund. I do not recommend this place at all.
- Allison (5/5): Glad it was just for 1 night. - Nothing. The room was small. The bathroom/shower was even smaller. The pictures did not reflect what we got.
- Andrea (6/5): -
- Fabrizia (5/5): Vale pela localização - Localização é otima Quatro e banheiro pequenos e ultrapassados
- Whitney (1/5): I want a refund - Nothing it was false advertisement Room small, not clean, smells like mold and bug spray
- Cara (9/5): -
- Luis (4/5): Noisy, Uncomfortable, and Poorly Maintained - The room was extremely small and poorly maintained. The minibar was leaking, the power outlets were not working, and the air conditioning unit was faulty and made a very loud noise, which made it impossible to rest. The bed was old and uncomfortable — honestly one of the worst I’ve ever slept in — and the pillows were just as worn out. The bathroom was so small that it was difficult to even shower properly. On top of that, all the noise from the street was clearly audible, including traffic and nearby construction. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
- Jana (8/5): An impromptu stay due to flight cancellations, but overall, enjoyed my time there. - The front desk staff was the best part of the entire stay. Dated, small, and all the construction behind my room. It was LOUD.
- Alexis (2/5): Staff was rude, the room was very small and hot. - It had windows and walls Pretty much everything
- Nayuribe (6/5): -
- Ogura (4/5): -
- Jonicar Joan (6/5): I'd come back...Clean and location is everything! - Once we checked in we found out that this was a historic boutique hotel. The room was small but clean. It had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Location is right in downtown Miami. The only thing my hubby didn't like was the small TV. Parking garage was across the street from the hotel behind a parking lot, but it was only $15 overnight.
- Seals (4/5): It was convenient for my situation at time, but not worth the amount of money paid to the property. - A lot of places to walk to and eat and party. Also a lot of stores if needed neccessaties. No counter space or dresser or nightstand. No hot water and tv wasn’t clear at all only 2 channels. Bed comforter had yellow stains on them. I had to ask for more sheets to sleep with. layout of the room was unorthodox with sink outside bathroom by door. Building and room and elevator smells. In room no fresh air when open window feels and looks as if it’s broken. It’s giving motel! Everything is outdated.
- Danny (4/5): - The staff was really kind and I didn't have to sleep in the airport when my flights were canceled. Where to start... The place had a really unpleasant snell all throughout. It is severely outdated, some pride in ownership would go a long ways. The Tv was like 14 inches with barely any channels on it. The channels that do come in were all staticity. The bed was uncomfortable but did its job. I feel they heavily rely on their location and all the other hotels being booked up. This was the worst hotel, I'll even include motel, I've ever stayed in. This was the worst 240 dollar hotel I've ever seen. Book this place as a last resort or if you have something near by to do.
- Patricia (8/5): -
- Jenna Renee (6/5): Old hotel with aging amenities. - It's in a great location. Everything worked. I'm old enough to admire how hard it is to keep up such an old building. If you can get along with stuff that was appropriate for the mid 90s, this will work for you. It has seen better days. It's an older hotel with very old amenities. I had to stay here because I got scammed with another property.
- Cabrera (1/5): Don’t stay there is terrible, old and disgusting - Nothing is terrible
- Tonya (1/5): Absolutely disgusting place. - Absolutely nothing. This place was disgusting. This place was filthy, stinky, disgusting. We couldn't even stay here, it was that gross. Nasty.
- Mary (9/5): - Very Quiet No slippers,no tables in the room.
- Małgorzata (7/5): - Super lokalizacja, kawa i herbata dostepne codziennie rano, duże wygodne łóżko Głośna i slaba klimatyzacja
- Ricardo Antonio (5/5): -
- YALIAN (5/5): -
- Tara (7/5): Perfectly adequate for a 1 night stay. Great location 👌 - We were there for 1 night for a show so proximity to the venue was perfect. Felt safe walking around at night. Elevator has a smell. Put up some air fresheners.
- Raby (9/5): - L'emplacement.
- Henry Alfredo (8/5): -
- Claudia (3/5): The location is the worse. - I chose Miami Sun Motel because I wanted an original 70s Miami art decor. It is walking distance to restaurants towards the beach, and downtown. However, not walking distance for kids, elders, with wheelchairs, or with luggage though. The staff was nice. It was clean inside. However, I didn't really check it was really clean since we checked out after 2 minutes. The location is the worse. We were in our room for 2 mins and decided to move. We were going to have a bad night if we had stayed. The AC was not good. We couldn't open one window, and the other did not have window screen. Both did not have window screens. It was dirty/trash on the side of building. We ended up choosing another hotel for the same price, and it everything was a plus. We didn't try the water, or don't know what amenities it had since we rushed out of there. If I would have been by myself I would've felt more unsafe.
