• Emma (7/5): - Très bon emplacement parfait pour se balader et proche de la gare en métro, literie parfaite. L'odeur de la salle de bain était très désagréable, heureusement qu'elle n'était pas dans notre chambre. La chambre aussi avait une odeur mais plus discrète. Pas de réception mais une boite à clefs. L'espace pour faire un thé et café et assez proche de la chambre ce qui fait qu'on entend les autres voyageur-euses assez bien et ça peut réveiller.

• INO (10/5): Tutto ottimo - 3/18〜20の2泊3日しました。 チェックイン前からWhatsAppにて連絡を取り合うことができ何でも質問することができます、そして返信がとても早くてとても助かりました。宿泊日当日は、14時チェックインですが部屋の用意が早くできたということで12:30頃には部屋に入ることができ最高でした。 部屋やバスルームは綺麗で、エアコンの効きもよく、備え付けのテレビでNetflixやプライムビデオも見れて文句なしです。 交通のアクセスは見て分かる通り、色々な駅にアクセスしやすいため最高の旅行になりました。 これと言ってないですが、強いて言うならば冷蔵庫はオプションなので必要な人は付けてください。

Check In was before the usual schedule, clean, well located, the host always answered, I loved a Playlist for my stay in Naples, the commercial premises in the area very friendly. Perfect.
• Jessica (7/5): Stanza comoda e vicina a Spaccanapoli - Ottima posizione e facile da accedere. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita e il bagno esterno era pulito e confortevole. Il calorifero nella stanza, quando in azione, continuava a gocciolare facendo un rumore fastidioso durante la notte. Il propritario è stato avvisato e fortunatamente lo farà riparare o controllare.

• Lóránd (10/5): - Minden nagyon közel volt a szálláshoz, a szállás igényes és tiszta. A személyzet nagyon kedves, nagyon segítőkész ( bármi kérdésünk vagy bizonytalanságunk volt rögtön megválaszolták nekünk) Este az utca nagyon hangos, a párna számomra kényelmetlen volt.
• María Paz (9/5): Habitación moderna, ubicación excelente. - Este alojamiento es reformado, se encuentra en un edificio antiguo pero al entrar no te das cuenta ya que todo es nuevo y moderno. El baño se encuentra fuera de la habitación, no nos resultó complejo ya que no vimos a nadie más en nuestra estancia, había hervidor y un sector pequeño donde podías sacar cubiertos y platos para comer. La ubicación excelente dentro del centro histórico de Nápoles. Sólo haría el alcance a las personas que viajan con mucho equipaje o maletas grandes, ya que al ser un edificio antiguo debes subir escaleras para llegar al alojamiento, si llevas poco equipaje o mochilas no deberías tener problemas.

• Noemi (4/5): - La posizione ottima, la camera pulita e spaziosa, il self check in. Il bagno era FETIDO, puzzava. Il bagno è esterno alla stanza perchè si affaccia sul corridoio insieme a tutte le altre stanze. Peccato che essendo cieco e non avendo mai aerazione, ormai puzza di morte. La doccia sui bordi aveva la muffa nera. Infine, io capisco che non ho mandato subito appena arrivata il video con i soldi della tassa di soggiorno e i documenti, ma non mi puoi chiamare alle 21.30.

