• Sarah Maria (8/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit netten Gastgebern - Tolle Lage - in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel aber trotzdem sehr zentral (15min bis in die Innenstadt), nette Gastgeber und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Bezüglich der vorherigen Reviews, in denen das quietschende Bett bzw die fehlende Klimaanlage kritisiert wird: das quietschende Bett wurde ausgetauscht und im zweiten Zimmer eine Klimaanlage eingebaut, somit sind diese Reviews irrelevant👍🏼 Die einzigen negativen Dinge sind der teilweise starke Kanalgeruch in der Küche sowie, dass es in der Wohnung auch tagsüber dunkel ist und man auch tagsüber das Licht in der Küche einschalten muss.

L'appartement est très propre,très bonne literie avec des lits XL, il est très bien situé proche du train et du métro à moins de 10 min à pieds. Nous garderons un merveilleux souvenir de ce séjour. Encore merci pour tout. Peut-être le manque de fenêtre dans le coin déjeuner mais lorsque vous êtes uniquement là pour dormir cet appartement est juste parfait !

• Cristina (9/5): - Locatie aproape de metrou,la parter,curata, bine întreținută. Unul dintre paturi a fost foarte inconfortabil si făcea un sunet urat la cea mai mica mișcare. Apartament micuț (bucătăria este pe hol).Aparatul de aer conditionat este intr-unul dintre dormitoare asa ca a trebuit sa dormim cu ușa deschisa ca sa ajungă aerul rece si la cei din celalalt dormitor.

• Denes (6/5): - Die Lage, Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Sauberkeit in der Küche und im Bad. (Schimmel im Schrank unter Spülbecken in der Küche) Wir haben eine Spülmaschine in der Küche vermisst. Klima nur in einem Schlafzimmer. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist unbequem, Federung veraltet und laut.

• Mocean (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very nice, spacious and clean. Had a fully equipped kitchen with modern furniture.  Great location close to subway, shops and nice restaurant. The SuperMercato is on 5 minutes.  We enjoyed our stay very much.

• Ioanna (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very clean and the owner very helpful. Nearby are a supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy. The metro is 5-10' on foot. There is air conditioning only in 1 room but with the doors open it is ok for both rooms

• Yuliia (9/5): Superb - We stayed for 5 days in these apartments. The place is really close to the metro and in easy accessibility to all the sights of Rome. We had a great vacation. Not far from the house is a supermarket and pizzeria with reasonable prices. The apartments are equipped with everything necessary: a hairdryer, kitchen utensils, shampoo, gel, towels, air conditioning in one of the rooms. We did not have an iron, but the owner organized it for us during the day. Each room has a TV, with Netflix and YouTube connected. We had a small problem with the leakage of water in the shower, which the owner partially corrected during our stay, and I am sure he will fix it after our departure. Special thanks for the delicious coffee from the coffee machine and ease of communication with the owner. Thank you for your hospitality! -
