I definitely won't be staying here again.
Consider carefully, given my experience, whether it's worth it for you. 1. First National Real Estate want side deals outside the Booking.com platform. First national want credit card OUTSIDE the booking.com platform after I had already paid for the room. Which was kinda weird. If you want security - do it through the booking.com platform i said. But they said they're not going to hard over the keys. Which holds me up to ransom.
2. The key pick up location was like 10 km away from the property!??
3. Had to go shopping for toilet paper and basic soap. This is deplorable. Looks like first national wanna charge $ fees for managing the property, while outsourcing all the work to the guests. When you look at the list of requirements it is burdensome and onerous.
4. They want drivers license and ID faxed.
5. They will only rent this property out to +25 year olds. Such a policy is illegal in the state of victoria, both for long term rentals, and short stay.
