Custo de R$ 140,00 bom para uma pernoite. Ambiente limpinho. Durante a pernoite escutávamos gritos e batidas altas de portas, como se estivesse tendo alguma confusão, quase não dormimos direito por conta disso. O bairro é bem tenso, com usuários de drogas. O café da manhã é bem simples, com apenas 2 mixtos, cafe conm leite, frutas e alguns biscoitos.