- Richard (8/5): - The location and staff
- Klaus (7/5): -
- Selwyn (5/5): Affordable - Good location, nearby food restaurants and Bayside Nothing
- Urszula (8/5): - Dla 4 osób trochę mała przestrzen
- PHILIPPE (3/5): -
- Claire (5/5): -
- Jean christophe (7/5): -
- Simona (5/5): - Overall, an okay experience. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, and the hotel was perfectly fine for a short stay of 1–2 nights. While it may feel a bit pricey for the level of quality, that seems fairly typical for Miami. Good option if you’re just looking for a convenient place to stay for a brief visit.
- Tameika (1/5): Uncomfortable - Dirty smelly broken beds toilets and dirty bathrooms Nothing
- Marco (6/5): -
- Ashley (2/5): It was terrible for the $239.87 I paid for and if I could I would’ve left but would lose my money. - The staff was respectful and she did her best to accommodate me. It didn’t help that she wasn’t informed and/or acted like she didn’t know what was going on with the restaurant that was supposedly apart of the hotel. 1 star for customer service experience and 1 star for them actually having a microwave/fridge in their room as advertised with nice decor. It took 3 different tries for me to find a room that I could find decent tv reception and still the one I had was fuzzy. 17 channels, 7 non working, 3 paid advertisements pictures available. If you don’t mind waking up to construction in the morning, you’ll fit right in or use earplugs and you won’t even notice. The pictures on the website as advertised are incorrect when it comes to the restaurant. The owner of the restaurant told me directly that they are not affiliated with the hotel at all. The picture of the menu of the so called restaurant that’s attached to the hotel is below. So there’s no food or breakfast that comes with your stay. You can only expect coffee and tea that’s in the main lobby. For $239, this isn’t worth what I paid for and I am very disappointed. I could’ve paid an extra $15 and would’ve had breakfast included and an actual restaurant attracted to the hotel. When the staff is surprised more than the customer about the news (best believe I told her what was said), that’s even worse customer service and shows that everyone isn’t on the same page. If I could leave I would’ve but that would mean losing my money and having to come out to pocket for another hotel. Advertisement and updated information needs to be made so false advertisement isn’t made to gain more customers paying all this money. The only thing I actually liked was how the room looked as it was comfy and it’s true they do have a microwave and fridge in the room. You just have to walk a couple of blocks to get some food. Unless you want to pay even more money to uber your food to you after paying the outrageous amount. The bathrooms are small so if you’re not petite I wouldn’t recommend you go. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and give it 2/5 stars.

- Mike (1/5): Very disappointed for amount of money charged - Night shift staff was awesome! Restaurant closed on a Saturday night.
Very Very poor shower pressure!
Way over priced for the accommodations!!!
We were stuck in Miami due to the massive snow storm in our state, I feel like the hotel took advantage of us!
No continental breakfast for $350/night!
- Jorge Estuardo (8/5): -
- Cristhian Santana (5/5): -
- Linda (5/5): Miami is very overpriced - Staff was great Very minimalistic and bed crate
- David (9/5): -
- Antoan (1/5): -
- Aleksandr (2/5): Poor value for money with major comfort issues. Would not recommend. - • The bed was relatively comfortable.
• The receptionist in the morning was very polite and helpful when we needed to print the invoice. • Extremely poor sound insulation — almost nonexistent. You can hear everything from the corridor as if it’s happening inside the room.
• Very small elevator — fits no more than 2–3 people with luggage.
• Very small room overall.
• Window view directly into a parking garage.
• Dirty towels.
• Hot water in the shower was unstable: constantly switching between cold and hot, which was extremely uncomfortable.
• Late check-in experience was unpleasant: at reception they insisted on manually verifying the credit card used for payment and asked us to email transaction confirmation to the hotel. We arrived late and just wanted to sleep. After three long trips across the US, this was the first time we experienced such an excessive and unnecessary verification process.
• Absolutely terrible value for money. We paid $352 for one night — for this price, any chain or non-chain motel would offer a larger room, stable hot water, no card verification drama, and similar cleanliness.
