There are a few super markets around and also a wonderful park nearby for a calm stroll. The host was super friendly and ensured everything was available as suggested in the post. • Rue (10/5): Wonderful stay!!! 10/10 - Great stay in Innsbruck! Right next to tram stop. Walking distance to everything as well. Lots of walkable local restaurants. Great kitchen, comfy bed, great internet. Spotless kitchen and bathroom, although shared spaces we never competed for the space.

Die Lage in der Stadtmitte ist perfekt um von dort alles zu erkunden. Es gibt eigentlich nur eine Sache die für mich nicht so toll war und das ist eher eine persönliche Präferenz als eine Kritik. Das Bett war für mich etwas zu weich. Ich schlafe gerne hart.

There is a view of the mountains from the room, a bus stop right outside the apartment, and the central train station is only 20 minutes away by foot. The apartment is large and clean. The toilet and shower are separate, so there was never a need to wait to use them even though it is a shared facility.

• ONABANJO (8/5): Nice - The location is very strategic. Located directly in front of the tram stop, with excellent connectivity. The apartment was lovely and spacious also. I was only given one towel for the whole of my stay. It could have been more, given that I stayed for 6 nights. Also, it would be nice if there were a proper bed cover apart from the mattress cover.

The kitchen is superb equipped, there was everything you could need. The bathroom had a bathtub and separate shower. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Shutters on the windows, possibility to use the laundry machine. The host was very friendly and responded quickly! Tram stops right in front of the apartment. Apartment is located in the ground floor and had just a few stairs to reach so easily accessible. We would have loved to stay longer, but the rooms were booked. Thank you for making our first trip to Innsbruck very nice! There wasn't a thing I disliked.

• Judi (8/5): Great place to stay - Clean and had all I needed. There were no drapes or blinds in my room so I had to wait till late to go to sleep as it was too light. The next door neighbour has an outside light which shone directly onto my bed. It felt odd not meeting the owner.
• Andreas (10/5): If you are visiting Innsbruck, STAY HERE! 10/10 :) - I loved all of it, the room was big, the facilities was good, the location was very central to the train station and to the metro + walking distance to supermarket, shops, Old town and some lovely parks. The host while I did not meet him in person he was very helpful and answered questions super fast. In addition would I say that the place had a feeling of a real home, would highly recommend to anyone visiting Innsbruck.

• Em (7/5): Good - We spent 6 nights at the apartment. The photos of the apartment are accurate, the equipment of the apartment was exceptional, the location is superb (tram station is literally in front of the building). Plus, the apartment is on the ground floor of the building. The description of the apartment is quite misleading. Despite it saying you only share the bathroom, the reality is you share the whole apartment with other guest(s) except the room you are booking. We shared the apartment with a couple and then with a mother with her son and every one of us was surprised that there is someone else living there with you. That said, the whole athmosphere of the stay can be influenced by other people you share the apartment with. none of the TVs were working

• Alvaro (6/5): Nice apartment, but false advertisement placing me and my partner in what was essentially a hostil. - The property is clean and in a good location. False advertisement. This particular booking is not 100% clear in the title or in its description that your party will be booking a room in an apartment where the facilities will be shared. My partner and I walked in from a 9.5 hour flight and a 4 hour train ride to an apartment that already had a guest in it. When we spoke to the host they essentially said “this is what you paid for.” Well this isn’t what was clearly advertised. In the middle of our stay the guests changed as well. This is not what this booking advertisement explained at all. I would be more understanding if it wasn’t already clear from the reviews that other clients have had a similar experience and a similar feeling of surprise and dismay. This is equivalent to a hostil environment. While you do have a room to yourself that you can lock up, the apartment will have others in it. Please be aware. The apartment owner should change his advertisement to be clear. I can only imagine this same situation occurring again and again, therefore it is incumbent upon me to state this in my review.

• Harry (8/5): Totally shocked when another person showed up occupying another bedroom. - no breakfast, 3 loafs of bread dated from 11Nov2024 but cannot read German so was not sure that manufactured date or expiry date. As owner named the property, Heart of Inn's Bruck, totally unfair to consumers and disingenuous way to give impression of being an actual inn or hotel when it is neither. Basic courtesy would warrant each occupant bring advisedcof shared toilet facilities with other occupants. Further if common property are damaged who is responsible if either party denies it for the duration if the stay?

