Het appartement beschikte zelfs over een wasmachine, hetgeen zeer welkom was aan het einde van de vakantie. Het personeel was erg behulpzaam en zeer vriendelijk. Квартира очень чистая и удобная для проживания семьи или нескольких компаний. Комнаты изолированы друг от друга, в каждой есть свой душ и туалет. Есть балкончики. Вообщем, все супер! И цена отличная для такого предложения ( я честно переживала, что будет не очень за такую доступную цену. Но все превзошло мои ожидания). Обязательно остановимся здесь снова, когда приедем в Бангкок) Нет такого.

• erma halter (10/5): - Wir sind sehr glücklich dieses 14 Place Sukumvit Suites gefunden zu haben. Sehr gepflegtes Haus in allem! Tolle Zimmer. Einwandfreie Betten Dusche mit tollem Wasserdruck. Waren ohne Auto da aber es hätte noch Parkplätze und das Personal ist ausserordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es hat ein schönes sauberes Swimming Pool mit Badetücher und Sonnenliegen. Alles in allem eine Reise wert! Alles super, danke!

Pas de petit déjeuner ce qui n'est pas très grave car l'emplacement est top et à proximité de tout. Nous avons trouvé facilement un endroit où prendre le petit déjeuner.

• Joanne (9/5): Great place for a short stay. - Location was good, by the train station. Rooms were very spacious. Not much to dislike. Very noisy next to a busy but then it’s a busy city.
• Patric (2/5): Bad experience in a good location. - Location and amenities in the room. Bed was on the harder side but comfortable enough. Nice balcony and very nice with a washing machine. 1: The pool was out of service. We found out about it only because I asked about the pool upon check-in. I was told the pool was expected to be out of service during my entire stay. And sure enough it was. That really affected my stay, because I specifically booked a hotel with pool, to able to cool off and for my morning swim. I asked the staff for discount or if they could offer me anything to compensate me. The answer was strictly no. You have to inform your guests about such a important thing before arrival. 2. There’s quite a hefty price list in the kitchen area in case you would brake anything, with disproportionately high prices compared to the value of the items. It makes you almost walk on eggshells and feel nervous because you really don’t wanna break anything. After I once again complained and asked for compensation (still the answer was no) and telling the staff that it seems like they really don’t care about their guests, they eventually offered me discount for my next stay (how much discount is unkown) but there won’t be a next time. The problem is not the closing of the pool itself, but how the staff handled the situation and totally unwilling to do anything to compensate for it. The price we pay for the room includes the use of the pool. If the pool is closed, the guest should pay less or be compensated in another way. Period. Make sure the pool is working prior to your arrival.

• Huing (10/5): 非常喜歡，若有再去曼谷，會再選擇此處。 - 距離百貨公司 Terminal 21 以及 Asok station 非常近，交通及飲食非常方便。 我們住兩房一廳，2-3衛浴，讓此行的四位家人住得非常舒適。 有微波爐、盤子、餐具，方便外帶食物和水果回去享用。 陽台有洗衣機及晾衣架，就不用帶太多髒衣服回家。 清潔房間的人員視情況提供了備用的垃圾袋，非常貼心。 有些燈在閃，可能需要換燈泡了。

• KSENIA (10/5): Отличное сочетание цена-качество - Отличные апартаменты по доступной цене. Останавливались вшестером (две семьи по 3 человека) на 5 дней. Однозначно рекомендуем. Особо понравилось: - внимательный и приветливый персонал, всегда были на связи и готовы помочь с любым запросом. Нас даже заселили сразу по приезду из аэропорта, на 2 часа раньше положенного , так как были свободные аппартаменты без дополнительной оплаты. - просторные спальни, в каждой одна двуспальная кровать и одна одноместная, отдельный санузел и балкон. У каждой кровати есть своя розетка (что не всегда бывает в отелях) в прихожей-гостиной диван, большой телевизор и мини кухня, есть даже стиральная машина, стиральный порошок и сушилка - великолепная локация - метро Asok буквально в 3 минутах ходьбы (причем там и BTS и подземная станция), рядом много кафе, ресторанов, массажных, большой торговый центр Terminal2. При этом в самих шум спать не мешает, так как здание не на самой шумной улице, а во дворе. - в 5 минутах ходьбы живописный уютный большой парк с идеальным маршрутом для утренних пробежек (круг вокруг озера 5 км). - Бассейн маленький и не новый, нуждается в обновлении. Но если нужно просто освежиться после знойного дня - годится. - Чистота, едедневный клининг - Хорошая цена, заметно дешевле чем в крупных отелях. Не было такого.

• shawn (8/5): This place is nice. The alley into it looks sketchy but is the back side to many buildings. - Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was very nice and responsive to any needs. We had 1 issue and it was addressed same day with good communication. We had an issue with a broken bed but it was addressed same day.
