• Shanay (2/5): Not good at all. - The property smelled of sweat and the bathroom was even more smelly. I had to buy an air freshener which also was not enough. The door to the property was wide open when we came for check in.

• Tatsuya (7/5): 体験型宿泊施設。謎解き体験が楽しめました。 - JRや地下鉄の駅に近い。広いリビング、個室がありプライバシーが保てる設計、必要にして十分な設備 棚の中に身分証のような貴重な忘れ物があり、持ち主に届けてくださいとお願いしたら誠実に対応していただけました。 ベッドの下にコンセントがあり、延長コードもありました。最初エアコン用のコンセントにつながっていましたが、配線を変えたら快適になりました。 1.鍵の開け方がわかりにくかったです。説明と鍵の構造から二重ロックだと思い込み、鍵ボックスを何度も開けようとしました。結局は電子ロックのみで開きました。単に扉が非常に固く、力が必要だったようです。 2.テレビば全く映らす、配線を調べたら地デジのアンテナがBSCSの端子に接続されていました。直したらコンパクトなアンテナながらスカイツリーに近いこともありちゃんと映りました。 3.シャワーヘッドをかけておくフックがとれかかってブラブラでした。引き出しにドライバーとビスがあったので修理したら快適に使えました。 4.時計が止まっていてよくみたら文字盤がはがれかかり、秒針が引っかかっていました。引き出しにテープがあったので文字盤を固定しまわるようにしました。しばらく動いていましたが、電池がないのか止まってしまいました。単三電池を置いておいてください。 5.トイレの鍵が外向きについていて、中からは施錠できませんでした。これは目的が理解できませんでした。間違いであったら早急に付け替えて欲しいです。

• lu (10/5): - 比起周围同等价位，感觉大很多。有客厅和休息的房间完全分开，这样和朋友作息不同也不会有影响。 因为日本的路比较窄，所以找到民宿之前有点担心，怕找不到。但房东给的指示地图还是挺好懂的，找到没问题👍

• ル (10/5): 住み心地がよくて、部屋もきれいです - 歯ブラシと歯磨き粉は全部あります。備品の提供が十分。近くには二つの駅があり、山手線と京浜東北線で移動するのに便利です。
• Mark Eckermann (8/5): Excellent value stay in an authentic suburban Tokyo residence. - Property was just as described. Lovely to spend several days in an authentic, local experience of life the suburbs of Tokyo. Excellent value. Nothing to be alarmed about, but the stairs are very steep (think like stairs in a small yacht) so you need a degree of agility to navigate.
• Manix (4/5): Dank and mouldy with a kitchen that didn’t have all the utensils needed to use it - It was within walking distance of 2 different train lines The place was dank with mould visible in the bathroom. Utensils and plates for the kitchen were not provided making it hard to make meals using the little kitchenette. The walls were dirty and looked poorly done with what looked like an overlay of material not installed properly. The motion sensor light out the front of the apartment door penetrated the glass door all night interrupting sleep with no blinds to block it. The neighbours up stairs were loud and stomped around at all hours including down the stairs right outside the front door of the apartment.

• Ardana (2/5): Not recommended - Only that our flat was in the first floor Unfortunately, we didn’t feel comfortable staying in this apartment. The area is inconvenient and quite far from subway, which made getting around difficult. There is JR line only available and barely that it takes up to 17 min to reach it. The apartment itself needs serious renovation — the wallpaper is peeling and overall the place feels neglected. The noise was too loud from neighbors as if they were roaming in your kitchen. They keep there up to 5 people but no space for suitcases. There was no hairdryer and no basic kitchenware, which made our stay even less convenient. In general, we wouldn’t recommend this apartment if you’re looking for a cozy or practical place to stay. In addition, there is no Japanese toilet.
• Ana (9/5): Good place to stay at - The property was big and comfortable. It had some amenities like tooth brush for free and shower gel and shampoo which was good to have. Difficult to find with the gps. No trash cans. The person who talked with us didn’t understand English that much.
