Guest Reviews
- Alexandre (1/5): Good location, crappy place. - It is good location You have to pick up the keys and drop the keys away from the apartment. Which is definitely not convenient when we travel with suitcases.
Windows are extremely dirty. The dishwasher didn’t work. The heaters didn’t work. The TV didn’t work.
The pictures on booking are very deceptive.
Part of the deposit was taken away for stains that we did not do. No proof of stains were given.
Considering the price I would stay away from the place
- Santiago LLop (9/5): - El punto es ideal. Las instrucciones para el uso de la casa, espectaculares. Y la atención de Sarah ante cualquier duda, casi inmediata. Muy bien El baño podría ser más moderno, pero aún asi está todo genial
- Sylvain (8/5): A comfortable space in central London with so much in just 15 min walk - The location is hard to beat, between Trafalgar Square and Piccapilly Circus, 10 min from Covent garden, Oxford Street, the Mall and Westminster.
The apartment was comfortable, with decent WiFi (although sometimes spotty), two nice bedrooms and nice kitchen area. The host was always responding quickly, and ready to help. Some kitchen items were limited (e.g. glasses, frying pans) but not a dealbreaker.
You do need to go through a deposit verification before getting check in information for a 600 euro deposit.
A drying rack would be welcome to dry clothes more efficiently.
- ANNIE (8/5): Pratique pour un séjour avec des jeunes enfants - Emplacement parfait pour la découverte de Londres
Quartier central magasins et restaurants à proximité à pied Quelques ustensiles tels que passoires et saladiers
- Peter (9/5): Superb -
- Hemanath (8/5): Very good -
- Afroditi (8/5): Very good - The location is very convenient and the apartment is very spacious and comfortable for a family. The apartment is not recently renovated. The doors are old, especially the front doors with a glass window so people can see inside. The amenities are poor (no slippers, cotton pads etc). One towel per person for six days and if you use an extra sheet, or something else of the linen there is an extra charge. The heater in one of the bedrooms makes so much noise that you cant sleep if it’s on.
- Karen (10/5): The location was excellent! I was able to easily navigate the bus and trains which were basically just around the corne - The property was super large in central London and accommodated four people brilliantly.
- Sailesh (9/5): Pleasant stay at Apartment in SOHO - Excellent location. Nice cosy apartment. Noisy because of party revellers outside on weekend nights. Need to climb one floor to apartment so with heavy bags could be an issue. The check-in was an issue as we did not receive the msg from the host about how to pick up the keys. She also rescheduled our arrival time from 7 pm to post 9 pm (despite an earlier confirmation) and was unreachable thereafter, not answering our calls and messages. Finally at 10 pm we reached her thru Booking.com customer service n she sent us details of where to pick up the key from a nearby shop. For nearly 3 hours we were stationed in a restaurant near property with our bags. The stay made up for this experience however.
- Andres (10/5): Loved my stay in this apartment! It’s impossible to beat this location. We were able to walk to every single attraction - Phenomenal location. You are blocks away from every main attraction in London.
The apartment is recently renewed and all the appliances work perfectly. Living room can get a bit chilly!
- Viki (9/5): Pretty perfect! - The location was amazing. Can’t fault it, and value for money in reflection of hotels nearby.
The host was very attentive and the apartment was really lovely. Had everything you need really. A home from home setting.
Incredibly clean, well decorated and a personal preference - I loved the art work! £500 deposit seems incredibly high and not everyone could potentially afford that. I understand the need however.
Milk in the fridge would be an amazing addition after a long day of travel.
The shower didn’t fit in it’s holder properly making it difficult to use
- Karl (9/5): Superb - Excellent location
