• Vincent (8/5): Excellente situation dans Vienne aux dépens de l’habitabilité. - Sa situation en plein cœur de Vienne. Le manque d’aération avec des odeurs d’égout dans l’entrée et une cuisine salle à manger de taille limite.

• Carla (4/5): La stanza è comoda per la posizione, in centro è vicina a tutto. Purtroppo però la doccia fa puzza di fognatura quando l - La vicinanza al centro! Perfetta posizione La stanza è piccola, la doccia purtroppo fa un terribile odore di fognatura..non puliscono mai la stanza.

• Jacqueline (4/5): Prime location for events, facilities need maintenance - Great location for the event we were attending, and close to the middle of the city. I did not read the reviews prior to booking that all said the same thing - the smell in the bathroom was rancid which was true. As we were packing up and getting ready to leave some maintenance men came in to look at it which made me uncomfortable because there was no notice from the host, so I was unsure if they were supposed to be there or not and I was delayed in leaving to the airport.
• Gizem (6/5): - The place is enough for 1-2 days, if you are looking for a cheap place in the very very center. This place can be it. The place we booked right below this suite was overbooked and they couldn’t host us, that’s why i booked DATRI petite suite. The place was enough but there was a heavy toilet smell in the place, thankfully there was a door between the bathroom area and the room otherwise i don’t think we could stay.

• Hubert (5/5): - Lage ist supper Es hat in der Unterkunft besonders im Bereich von WC und Dusche wirklich extrem nach Chlor/Abfluss und einfach muffig gestunken
• Michael (1/5): Extremer Geruch - Extremer Fäkaliengeruch im Zimmer. Kein Fenster zum Lüften. Dusche nicht zu gebrauchen, denn wasser fließt in den Flur, Tür defekt. Zu teuer für dieses Zimmer. 4 betten, 2 Stühle 1 hocker.
• Ute (4/5): könnte Einiges an der Ausstattung verbessert werden - die Lage des Zimmers ist ausgesprochen gut. Korrespondenz vor und während der Reise war gut. Defekter W-Lan Router wurde zeitnah ersetzt. Kein Aufpreis für meinen kleinen Hund. Sehr großer Kleiderschrank mit Spiegel Die Ausstattung ist sehr spartanisch. Schmales Doppelbett und Stockbett - aber nur 2 Stühle und für 4 hätte die Küchenausstattung nicht gereicht (1 kleiner Löffel). Schadhafte Stromanschlüsse. Ein kleines Fenster zum Innenhof mit Abluftschornstein- ruhig aber seeehr dunkel. Keinerlei Ablage im Bad - kleiner Spiegelschrank, keine Möglichkeit Handtücher zu trocknen

• Lucian (9/5): Great - The location is great! In the heart of Wien, part of a palais. That smell in the bathroom. But I use all the time a small bag or a garbage bag to cover the sewage, and it works. I also got scared because in the building, down it is a club, but the music from there did not disturb us at the 3.rd level.
• Anastasia (10/5): - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, άνετα κρεβάτια, ευγενικός οικοδεσπότης. Υπήρχε χώρος για να αφήσουμε τις αποσκευές μας πριν το check in Θα ήταν βολικό και εύκολο να υπάρχει μια πόρτα ανάμεσα στον χώρο με τα κρεβάτια και την κουζίνα.

Το δωμάτιο βρωμουσε από την αποχέτευση, δεν μπορούσες να μείνεις μέσα, εκτός και είχες ανοιχτό Παράθυρο και εξώπορτα, δυστυχώς προσπαθήσαμε να βρούμε άλλο κατάλυμα αλλά λόγο των ημερών στάθηκε αδύνατο. Η δυσοσμία είναι τόσο έντονη που τίθεται θέμα υγείας των επισκεπτών που διαμένουν στο συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο.

• Liebana (9/5): Viena - La habitación está muy bien si solo vas a dormir, ya que es muy práctica y cómoda. Además, nosotros hemos ido en época de frío y la habitación era muy calentita. Genial. La única pega es que olía muy mal a tubería, solo tiene una ventana y, los fines de semana, hay una especie de discoteca dentro del palacio.
• EFTHYMIA (2/5): Δυσάρεστη η διαμονή - Η τοποθεσία είναι τέλεια. Το δωματιο οικονομικο αλλα μυριζε σαν βόθρος!!!!Δεν υπάρχουν παράθυρα σε κανέναν χώρο εκτός από το υπνοδωμάτιο που έβλεπε σε φωταγωγο.Η μυρωδιά τραγική κλείναμε τις μύτες μας για να μπούμε .Την πρώτη μέρα νομίζαμε ότι η μπόχα θα φύγει μόλις ξεκινήσει να πέφτει νερό στα σιφόνια αλλά δυστυχώς επί 4 ημέρες η κατάσταση ήταν απερίγραπτη.
• Nadrian (5/5): Will never stay there again. - Excellent location. Smells terrible when you walk into apartment, yes it is an old building, better aircon system needed. Lift did not stop at 3rd floor, had to walk 3 flights of stairs. This should have been mentioned on booking site. Host sent horrible message about stealing from apartment and being persecuted. Not cool.

