• Ludovic (7/5): Appartement correct et bien positionné pour la visite des sites historiques de Florence - Emplacement idéal car à 10 minutes à pied en moyenne de la plupart des sites à visiter Résidence calme même si les alentours sont très animés Débit et température compliqués à régler dans la douche Calcaire important au niveau des mousseurs des tuyauteries Machine à café mal nettoyée Manque de dosettes de café (4 dosettes à notre arrivée alors que nous étions 2 pour 4 jours) et une véritable aventure pour en racheter !
• Britt (4/5): - Bad customer service. No hot water, and they did not give us feed back when asked why they did not fix it. Not nice to shower or do the dishes in cold water for almost a week. No dishwasher. And how can they clean the apartment when there’s only cold water?

• _Ruud_ (9/5): Great stay in Firenze. - We really liked the location of the apartment. Close to everything, but Firenze is not that big. Room was very spacious, and also high enough (I am above 2meters tall). We never care about cooking during holidays so cant say much about those facilities, same for the tv that never goes on during holidays. It was also easy reachable from airport with tram, although tram doesnt stop around the corner, its maybe 20min walk from train station stop. Apartment has enough windows to make it bright, each window has a curtain, but you cannot make it completely dark. We did not minded. Sound isolation is quite good. It doesn't get completely silent but we were not bothered by outside sounds. Quite often we had the windows open and enjoyed street artists singing. House was clean, except for some little dust on top of big cabinet (when enter on right side) and on the fake plant decorations. For the rest its clear that the apartment is being taken care of very well. Contact with house owner went in general very smooth. We received clear instructions to enter apartment very fast after booking. That this code did not worked was pity, see "disappointment part" of review. The only thing that could have been better in our case was that when we arrived around 9pm the electronic door lock did not worked. We called the number provided in the instructions (after office hours you will be redirected to a manager in duty/standby). We then entered an automatic menu, first part was in Italian AND English, but the second round was Italian only. I did not understood and then call was ended. I tried a few times. As a last option I tried calling the same number using whatsapp, I did not got into that automatic menu, nothing happened and then I hang up. I dont know if it was because of calling using whatsapp, but I got called back immediately by the owner and then received instructions to get a key from a safe in one of the mailboxes on ground floor within a few minutes. This worked fine. The start wasn't smooth, but in overall we had a great time. Perhaps the owner can provide those instructions to get the key from postbox already after booking? Although I can imagine that he doesn't want to share that lock code too often if not needed.
• Jaap (8/5): The apartment is great and at a very good spot in the center of Florence!! - The way the apartment was setup with the bedroom upstairs. The pictures on Booking really resemble the actual place. Also it's located in the center of Florence so all the museums are just a couple of minutes walking distance. The couch in the living room is terrible. We also got 2 towels each for a four day visit. We would have liked a fresh towel for every day. Also in the kitchen there were no towels to wipe you hands etc.

• Jack (8/5): Really pleased and would recommend. - The interior was beautiful and really unique and felt very safe and quiet at night. The air conditioning was not the best (as it was extremely hot) and this resulted in my partner having to sleep downstairs on the sofa bed which was not comfortable for her and I was upstairs and could not sleep with the heat despite there being a fan.

• Olivia (9/5): Ideal Italian apartment in central location - Very charming and homely with gorgeous views and lovely furnishings. Really fab location and host was very communicative! The kitchen felt a little small but was a very minor thing. The upstairs room got very warm at night as the air conditioning doesn’t reach it very well. Recommend putting in another fan for this space.
• Paige (9/5): Superb - The beds were very comfortable. The location of the apartment is very Central to seeing all of the tourist sites. The apartment is well lit and has nice views of the rooftops around. The elevator works well and so does the code entry. The sofa really isn't that comfortable. It would be nice to have coffee and water at least for the first night of the stay.
• Sonja (7/5): Small apartment in the heart of Florence - Constant communication with Emanuele clear and fast information. The apartment is small, but there is a lot of air. Comfortable bed. The kitchenette was surprisingly equipped with everything you needed. There is a kitchen towel and soap in the shower. Shower problem. First, cold water flows, then boiling water, then cold again. Despite the fact that the living room has a small sofa and two light armchairs, sitting on them is very awkward and uncomfortable. In the evening this made it very difficult to enjoy the apartment.

• Olga (10/5): Perfect for a break in Florence - Location was very central. The host is extremely helpful. He provided a guide and recommendations where to eat. On arrival the entrance system was down, but the host was with me within 10 minutes and sorted it out. He also covered the cost of my drink inn the bar while I was waiting. We were allowed to leave the suitcases in the flat past the check out time. Can't fault it

• Paola (9/5): Great location. No need for a car (we left it at Santa Costanza @€7 per day). Host very helpful :-) - Location is great (less than 10 minutes walk from either the Uffizi or the Duomo complex). The property is on the 5th floor but there's a lift. The host is very helpful and knowledgeable of the city.
