Ian (1/5): That first night was disaster, disappointing, almost a health risk. We left the following day. - Nothing, very disappointed. Nothing like photos on Booking.Com The apartment was dirty, had a bad smell, mould on the bathroom walls and in shower. no lights in hallway and bedroom, dead flies and ants. The pool was brown not swimmable. This was not luxury. Only stayed one night because we had no choice. The following day spent 55 minuets on the help line to Bookings.Com and they found another place for the rest of our stay. However we were asked to re book and pay again with the promise of a full refund which we are yet to receive.