• Luisa (8/5): - The owner was very helpful, the location is amazing you can walk to the most important locations from the apartment. You have all the amenities need it Better to specify that the elevator cannot be used because is for another private location because we used it by mistake
• adrian (8/5): Vacanta Viena - Locatie excelenta, in apropiere de obiectivele turistice importante din Viena, la 5 min de Stephanplatz. Camera era dotata cu ustensile pentru preparat mic dejun (plita, tigaie, fierbator spa, aparat cafea cu pastile, farfurii, etc). Apartamentul are practic o camera cu un pat dublu și doua paturi suprapuse, o chicineta cu o masa destul de mica doar pentru 2 persoane; nu era apa calda la chiuveta de la bucararie; apartamentul are un geam, ceea ce îngreunează aerisirea; de la baie venea un miros de canaliazare. Dar, una peste alta, pentru noi, o familie de 4 persoane a fost OK, recomand in principal pentru locatia excelenta si proximitatea de mijloacele de transport.

• MC Yates (7/5): - Super location right by the Spanish Riding School, library, Hoffburg, Sisi Museum. Venue downstairs has musical performances (prop the room door open to get the warm-up for free :) ) Beds were comfy and clean. Small kitchen area for making drinks and snacks. Very good wifi. Lift was a bit unnerving, so we used the stairs - worth it to see the glass! The shower drain was smelly. Same smell outside on the street, so I don't think it is the property's issue. Disappeared while using the shower, and didn't spread into the bedroom.

• Rubén (6/5): Bonito y barato pero poco bueno - Lo mejor del alojamiento es la ubicación en pleno centro de Viena y comparado con otros alojamientos es bastante económico No existe ningun tipo de privacidad en el apartamento. La ducha y el baño parecen cuevas, pequeños, estrechos y sin ventanas. El apartamento solo tiene una ventana que es da a un patio con un tubo de ventilación. Mucho mucho calor en verano.
• Eva (5/5): Lo mejor del alojamiento es su situación sin duda. - la ubicación Zona de cocina pequeñísima, no cabíamos los 4 en ella, placa de cocina portatil, no había sitio para utilizarla, muy poca cubertería.

• Ivana (7/5): Ubicación 10. Excelente relación precio-calidad (para estadías cortas) - En términos del departamento en sí, pensé que era peor por los comentarios. Estaba limpio, tiene aire acondicionado. Sí tiene una distribución rara, una sola ventana interna, pero la ubicación céntrica compensa todas esas fallas. (Siempre y cuando tu estadía sea corta) La ventana a un patio interno, cierto olor en el baño, y que la puerta de entrada al departamento da al principio del baño. Evidentemente es una reforma que quedó así, pero insisto si tu estadía es corta. El estar en el centro compensa todo lo que se podría mejorar.

Nice location and facility, other than the water pressure fr - Location in the heart of city, enjoyed wonderful concert at night in same building. Room is very spacious with small kitchenette, coffee machine and basic utensils. There was only one problem we face while taking shower the water pressure from the shower head is very low, water is just dripping very slowly.
• Virginia (2/5): Big disappointment - Good location Sewer smell every where Not kitchen pans. Only one tiny pan were you could not cook more than two eggs. Not enough toilet paper and soap. Even though rent the apartment for 3 people there were only two chairs. Even though we asked for an extra chair they refused to bring it I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.
• Veronika (9/5): Superb - Everything was perfect. Very very clean apartement, like new. App is quite small, but if you want have very good place for your walking in Vienna, this is the best for you. In theidfle of the city, but quite. Everything what can you want is there. Comunication without any problem. Thank you, we will back soon ;) Maybe a night table light would be useful, but that's a small thing ;)

Only one window allowing light/air in, giving out on a small interior square The airco uit didn’t work. No kitchen towel.

• Oliver (8/5): Good value for such a well located apartment. - Excellent location in a historic palace near the Hofburg and other central attractions. Quiet apart from the AC (but it does at least have AC). Clean and reasonably spacious. Kitchen includes small fridge, kettle and coffee machine. Quite hard to cool bedroom even with the AC - a fan to circulate the air would be helpful. Some bedside tables would be helpful. Toilet is modern and clean but cooking smells blow in from outside.
• Nicole (8/5): For one or two nights, it’s a very good option. - Perfect location and very quiet, you scarcely realize you are in a city once inside the room. There were also amenities put out which we felt was a thoughtful touch. The bed was quite comfortable and the sheets very soft. The host was very nice to let us check in two hours before check in time. There is an aircon but it’s very noisy so we couldn’t leave it running during the night. It was quite hot without out it, thankfully there is window.
• Herrera (8/5): The perfect location! - Great communication with the host. Very helpful and friendly. We loved staying here. The beds were very comfy and location SUPERB. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Cant wait to visit Vienna again and staying here!
