Äußerst sparsame Möblierung Keine Ablage im Bad, das auch sanierungsbedürftig ist....WLAN Code an der Wohnungstüre war nicht verfügbar...
- Isabella (5/5): Straßenlärm und spärliche Ausstattung - enttäuschend - Gute Lage, zentrumsnah Beide Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, Straßenseite neben einer dicht befahrenen Hauptstraße! Wird nirgendwo auf der Plattform erwähnt, keine Ohrenstopsel, man spürt förmlich die Autos vor vorbeirasen und muss auch die dunklen Vorhänge immer geschlossen halten, damit Passanten nicht einfach reinschauen können. Dusche hat das komplette Badezimmer geflutet, da kein Personal vorhanden ist, kann man natürlich nicht nachfragen nach neuen. Handtücher waren sehr sparsam und klein, 1 Stück pro Person. Beim Handwaschbecken kam nur eiskaltes Wasser. Check in hat bereits nicht funktioniert, Code wurde nicht genommen, also musste ich eine Karte von einem anderen Zimmer mit tel Anleitung holen - wo auch die Zugänge zu allen anderen Zimmern lagen, also sichertheitstechnisch sehr bedenklich. Parkplatz ist NICHT dabei, kostenpflichtig auf der Straße parken, oft nicht einfach einen Parkplatz zu finden, irreführend auf booking angeführt.

- Siegfried (8/5): Zentrale Lage, öffentliche, kostenpflichtige Parkplätze in der Nähe - Die Lage ist top, die Innenstadt schnell erreichbar, leider hatten wir das Zimmer zur Strassenseite, viel Verkehr, man konnte kein Fenster auflassen. Der Check-in kann mit einer detailierteren Beschreibung verbessert werden. Das Tastenfeld zum Öffnen der Tür befindet sich nicht unter dem Türgriff, sondern oberhalb und wird nur sichtbar, wenn man oberhalb des Türgriffes über das "Display" streicht, dabei aber unbedint vermeidet, den runden Knopf ganz oben zu drücken !!

Das einchecken war sehr kompliziert, da die Beschreibung unverständlich war und die Displays - Tor (Sonne und Beschriftung) und Zimmer (wo ist der Display, der Ring ist sicher falsch) schwer lesbar waren. Speziell die Zimmertüre sollte genauer gekennzeichnet sein!! Erst durch tel. Rückruf hat es geklappt

Only thing that I - Location was fab, right next to the water, 5minute walk to concert house and 5minute walk into centre of town. It advertises as have parking - it DOES NOT. The closest parking garage is a 10minute walk which is fine, but were 75euros from Thurs late PM to first thing sunday morning. Which wasn’t bad - but don’t advertise as having parking because that was my filter and wasn’t expecting to have to pay extra - I only found out after having booked and paid for it, the place doesn’t have parking.

- Liz (8/5): Perfect Linz location! - Fantastic location, great sized rooms and very clean. Looks recently refurbished/decorated. Wonderful to have the coffee machine and tea bags too. Thank you very much for bringing someone in with fresh towels. Cross the road and you’re by the Danube and Lentos art gallery. Go the other way and it’s the old town with the fabulous square and Alter Dom (old cathedral). Some of our party had issues with the shower water running cold (2nd person to take a shower). Shower heads rather wobbly in some rooms and in one could flood floor. An extra pillow could be nice, also fluffier and bigger towels.

Large size plenty of space for 4 people, comfortable beds, nice living room area to relax and watch tv, although we didn’t use the kitchen much it liked it had all of things to make a good meal, even spices Check-in a little delayed for us because it’s a self service but our teens helped us LOL!

- Martina (5/5): Sehr laut trotz neuer Fenster! - Die Lage ist gut, da man sehr nah am Hauptplatz ist. Wenn man raus hat, dass man erst mal über das Display wischen muss und dann den Code eingeben kann, dann funktioniert die Türöffnung gut. Man kann die Fenster nachts nicht offen lassen, weil die Strasse sehr laut ist und man vom Gehsteig einsteigen könnte. Die Kleiderstangen sind eckig und dadurch halten die runden Haken der Kleiderbügel nicht gut. Die Kaffeekapseln konnten mit der Kaffeemaschine nicht geöffnet werden , nur heißes Wasser erhalten.

I left my city for the weekend to get some sleep and take my mind off things, but I ended up not being able to sleep at all that night

- Franz (4/5): Beste Lage wenn man nicht schlafen will! - Lage sehr gut - Ausstattung ok Laut, laut, laut - das Bett steht gefühlt 3 Meter neben einer viel befahrenen Straße. Im Bad kalt, es gibt keinen extra Heizkörper - man kann nur die Tür offen lassen und im Zimmer gut einheizen. Was für´s Schlafen nicht gerade förderlich ist. Aber egal - weil - siehe oben - schlafen kann man sowieso nicht.

- Mario (8/5): Super Lage, super Apartment, gerne wieder 👍🏼 - Großes Apartment, alles sauber, gut ausgestattet. Die Beschriftung der Zimmer, es steht zwar ein Zettel direkt beim checkin Automat. Aber der von den man bekommt ist für mich verwirrend. Auf dem von stand TOP5, gemeint war aber Apartment5 . Weil top5 ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ist, und mein Apartment5 im 2. Stock! „Ich weiß es ist überall beschildert“ Aber nichts desto trotz verwirrend. Wenn auf dem kleinen Bon zb APA5 stehen würde, geht niemand zu TOP5.

Que todo el checkin estuviese automatizado ya que no daban ninguna flexibilidad en la hora de entrada y esta es muy tardía.

- Eva (10/5): Spacious, clean, nice, comfy accommodation in the center. - We book this hotel everytime we come to Linz and we like it. It's clean, spacious, well equipped, nice and warm. The registration in place is easy. The only thing is that the parking is not in the hotel, but it's the municipal garage which you need to pay extra. But it's ok when you know about it.

- zeynep nisan (10/5): Great location and it good for short stays where you explore the city more and need the room to rest and bathe. - The location is great. There is no staff but that wasn’t a problem for us. You can check in and pay in an automat machine. The entrence is a huge door opens on itself when you push the code. I was afraid it would be too cold but the conditioner was working and heating the woom very well. The lentos art museum was right in front of the place. The entrance door opens up on its own very slowly after you push the button from the inside or outside but it doesnt close right after. You cannot force to close it bc it has an automatic system. We didnt have any problems but it might be a safety concern, altough the area is safe in my opinion. The bathroom was cold after a shower bc the air conditioner doesnt heat the bathroom. We wanted a double bed but got twin beds pushed togethwr. Not a big problem again.

- Herman (7/5): mooi appartement, Groot, maar povere aankleding. Perfecte ligging! - Perfecte ligging, heel ruim appartement. De inrichting was erg minimaal. Het app. was zeer ruim (+++) met 3 grote vertrekken, maar slechts 1 klein tafeltje met 4 stoelen. 1 slecht zittende bedbank, 1 stoel en een (buro)tafel en 2 x 2 persoonsbedden (prima bedden, daar niet van). Geen plaatje aan de muur,

- Katalin (7/5): Ha kész lesz a ház tatarozása szuper szállás lesz. - Kényelmes tiszta tágas jó beosztású jól felszerelt lakás tényleg közel a centrumhoz. Nem értesítettek arról hogy a ház jelenleg felújítás alatt áll. A házba majd a lakásba bejutás csak 1órás várakozás után sikerült mert a szobafoglalás alkalmával rossz kódot adtak meg.
