Convenient to supermart like Coles and - The apartment location is convenient to shoppers and to various sightseeing places. Weekend loud music from nearby clubs is audible in the apartment in quiet nights.

• Anthony (9/5): Great position, nice airy apt. good appliances - great shower - Had to cross a very busy road to retrieve the key - it would be better if the key could be on the same side of the street as the apartment - returning the key to the mail box very easy on the way out My only concern was the bedroom aircon was loud and blowing on me - I think that could easily be corrected. Also the bathroom light would not stay on unless you kajoled the switch - need a new switch
• Luke (9/5): A pleasant stay in a cozy apartment close to well know city landmarks. - The location was perfect, close to landmarks and train stations. The method of collecting the keys from a lock box was slightly confusing.

El dueño no tuvo el Apto listo a la hora del check-in y la llave no estaba en el locker donde dijo. Fue estresante. No contesto a tiempo. La señora de la limpieza la tenía y no se podía entrar a menos que tuvieras una tarjeta. Había cosas personales del dueño en la refrigeradora, zapatos en la entrada. Las cortinas no tenían blackout, entraba mucha luz en la mañana. El sofá cama o cama auxiliar un poco incómodo. El edificio prohíbe alquileres de corta estancia.

• Hicham (8/5): Apart from the ordeal with getting entry and no WIFI for most of our stay it was good - Location We were not sent instructions the day before like we were supposed to on where to pick up the keys from. As owner wrote in an earlier email to us that she can't wait to host us we assumed that she would be waiting for us on arrival after we indicated our arrival time between 3-4pm but this wasn't the case. I'm 66 years old and my wife is 72 years old so when we got to the apartment and no one to receive us and we couldn't get hold of the owner using various channels or Booking.com help line we got very distressed. Building Concierge couldn't us help either. It took a long time before the owner answered her mobile phone and explained where the lock box was and what the combination was to be able to get the key to get into our apartment. Please ensure that this doesn't happen again even if it means sending a follow up message to ensure that lock box instructions have been received successfully.

• Rolland (10/5): Spacious apartment located in an excellent area -- great home base for our vacation in Sydney - The location was excellent, being in the heart of CBD and close to a lot of the things to do in the city. I visited with my partner on a vacation, and this apartment had everything we needed, and was quite a comfortable stay. Host was also responsive and helped me with some last minute requests.

• Rawlings (8/5): Really good home base for a holiday, and cool view from high up. - The location was perfect and everything including train stations were in walking distance. The apartment was cozy and warm, a lovely place to come back to after a long day. Very up to standards and the bed was rather comfortable. When we arrived we did not have any toilet paper provided and after buying our own, found some dropped off in front of the apartment. There was underwear in the washing machine which was not ours and the dishwasher was filled with dishes.

• Daniel (6/5): Great location and comfortable for a family, but it wasn't very clean - Location and the apartment layout The apartment doesn't have blockout, which makes it difficult to sleep in the morning. There was rubbish left in the apartment, the bin was very dirty. The bathroom door doesn't work properly and there was fair bit of hair in the bathroom, which made it unpleasant. There was a dishwasher, but no dishwashing tablets, which was a down side to hand wash the dishes in such a compact space.

• Dianne (10/5): Pleasant and Inviting - Excellent check in information and communication with Daisy. The Unit was very clean and comfortable and had a good supply of shampoos , conditioner. toilet paper, milk, sugar and coffee. Also had a cot and highchair for family's with small children. Safe building. Building can be accessed from both York and George Street. Cut through the walkway for Chemist Warehouse to George Street and cut through Uniqlo in George Street and it takes you to Pitt Street Mall. Easy walking distance to Darling Harbour. Difficult to find at first due to the different sequence building numbers in Sydney. Number 38 York Street is opposite 81 York Street. If lost find King Street and the Grace Hotel and it is straight behind it.

The proprietor, Daisy, was very helpful and accommodating; she gave us an extra key and was very flexible about our check out time . The view - mainly a concrete wall, but of course that is difficult to change! The concierges of the building weren’t particularly helpful either.

Communication with the host was really good. I got a little confused trying to find the entrance to get in, but was no problem after communicating.
