• Stuart (9/5): Top Marks for a great place to stay in the heart of Surfers Paradise - Location. Close to beach, tram and all that Surfers Paradise offers It’s showing its age and was a little tired but the location offsets that
• Fabien (1/5): - We observed the following serious issues: - Significant mold presence, including in the air conditioning unit and across the entire ceiling. - Overall deteriorated and rusty condition throughout the apartment. - Several small loose parts found inside the TV cabinet/drawer, creating a choking hazard for children. - Damaged frame of the main glass door, posing a risk of cuts or injury. - A portion of the ceiling missing near the bay area. - No protective globe covering the bathroom light, with exposed electrical wires in a humid room, representing a serious safety hazard. - No laundry detergent provided; instead, leftover soap pieces were placed inside a mesh bag in the washing machine. The photos shown on your website do not reflect the actual condition of the property. We only stayed one night. We did not stay the second night and were forced to leave the property early due to these unacceptable and unsafe conditions for our family. We would like to express our deep dissatisfaction regarding the owner’s response. Indeed, we were particularly disappointed by his attitude, which was marked by complete denial of the situation. He refused to acknowledge that the apartment was in an unsanitary condition and took no action to address the issues we encountered. Furthermore, despite our reports, no assistance was provided to us. This total lack of support is unacceptable given the conditions observed. We expected a responsible response and concrete measures, which unfortunately was not the case.
• Maria (5/5): Could be better value. - Right in the heart of Surfers Paradise Secure apartment with undercover parking. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washer and dryer in bathroom. A little old and dated. 1 bedroom apartment but there is a double bed and single bed in the lounge room. Furniture is old, bed was ok but pillows need to be replaced. Mismatched old furniture though out and 3 mismatched chairs and fake grass covering the tiles on the balcony. Only one aircon in the lounge room and two ceiling fans. No flyscreens on balcony doors

• shah (5/5): No Wifi Apartments- Kitchen barely 1 pots n 1 pans. Good host. More choices are their. - Convince, check in and check out Definitely, the kitchen needs more pots and pans. Having only One big pot and one big pan is just not enough for family stays. No Wifi in Apartments in the modern day is totally unexpected. I suppose to do some business work.

• maxene grace (10/5): Best experience and place to stay for a 1 day trip with the girls and if we could, we would have definitely stayed longe - it was near all the good food places and night activities, the place was amazing me and girls absolutely loved it it was clean and spacious!!

Very disappointed with my stay. The place was noisy, check-out was much earlier than expected, and the listing was advertised differently than what was provided.

Room still had previous occupants luggage which ment we couldnt check in till after 230pm. And even tho check out was 12pm get told can you make it earlier as other people are booked to come in. Overal was good
