• Geraint (10/5): Awesome apartment in KLCC - close to Petronas Twin Towers & shopping malls. - Everything went smooth and there were no problems. You will get detailed information on how to get your access card, how to enter the apartment and also how to check out correctly. Be sure to have WhatsApp as the communication will be handled through it (at least in my case). The apartment is in good condition and everything works, I had no problems. The pictures shown correspond to how it really looks too. If you are planning to use the apartment with more than 3 people there might not be enough cutlery for everyone but I had the apartment for myself so no problem there. There are 2 air conditioning units in the kitchen and one in each bedroom, all were working, no defects. There is also a water filtering unit that also works as a water heater / cooler combination in the kitchen in case you need hot water for tea or cold water in general. You get full access to all the facilities in the building, that includes 2 swimming pools and the gym for example. I stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks and never had any issues with the staff or the owner. Greatly recommended! No complaints!
