• Marie (1/5): It was a scam, and the host uses booking to deceive the public and to rent other properties (poor) under a different add - Nothing - The host refused to give an access to the property and asked me to wait until it is ready. - I paid for Building 16 st 199 st Regis Maadi, but I was offered to stay in Building 1 B 199 street Maadi. - The review and the rating the public see when they reserve this property on booking belongs to different properties for the same host. Be careful - It was never ready, and he offered a different locations, both had severe hygiene and life threatening issues. Bed bugs, plumbing leakage. - All mattresses were sprayed with bug spray that triggered guests Asma. - I had no luggage only carry on. The host denied all my concerns and claimed the bed bugs came with my luggage! I had no luggage - The host was rude and bullying - I never accepted to check in to the properties he offered as alternative and I stayed for few hours on the alternative property without completing the chick in process as I wanted to be given an access to the property I paid for and was written in my booking reservation. - The host lists one property ( I paid for it) that may have certain rating and reviews, but he actually rents different properties with different addresses when the guest arrives. - There is no front desk or staff that the host claims, just the Janitor! - The hosts lied about the availability of the property I paid for ( 16 St Regis ) and offered a different one late night ( claiming I arrived late and the check in was not available). I was never given access to 16 Regis 199 street.

Everything was spotless and well-maintained, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the linens smelled absolutely fresh and clean. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making the stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Maadi! Nothing

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the apartment, and the location was ideal, making getting around the city extremely easy. The interaction with the owner was also extremely pleasant. They were friendly and cooperative, always ready to provide assistance and guidance on anything needed. In summary, my experience with this hotel apartment was excellent by all measures, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city. • Mo (9/5): Very Large Maadi Apartment - This apartment is very large over 2 floors. All 3 bedrooms are large, with the master en-suite. There are 3 WCs and a separate laundry room. Access was easy and comms were very good. We stayed a week. It is on the 7th floor and has a nice easterly balcony for sitting out on, so sunny in the morning. The road below is noisy but so are most places in Cairo. Around the corner on street 223 are shops etc. incl. Carrefour. Maadi is a nice residential area and is noticeably greener than Cairo, with some nice restaurants locally. The kitchen has the usual, except for knives and mugs which we picked up locally. It was nice and clean when we checked in. Nothing
