• Jason (6/5): - Handy location The bedroom downstairs- the window was quite dirty on the outside. The beds weren't made nicely - they were made but wasn't like a tidy tuck. The upstairs bedroom curtains couldn't be closed and some hooks were detached to the rails. The shower pressure was quite low. The plants outside the front door and drive were really overgrown and made it hard to get in and out of our parked vehicle with our luggage. Overall , it was okay.
• Hastings (8/5): It was a great place to stay and with some improvements it could be even better. - Great location, great layout and great communication from host. Some parts weren’t cleaned as well as others, and it needs a bit of maintenance but none of this affected our stay.

• Jeffrey (8/5): Great stay overall with lots of space for kids to enjoy - Easy to find and check in. Spacious bedrooms. Couldn't park inside garage. There's central heating for all the house including bedrooms, it turns on intermittently and can be quite noisy when it turns on.

• Robert (9/5): Very comfortable property - would have no hesitation in recommending it. - The property was in the perfect location for our needs as we were visiting a family member who lives nearby. The accommodation was very spacious & clean and had apart ,from a couple of minor items all that we needed. A lovely little garden at the back. As we were arriving quite late in the evening it would have been nice to have a few small grocery items in the kitchen. A couple of small pots also.

• Robyn (8/5): Location suited our needs & the house was very comfortable & quite clean - Location was great for our needs :) goodies were left at the property for us to enjoy, kids were very happy you need to have a laundry basket to hang out washing, maybe a few more cooking utensils, needs to be more seating in lounge, only enough for 3 people while the house sleeps 7 people

• Chung (10/5): Lovely place and I would stay again if I am ever in the area. - Lovely place. Easy to check in via lock box. Neat rooms with comfortable beds. Pantry in kitchen has basic cooking ingredients (oil, sugar, salt , coffee, soy sauce etc) and the kitchen was fully equipped. The driveway was beautifully planted. Wish we had booked more nights here and if I am ever in the area, I hope to stay again. Whats there not to like.

Accommodation met our needs, value for money, also allowed a late check out, would stay here again. Name says it all... Cosy home! Could have been information on what is around Croydon, including eateries. But was a neat place.