• GIUSEPPE (1/5): Incubo terribile - Nulla Bagno fuori dalla stanza (ad uso esclusivo) ma con un terribile ed insopportabile odore di fognatura. Alle mie rimostranze il gestore ha sottolineato che la situazione era accaduta da pochi giorni (cosa non vera perché sia su booking che su Google molti clienti lamentavano lo stesso problema da parecchi mesi prima) e che lui non poteva farci nulla in quanto erano lavori comunali. Letti scomodissimi così come i cuscini. Bollitore in comune con tutti sporco fino all'inverosimile (ho le foto a dimostrazione). Colazione non inclusa anche se su booking risulta di sì (ho anche foto in merito). B&B al secondo piano senza ascensore. Pub e locali pubblici proprio sotto il balcone aperti fino a tarda notte con schiamazzi e voci molto fastidiose. Subdola mossa del gestore nel farmi pagare la tassa di soggiorno (4,5€ al giorno) anche per mio figlio di 13 anni (dimostrabile da documento inviato via WA) pur sapendo benissimo che tale tassa si applica dai 14 anni in su. Abbiamo pernottato fortunatamente solo 1 notte impossibilitati a trovare altro all'ultimo momento e a tarda serata. Comunicazione col gestore non proprio idilliaca sia telefonicamente che via WA (posso fornire gli screenshot). In conclusione esperienza da dimenticare, sospetto che le recensioni positive siano quanto meno dubbie, non lo consiglio assolutamente e chiedo a booking di prendere provvedimenti affinché non capitino più situazioni del genere ad altri viaggiatori. PS mi aspetto dei commenti dal gestore che smentiscano tutto ciò che ho scritto ma ci tengo a puntualizzare che posso fornire prove e documentazione fotografica e telefonica di ciò che ho scritto
• fabiola (10/5): CONSIGLIATISSIMO - Struttura situata molto molto vicino al centro, quindi ti puoi muovere comodamente in giro per tutta la città totalmente a piedi, anche molto vicino ai pullman per andare all’aeroporto quindi estremamente comodo. il proprietario è stato abbastanza gentile. La stanza era pulita e il bagno anche. Quando eravamo in stanza ho notato che il Wi-Fi non prendeva per niente bene, magari la nostra camera era in fondo al corridoio ecco perché, non lo abbiamo fatto notare al proprietario perché in stanza ci siamo stati poco. Magari lui poteva fare qualcosa

• margaritalaguionista (7/5): - Estuvo bien. Cama cómoda, espacio grande, baño limpio. Está ubicado en un lugar céntrico, se entiende el ruido, pero en la esquina hay un bar que tiene fiesta hasta pasadas las 3 am. No es culpa de ellos, pero es bueno saberlo porque no es fácil conciliar el sueño.

• CChamoret (7/5): - Location is perfect to visit Naples in a couple of days. Owner was flexible with the self check-in and gave lots of tips for tourist attractions. Room was clean and the bed comfy. The smell of the shower room was quite unpleasant unfortunately and a little coffee station would have been even better. Everything else was perfect.

• Giulia (9/5): - Zona ottima, attaccata al chiostro di Santa Chiara e in un vicoletto davvero tranquillo. La stanza è piccolina ma ha tutto il necessario. Proprietari gentilissimi e sempre disponibili, a qualsiasi ora. Se volete visitare la città, questo b&b è perfetto!
• Guadalupe (10/5): Muy agradable - Está cerca de todo en el centro histórico. Es un piso reformado y las habitaciones son modernas y agradables. La habitación amplia y limpia. Tiene pava eléctrica y microondas, café y té a disposición. La habitación que me tocó tenía un balconcito, así que pude secar ropa y fumar sin tener que bajar las escaleras. Es un segundo piso sin ascensor y con escaleras bien empinadas. Capaz estaba escrito y no lo leí. Si estás con maletas vas a odiar ese tramo. En todo el espacio hay olor a cloaca fuerte, en la habitación solo en el baño así que si cerrabas la puerta todo bien.
• Jacob (9/5): We enjoyed a lot, we will come back. - No breakfast in the B&B, the weather was warm and wonderfull and we enjoy taking coffee and small thing to eat outside in the fresh air, there were planty close place to have small breakfast. There was a close by agrucery shop and with fresh fruits as we love to have as breakfast. The room was big enougth and we like it, the bathroom dedicate to the room was in other close room to our sleeping room and suprisengly we liked this as well. The young people runing the place were very nice and helpfull and we will come back to this place again. In Italy and Napoli the coffee outside is so good that we not requiring a coffe making facility in the room. Everthing was Ok no remarks. Wew enjoy. The seperate bathroom should have more air circulation since it doesn-t include an outside window, but he was big and very wellcoming the user, so no complains.

