• Nick (10/5): - Cengiz is an amazing house host. He looked after me when I wasn't feeling well and checked in with me when I was away. Definitely good value for money. The location is close to the tube station. The high street has a lot of different shops and restaurants. The bus takes you to white city and action, which is very handy.

• Valery (10/5): I had a good rest, which is what I needed. - The room is the right size for me. I stayed in this flat before in their large bedroom. So I know the place. But out of the two rooms, this one suits me perfectly. I can’t complain about anything really. Everything works. There is enough space. There is a desk as well. And there is a lock on this particular room too, which is good. There is nothing to dislike here at all.
• Katarzyna (10/5): - The host was very helpful, he kept in touch before the arrival giving tips on best connection to his room, and then while I was on the way he made sure to give me instuctions how to get to the place and what to do in case I missed the last train. I enjoyed the stay immensly.

• DUVAL (10/5): Très bon endroit pour se reposer au retour de journée de découverte de la ville. - L'hôte est très accueillant. Du fait qu'il travaille à domicile, il est assez souple pour les horaires d'arrivée et peut s'adapter à la demande. Le lit pour une personne est assez large et le matelas est confortable. La chambre est spacieuse pour une personne. L'appartement est facile d'accès et se situe dans une rue très calme. Le métro est accessible à pied. Le réglage de l'eau pour la douche n'est vraiment pas commode mais c'est, ainsi, partout ailleurs à Londres. Il n'y a jamais de mitigeur dans les douches :-( Idem pour la chasse-d'eau dont le fonctionnement demande un peu de savoir-faire..

• Ele (5/5): Good location but slightly awkward - It was easy to get to and the room was a decent size I didn't realize it was a room in someone's house, and it was the persons dad who let me in. It was clear the room was mostly used as the owners actual room as there was a lot of their personal effects in there which made it awkward.

• Karen Tovmasyan (10/5): Very welcoming and hospitable owner and a very comfortable accomodation close to the city center - The accommodation was in a very central location, just a few stations on the Jubilee line, and you are in the central districts of London. The underground station was just in a few steps distance. The owner was very hospitable and welcoming. He showed everything in the accommodation and the big garden, told me about his house and family. I really enjoyed staying there and would return again in the future. The toilet works in an old system, so I would recommend changing changing it in the future if there is a chance. Maybe for the Britis it is a usual system and they know how that works, but for the foreigners not 🙂 But I just recommend it as a friendly suggestion, as I got the system later 🙂

• Khaled (1/5): The worst ever booking, I made in my life . Fraud scam host robbed my money. I was left and felt, unsafe , unsupported, - The host robbed my money. He put instructions on the advertisement. Then he called me over phone to agree on different terms On the advertisement: the check in is 6:00 pm The host hustled me several times by phone calls and messages on Saturday morning (7:00 am) And when I answered the phone , we agreed that the check in time is between 8-10 pm He called me at 8:00 pm when I was out still in my journey to London Then he messaged me at 9:00 pm saying that he will not accommodate me , in spite that we agreed that my check in time is between 8-10 pm I replied to his message that I will arrive before 10 pm and to send his post code ,he replied (good) Then few minutes later he sent another message refusing my accommodation and telling me to find alternative one. That was at 9:15 pm Saturday night in London . When all the reservations will rocket up due to last minute reservations. I felt unsupported by booking.com when I asked them to help me in that stressful situation and to protect me from a fraud. As the reservation was non refundable and host was hostile and rude to me. Disrespectful to his guest , who travelled 4 hrs relying on him as safe place to sleep over . I was left alone in the middle of the night unsupported by both the guest and booking. Com

If you're looking for a laid-back homestay experience just a bit outta the centre of the city with a beautiful garden in the back yard then you've definitely gotta book your stay with Cengiz! Nothing!
