• AnaMaría (8/5): - The concept is amazing but the way it’s developed is not appealing The swimming pool was not clean and I was in there the impression I was gonna get my own swimming pool in my cabin and it’s a common swimming pool.
• González Serna (1/5): horrible - De hecho, yo no tomé la habitación, viajé por vacaciones. se prometía algo muy diferente en lo... en todo lo que estaba. Llegamos a las 10 y media de la noche después de mucha displicencia porque no nos dieron la ubicación como era y Waze y el enrutador no sirven para llegar al sitio. No cumplió con mis expectativas. Yo pagué o yo escogí una habitación, no la más básica, que costaba alrededor de 800 de toda la noche y me dieron la habitación más básica, la cual estaba en muy malas condiciones. La nevera estaba empegotada de dulces. Es un precio demasiado alto para un servicio tan básico. De verdad que no es ningún hotel de lujo. Inmediatamente les pedí que no iba a tomar el servicio y me vine a las 10 de la noche y me tocó devolverme para Bogotá.

• Ben (1/5): They try to scam you - avoid - Rooms are nice They try to trick and scam you. They charges additional fees to us which were not including in the booking price. They tried to charge the commission they pay to booking.com to us. After getting confirmation from booking.com that this was not allowed, it took us more than a month to get the money back. They come with a lot of excuses that they cannot transfer to a foreign bank, that their accounting staff is unavailable, etc etc. Please avoid this place.

• luis enrique (1/5): Una pesadilla - Nada me gustó muy costoso para lo que ofrece La habitación no correspondía con las de la publicación no tenía ni aire, el baño estaba dañado y las puerta de la ducha no abría
• Javier (2/5): Primera y última vez. - Es pet friendly. No recogen las basuras del room service por varios días, por toda parte hay desechos. El desayuno es realmente malo, el jugo de naranja es Tang o similar, la arepa o el pan son de paquete, la fruta muy escasa. El servicio es malísimo, no hay 24 horas, hasta un agua cuando se pide tienen que ir a comprarla. Para nunca volver. Definitivamente no corresponde con nada para una tarifa de casi un millón de peso la noche. Pésimo.

• Dario (10/5): Ya le dije a mi esposa que tenemos que repetir! - Era un lugar de ensueño, lleno de naturaleza y tranquilidad. Cada parte del hotel está divinamente diseñado para relajarse y ser feliz. El staff está muy pendiente de que uno pase un gran momento y hay restaurantes típicos a 5 minutos en carro para agregar algo de aventura. La comida no es tan variada y no es tan sensacional como el resto de la experiencia en hotel. Podría recomendar que tuvieran más cosas listas para picar y seguro los huéspedes aprovecharíamos todo

Also rooms are missing some items that are listed in booking. Finally the pools are very small, you cannot enjoy a pool with so many people around.