• Léa (3/5): Séjour moyen - Localisation centrale Chambre spacieuse Par où commencer… le pire : la salle de bain. Salle de bain séparée de la chambre, qui est dans un piteux état. Odeurs insoutenables d’égout et d’humidité. Nous avons dû laisser la porte ouverte pendant tout le séjour afin de tenter d’aérer, cela n’a rien changé. En arrivant, de nombreux poils et cheveux jonchaient le sol et les meubles. La douche est remplie de moisissures et de crasse. Ensuite, la chambre est sombre, avec de mauvaises odeurs de renfermé/humidité, des fourmis s’y promènent. L’isolation est également inexistante : on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans la rue (2 bars au bout de la rue) et dans le couloir de l’étage. Enfin, le/la propriétaire est très sympa mais envoie 5 fois le même message entre le moment de la réservation jusqu’au jour de l’arrivée puis pendant le séjour tant que la taxe de séjour n’est pas versée (vous devez vous filmer etc) : si vous n’avez pas confiance en vos clients changez de système. Même si le prix n’est pas cher, je vous conseille de mettre 10-15€ de plus et vous aurez quelque chose de bien plus correct.

• marcella (5/5): - La posizione Nessuna accoglienza in struttura, nessun confort e molto cattivo odore proveniente dal bagno, per tre giorni consecutivi.
• Matteo (8/5): - Posizione centralissima, in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono vari punti di interesse nel centro storico. Nella stanza si avvertiva un leggero odore di muffa.
• Andrea (8/5): Un soggiorno confortevole in pieno centro storico, ideale per visitare Napoli a piedi. - Ho apprezzato molto il self-check-in, semplice e veloce, con istruzioni chiare. La posizione è perfetta, proprio nel centro storico di Napoli e vicino a tutti i punti principali da visitare. La camera era molto grande, luminosa e soprattutto pulita, rendendo il soggiorno molto piacevole. L’unica nota negativa è che ho trovato un po’ di muffa nella doccia. A parte questo dettaglio, tutto il resto era pulito e ben curato.
• Giorgia (7/5): Buono per un breve soggiorno - Zona centrale, perfetto per un breve soggiorno Il bagno distaccato dalla stanza non è comodissimo, in più non ha una finestra e il sistema di ventilazione era pessimo. L’host a mio avviso non molto professionale (mi ha chiamato entrambe le sere, una sera alle 23 per ricordarmi una volta di mandare le foto dei documenti e l’altro per ricordarmi la tassa di soggiorno che ovviamente abbiamo lasciato poi l’ultimo giorno). Capisco siano tappe essenziali di un soggiorno ma quando un’ospite è in vacanza non guarda il telefono e ritrovarsi una chiamata alle 23 non è carino.

• Anastasia (5/5): Good location but that’s about it - -location was central to everything -there’s a bar/cafe downstairs that plays loud music every morning and the glass on the windows isn’t soundproof -you can hear everything in the hallways and other rooms -no hot water in shower first few days but this was resolved on my last night -extremely small and uncomfortable shower -the external bathroom is a few doors down from the room which you have to lock and unlock with a key every time -hallway light is never on, you need to find the switch every time to see where you’re going -there was an extra pillow in the closet which i couldn’t use because it didn’t have a pillowcase but looked dirty anyway -4 flights of stairs up so not suitable for some (i knew this before booking so wasn’t a problem for me) -if you don’t pay the tourist tax IMMEDIATELY upon arrival you’ll be constantly reminded to do so by the owner -this is like a hostel more than a B&B
• Kira (9/5): A great room that is well situated between sightseeing areas. - The host was very communicative, check-in was easy, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was relatively central. The host left us only 2 pillows with cases on them, it would have been nice to be able to use the 2 extra pillows from the closet but they did not have pillow cases.
