• Sharan Kumar (8/5): Excellent location and good host - The property is near to Roma Termini and many eating places. The reception lady Barbara is good in providing recommendations and helpful during the check in. The property allowed us to drop our luggage after checkout and collect later. Appreciate the gesture of the staff. The size of the bathroom is tiny. The lifts are old and check in method is old school type.
• Mile (9/5): - Smeštaj je bio dobar, baš kao i što je predstavljen. Lokacija je dobra, blizu su turističke destinacije, može se obići peške, a i stanica metroa je izuzetno blizu. Osoblje je bilo ljubazno i prilikom dolaska su nam dali važne informacije o Rimu koje interesuju turiste. Sve pohvale. U smeštaju je bio malo slabiji pritisak tople vode, ali je uvek bilo.
• Estefania (9/5): Genial ubicación y muy buen trato. - Habitación muy amplia, personal amable y atento. Muy fácil acceso y cercano a todo, también buena comunicación con bus o con tren. Había zonas descuidadas, un lavado de cara a la ducha no le vendría mal. Y unas cortinas más opacas o contraventanas para que no entre tanta claridad por la mañana.

Det kunne være en god idé at minde gæsterne om at tage hensyn til støjniveauet i de still - Beliggenheden var meget god, og værelset, badeværelset og toilettet var meget rene. Rengøring blev udført dagligt, og håndklæder og sengetøj blev regelmæssigt skiftet. Jeg vil også gerne takke personalet for deres fremragende service og venlige opførsel. Nogle gange var der lidt støj fra andre gæster om natten, og lejlighedsvis blev der brugt en hårtørrer tidligt om morgenen, hvilket kunne være en smule forstyrrende.

• George (7/5): Goede centraal gelegen locatie. - De locatie, centraal en op loopafstand tot Metro. Kleinigheidjes, zoals het ontbreken van theezakjes, smeermes en b.v. kurkentrekker. Niet begrepen waarom dit een B & B heet terwijl “breakfast” niet tot de mogelijkheid behoort.

• Joy Clement (7/5): Great Stay, if you want to access to Roma Termini. - The location of the property is great. It is only a 10 minute walk from Roma Termini and a 5 minute walk to Vittorio Emanuel metro station (Metro Line A). The hosts were great and maintained the room was cleaned daily. The WIFI connection from our room was very bad. We didn't get a strong connection and had to resort to using our personal mobile data connection. Considering the proximity to Roma Termini, sometimes at night, you would hear the street chatter and sirens.

Many major tourist attractions and central locations are within walking distance. The price is reasonable for the location, and the surrounding area feels safe. The room is quite small and could be designed more efficiently. Although the heating operates in the evenings, it is not sufficient to keep the room warm. There is an air conditioner, but no remote control was provided. The room also has a TV, but its remote control is missing as well. Housekeeping cleaned the room, but items such as shampoo were not replenished.

• TSAI (2/5): 超過晚上9點入住要多收30歐元,請大家注意,即使事先告知一樣收費,臨馬路很吵,室內隔音也很差 - 距離地鐵算近 晚上超過9點入住被多收30歐費用,住過很多飯店第一次遇到晚入住要多收費用,會晚到是因為當天火車罷工,我們只好從巴里搭巴士到羅馬,第一時間有事先告知飯店會晚到,飯店也沒有告知提醒超過9點要多收30歐元費用,只超過半小時一樣堅持收30歐元 浴巾沒有放到淋浴間就不會更換,每天只給每人一包洗澡洗髮乳,也不是每天補充,對於每天洗髮的人不夠用,臨馬路晚上很吵,室內隔音也很差, 地點距離車站有段距離比想像的遠,晚上附近有點暗,走回飯店不是很安全

L’acqua calda dopo un tot smette di uscire, ed essendo due persone abbiamo dovuto lavarci in giorni alterni. È caduto dell’intonaco dal soffitto.

En la llegada fue un poco complicado ubicar el hotel, ya que no tiene un letrero de hotel , tiene una pequeña placa al costado de la puerta. Lo otro la señora que nos recibió no dió una breve charla de lo que hacer , dónde ir y como ubicarse en Roma, en idioma italiano, pero después nos cobró 36 euros pero en efectivo, lo cual nos pareció raro y no entendimos porqué o a qué se debió ese cobro.

• Rauf (9/5): Very good! - Fabrizio is an amazing host. He took care of our stay from the check in till check out. Although we had a very late check in it was very smooth because Fabrizio explained everything so clearly. He is very friendly! Room is cleaned daily. Location is excellent!

Все было чисто, убирали каждый день, персонал приятный, в коридоре есть все необходимое, до центра пешком 20 минут Из окон сильный шум до позднего часа все слышно, и слабый WiFi , для меня комната была слишком темной, но я это видела когда бронировала, так что притензии нету))

• Christopher (8/5): - Location, clean room plenty of storage felt safe and comfortable here The shower needed more pressure temp seamed to be either stone cold or steaming hot no in-between, toilet was very noisy and took a long to fill with walls being thin felt like you couldn't use toilet late at night

Això NO és un hotel, cal tenir-ho en compte. Per exemple NO pots deixar les maletes en custòdia quan ja has fet el check-out o abans de fer el check-in.

• Mariah (6/5): Convenient location for the low price. - The location was very convenient, ~7 minute walk to the Termini and bus stop located right outside of the building. We did appreciate the A/C unit being available. The property did have questionable mold in the bathroom and the shared microwave in the hallway.