Comfortable bed, could see the mountains from my bedroom window, super clean and really modern. It was absolutely wonderful there and so close to the railway station. It was perfect in every way. So there is never a wait for the bathroom even if the other room is rented. Complete kitchen with all utensils. Bedrooms facing the quiet backyard away from the street. „I will be back“. Nothing to say here.

I loved the porch with comfortable sofa, to rest and gaze at the stars. Little remark: A tiny dustbin in the bathrooms would be of benefit. A place to put the suitcase for use would be an advantage in the otherwise practical storage room. Please check the shower - how to use?

• Salvatore (10/5): Amazing, tastefully decorated apartment - I rarely give 10/10 reviews, but this place deserves one. Brilliant host, last minute booking, he was very helpful with instructions on how to get in in the middle of the night. The room was awesome - i particularly loved the honeycomb structure between the desk and the bed with a multi socket on it, so I could charge all my devices at once AND use em in bed (or potentially on the desk) while plugged in <3 The bed was very comfortable. The place is exceptionally clean. The shower was good. The bathroom is shared with the other room's guests, but this was not an issue - i found it spotlessly clean. I didn't make use of the kitchen but there were some drinks and snacks available and a coffee machine. Also a living room that looked very comfy to stay in with dimmable lights, which I hadn't time to enjoy. I will definitely return, if it's available next time. Thank you again, host! (won't call you by name to keep your privacy). You have been great and your place is amazing! Nothing really :) If I must put on my Simon Cowell hat and do some nitpicking, the bedroom curtain didn't quite work perfectly and jammed halfway down, so the sun would have woken me up if it had been summer. Also the towel provided was slightly old, but nothing a good soak in some fabric softener can't fix. But really the place is great. I wholeheartedly recommend staying there. This isn't the host's fault, and he gave me clear instructions about it beforehand (againthe host is amazing), but Parking is limited - you can park on street at 2€/hr (if you find a spot!) but with a max of 3h - paid hours start at 9 am, so if you arrive in the evening and stay just one night you can put a few euros in (must be coins, no cards and the machine doesn't give change!) and be okay to leave in the mid-late morning, but if staying a few days you will have to find somewhere else to park long term because it won't let you park there the whole day. Fortunately Innsbruck has a lot of garages :)

• Rahul (5/5): Passable - Well kept and clean house. Nice location. 10 min walk from the Innsbruck station. Had all the amenities for a perfect stay. We didn't receive the check-in instructions properly (might have been an issue with booking.com chat as many other guests have also pointed out in reviews) and had to wait for 20mins and call Martin multiple times to figure out the right apartment. The comfort in the house is dependent on the folks who live in the adjacent room. Do take note that it is not the owner (Martin) that you share the house with but some other guests. What was a bit surprising for us on the second day when we entered the house, we were met with a family of 6 people and a dog, although there are only two rooms in the house of which one was occupied by us. Consequently, they kept making noices till 11 PM and we couldn't sleep well.

All the basic facilities were there or I should say more than basic, u name it and everything was there. Mr. Martin was such a nice person, we could not find our key at the arrival and he came within some mins and facilitated us. It was such a good experience. We are definitely going to opt it during our next visit to Innsbruck.

• Yuki (9/5): Nice homey place to stay - I was amazed that they have EVERYTHING. You can really live there if you want. The closed balcony/study area is really nice with view of the snowy mountain tops. Location is good - close to the train station, but in a relatively quiet area. Trams run right in front of the apartment (ground floor) starting around 5AM, so if you're a light sleeper..be prepared for deep grumbling noise and vibration. There seems to be some glitch with the messaging to and from the owner (maybe through Booking) for I never received check-in details, and seems neither did the guests in the other room.

We appreciated all of the things available to us - soap, towels, coffee, tea, etc. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The shower was great too! We were able to walk into town, though it did take a bit of time. Property owner was very helpful in providing information for check in and check out as well as tons of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The neighborhood was not quite what we were expecting and it was a tad far from the old part of town. Still, we managed the walk to the river and train station just fine. It seems like this property is an apartment rental (with one other room rented to a different couple) instead of an inn like we were expecting so that was a bit of a let down.

• Salla (8/5): Very good - Very nice apartment near to city center. The room was really nice, with a terrace. Kitchen had everything necessary for cooking and it was possible to do laundry. Bed was very comfy. The choices of art are highly unacceptable and could feel disrespectful towards people with POC/racialized/colonized country backgrounds. The warm water didn’t work when I arrived but was fixed quickly.
