• Felix (8/5): Très bon lieu pour votre séjour à Osaka - L'emplacement est un peu excentré du coeur de la ville, mais est proche de la gare et très bien desservi. L'endroit est propre, on s'y sent bien. Pas de cuisine ou de table pour manger. Ça me convenait, mais les futons sont fin donc le lit est assez dur. Pas très bien insonorisé, mais cela ne m'a pas dérangé non plus. Pas de personnel, tout est autonome.

• Marinette (10/5): COMFY AND CLEAN - I like how accesssible the house is to everything you need. Different stores and train station are available near the house. It's quiet, clean, and comfortable to sleep in. All in all, we had a nice stay there. We would love to stay there again if we're going back to Osaka. I wish our room had a bigger space for our things but all in all, we did have a great stay.

• Cecilia (9/5): - Las habitaciones son muy pequeñitas, tipico estilo japones con colchones sobre el piso. Estuvo bien para 2 o 3 noches en Osaka. Buena ubicacion. Baño compartido pero siempre limpio y con toallas limpias disponibles. A veces un poco ruidoso. Se escucha bastante cuando otros huespedes entran o salen de las habitaciones.

• Tomoko (3/5): 安いだけのことはあるなと思いました - 開封された歯ブラシと2つあるコップが1つは上を向いていて、もう1つは下を向いてるので、ちゃんと清掃してくれているのか不安になりました。

Le staff qui fait le ménage, très gentil (ils ont fait séché mon linge chez eux lors du passage du typhon car absence d'abri dans le logement pour faire sécher le linge) Quartier très calme Futo pas assez épais Personne à la réception. Personne à qui s'adresser en dehors des personnes qui font le ménage (mais qui sont là 2h/jour). Il y a bien un contact par mail en cas de problème mais personne ne m'a répondu par mail. Cuisine très basique. Il manque une pièce commune pour pouvoir manger et rencontrer les autres voyageurs.

El sistema de recogida de las llaves, aunque no es personal, no es problemático. Está bien pensado. Extremadamente pequeña. En las fotografías parecía más grande. Solamente había sitio para dejar las maletas y dormir en los futones. Poco más. Durante mi estancia no tuve contacto con el dueño en ningún momento. La limpieza de los baños podría mejorarse ya que somos bastantes personas alojadas en este lugar.

• Ogawa (8/5): 寝るだけを求めるなら安くてお得です。 - 部屋は綺麗でとても静かで寝る分にはお安く1人部屋でじゅうぶんでした。 鶴橋駅からもコンビニも近いし、よかったです。 シャワー室の着替える所が狭いのと排水が悪いのかシャワーを止めてもしばらく水がひかないところがマイナス点です。

• Li (9/5): Superb - The staff was very kind and let me check in a bit early, which was great since I was really tired and needed to rest. The room was cleaned every day, making it a comfortable place to stay. It would be helpful to have a small table in the pantry so we could eat take-out there instead of in the room, as I prefer to avoid food smells in the room. The location is also very convenient, just a few steps from the train station. Overall, it's a great place for the price. 😀

• Reza (4/5): Disappointing - It was cost-effective and convenient. Free Internet was available. The heater was really good. The bathroom was not too clean. The neighborhood was not also clean. Finding the hotel was a little difficult, and I asked someone to help me.

• Umut (9/5): Really good for it's price range. - Pretty close to station. Price is really good. Instead of staying at capsules you can use this one if you're on a budget. You can use microwave to heat up food etc. Since you're on a budget, cleaning is also on a budget. Bathing is kind of a problem but you should expect it. There are clean towels but I don't suggest using them ever.

• Angela (9/5): Pleasant and easy stay during golden week - Location was near Koreatown. If you like to try yakiniku and samgyeopsal, this is an ideal area for you. About 5 minute walk from the Tsuruhashi station (Kintetsu and JR line). This location is also great if you plan to travel to Nara (about 30 minutes away). Convenience stores, drugstores, and supermarkets are also nearby the guesthouse. We arrived around 8 PM and called the emergency contact from the information shown in the lobby. A staff showed up to hand over the keys to our room. Facilities were simple. Each floor has a toilet and shower (with toiletries). We were provided with toothbrushes and towels. The tatami room has a sliding door and a hanger for clothes. The walls are thin between rooms so you can hear outside noise, and others can hear you too. Just be mindful of other guests. The futon is thin and can be uncomfortable for some people.

I was frequently woken up by people slamming the front door since my bed was right above it. The “kitchen” didn’t look like it had been cleaned for a while, most of the plates/bowls and cutlery were downstairs and I wasn’t aware for the first couple days, the shower was really mouldy

There was a pretty sketchy feeling to the neighborhood, but it turned out to be okay. There is a bathroom and toilet per floor. In the beginning I thought it was pretty okay as in cleaniness. But when you look closer you start seeing some things you rather not want to see. - Starting with going to the toilet: there was pee in front of the toilet. - Then the towels, the were white but looking closer you could find hair of other users and black fluffs. - The shower hasn't been cleaned thorough in forever. - And on the white bed you could find again black fluffs and hair strands. - Also the walls are so thin you can hear you left and right neighbor: cough, talk, snore and have nightly activities (what this accomodation is no stranger to... sadly...).

Safety concern: The building was like hidden in a narrow street. Only a tiny table and a hanger in the room, no other furnitures. There are better places with similar price.

• Josep (2/5): Even the cheap price does not make it worth - Price cheaper than other locations. They announce it as “fully equipped apartment” but is not. Is just a room with sheared toilet, shower and tiny kitchen. Walls and doors are very thin so you can hear the rest of the guests and they can hear you. SHEETS WERE NOT CLEAN (there even was a thick disgusting hair on my futon). Nobody was at the reception when I arrived and after a while a person that didn’t speak English or Japanese appeared. I needed to talk by phone with somebody else to make clear who I was. In addiction, the location is very difficult to find. If they were a little bit more honest with what they announce (the price is cheap because what they offer is what it really is) my opinion could be less bad, but in any case not good.

• Isaac (10/5): I loved it here, and will keep staying here. - Great Hosts, very nice and easy to communicate to. The bath and toiler were also very comfortable. It's a very good price for a night. It's quite easy to access to many train lines and the station is also very close. I'm not used to a futon style of sleeping, but that's a personal preference. The wifi isn't that good. It's good for searching stuff, but if you are talking with someone, it will disconnect time to time.
• Rafael (4/5): Definitely not recommended. We travelled more than 74 countries... - No breakfast The place is really really small. The worst thing was the bed sheets were not clean at all. Someone must have been sleeping in there before. Smelly and hairy. The place is super super tiny especially the kitchen and sink for the toilet in the common area. Way too overpriced for what you are getting we stayed for the same price in 5 star luxury hotel. Very disappointed. Especially because the bed was so dirty. There is a lot of rooms in that flat wall to wall. Noisy and nobody gave us information regarding the check in when we asked...it took us 3 messages to double check on where it is. There is 6 houses with the same number outside.

• Poul (7/5): Great price value. - It is a cozy and cheap place close to a station, free towels and laundry. Familymart, Gyomu and smaller restaurants close by. Walls are pretty thin, so you should definitely bring some earplugs, the kitchen was pretty much non existent so don't expect to cook something fancy for yourself.
• Edward (7/5): Cheap, a walkable distance from Namba after a night out- too far to walk with luggage! Small shower, wash basin and loo - Cheap and easy to find from Southside east exit from Tsuruhashi station. It is really basic- tatami floor and a futon bed- but better than a dormitory.
