Comercios de gastronomía en la zona . Sistema de seguridad del edificio sofisticado con tecnología moderna en los accesos lo que lo hace MUY SEGURO 🔐. El baño muy bien instalado. Patio amplio para q los niños jueguen o esparcimiento de los adultos. Heladera nueva. Calefon en excelente estado y funcionando MUY BIEN. Televisores en la pieza y comedor . Señal de WIFI con buena conectividad.Los dueños muy cordiales . Los muebles del baño dormitorios y cocina en excelente estado.Departamento muy recomendable Faltaron utensilios abre latas cola pastas. Talvez una olla más y sartén .
