• Annalisa (10/5): Tre notti che ripeterò sicuramente - Appartamento silenzioso. Pulitissimo. Piano ammezzato, una piccolissima rampa comoda. Porta blindata. Cucina attrezzata con tutto. Ripostiglio con lavatrice asciugatrice, ferro da stiro… Bagno comodissimo. Tutto appena ristrutturato. Molto bello esteticamente. Supermercato di fronte. Host gentilissima e super attenta. Devo proprio cercare… e non trovo nulla.

• Erika (10/5): TOP 👍 - L'appartamento era pulitissimo, profumatissimo, molto accogliente e ben attrezzato. Si trova in una zona bella e tranquilla. Di fronte un supermercato dove c'era di tutto. La metró é circa 10 minuti a piedi. I proprietari di casa erano molto gentili e professionali. Vogliamo tornare a Roma anche l'anno prossimo ( già 3 x ) ma di sicuro prendiamo solo questa casa !
• A T M Ashfiqur (10/5): Absolutely loved the place and will go back again. - I loved how the property is planned. You get everything that you need for a short stay. The place was organised and very nice. It was really close to the Metro as well. Location is something that is absolutely worth the price. You could just walk 7-8 minutes and move to any part of rome with the Metro. Check in and check out was very smooth as well. Surely will go back when I plan to visit Rome again. Nothing that I didn’t like.
• Szymon (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay was perfect. The apartment is well connected to the city center, and there’s a supermarket just around the corner. Everything inside matched the photos and description on Booking website. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. Communication with the host was excellent. It was the perfect place to return to and relax after a busy day of sightseeing. I highly recommend it for your stay!
• Teodora (10/5): Exceptional - The neighborhood was quiet. I found many very good restaurants nearby. Even at night I had no problems with safety or anything like that. There was a supermarket across the street from the accommodation. The metro was about 8 minutes away. Even if it takes about 30 minutes to get to the city center, the neighborhood is worth it, and the price-quality ratio is excellent. The accommodation was clean, I found everything I needed, including many cleaning products. The bathroom was gorgeous and very clean, also the samples were some quality ones that even contained intimate gel. The toilet paper was quite thin, it had to be folded to be used. The sofa was not the best quality compared to the entire design of the accommodation. Unfortunately, when we used the iron, water still leaked out of it. These are more suggestions than complaints because they did not spoil our accommodation experience in any way.
• Lovric (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very well furnished and clean. It has everything you need for your stay. There is a metro station nearby that leads to the center, and there is a market across the street. We had a great time staying in this apartment and we recommend it to everyone.

• Anca (10/5): A very comfortable place - We really enjoyed our stay at A Casa di Cippi. It is a very comfortable little one bedroom apartment with everything one might need for a few days in Rome. It has a fully equipped kitchen (dish soap, sponges, hygiene products, salt, Sugar and oil included), several towels are available, as well as an iron and ironing board. We particularly appreciated the cleanliness, the attention to details and the responsiveness of the host. It is located in a residential area and the metro station is at about 7 minute walk. Also, this is the metro line that gets to the most important spots: Fontana di Trevi, Vatican, the Spanish stairs. A Conad supermarket is located just across the street. All in all, this was an excellent choice for our 3-night stay in Rome. We would have preferred a washing machine instead of the dishwasher, but this is just a personal preference.

A big food shop just in front is very convenient. Also the host reacted quickly to all our questions, shared tips for restaurants etc. Would definitelly stay again :)

The owner of the appartment very friendly, helped me with the information I needed (restaurants, taxi etc.). Wifi works perfectly. Food shop is opposite the street. I highly recommend this appartment.
• Marina (10/5): I dream of returning to Rome and living in this apartment again. Thank you, Franсa! - The apartment is located in a quiet, safe residential area. From Termini Station it is a 15-minute direct metro ride to Giulio Agricola station. From the metro to the apartment it takes 10-12 minutes to walk along busy streets, where there are many cafes, pizzerias and various shops. There are people on the streets until late in the evening; it’s not scary to come back late.The windows face a quiet street, no noise. Breakfast is not included in the service, but no problems arise. Opposite the house there is a CONAD supermarket, the apartment has all the necessary utensils, a new refrigerator, a modern stove, a microwave oven. You can also have a tasty and inexpensive meal at any time in one of the cafes or pizzerias nearby. The apartment is after renovation, everything is new - furniture, kitchen appliances, bathroom, dishes, linen. The apartment is decorated with taste and care, there is absolutely everything you need. The hostess is very kind and attentive, I arrived and left early in the morning, and she accommodated me in everything with check-in and check-out so that I would not waste time. I liked it all very much!
