- Narine (5/5): - Schlechte Matrazen, schlechte Kissen und Bettlaken (ihnen krümelig). Insgesamt feucht und kühl. Keine Lampen am Bett.Von der Lüftungsanlage im Bad kam ein schlechtes Geruch. Ansonsten war das Zimmer gepflegt… für die, die eine kühle Wohnung suchen, ist das ideal. Für unsere Familie war das leider nicht passend.

- Aleksandr (8/5): Close to the station but flies bothered me - The spacious room and friendly owner. Relatively close to the train station. There were like 5-6 flies were flying in my room for the whole night. When I entered to the bathroom, I found some more sticking to the walls, apparently they were coming from the sewage. The mattress on both beds were sagging and had a poor support.

- Jesika (10/5): Highly recommend, very clean room, it's near to the supermarket. - It's very clean and comfortable place, staff were friendly and there is supermarket near hostel. It's far away from city centre.
- Al (9/5): Superb - This guest house is very good for its cost. It is like an hotel apartment type. There is a regular electrical fan and a TV with Armenian satellite channels. Washing machine is available for 500 drams / ~1.5 USd
