• Jürgen (10/5): Tolles Hotel um Florenz zu erkunden - Sehr gute Lage am Rande der Altstadt, alles gut fussläufig zu erreichen. Tiefgaragenplatz war klasse, das Auto wurde von Angestellten geparkt. Schöner Wellnessbereich, den wir bei den kühlen Temperaturen gerne genutzt haben. Sehr nettes Personal überall. Super Frühstück, da hat nichts gefehlt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und geräumig. Alles perfekt 👌

We only really used it as a base but did love the pool! - Lovely and generally well maintained hotel, spa was fantastic we thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Room was modern. Quite a walk into the centre of Florence but we didn’t mind this. Nothing against the hotel at all however visitors should be warned that Italy has restrictions on air conditioning meaning (as was kindly explained by reception when I questioned the aircon not working) basically there is none allowed currently to protect the climate, which is great but it led to a very hot room. Through opening the doors briefly to ventilate the room a mosquito must have got in and we were bitten an awful lot! Again, this is nothing against the hotel but just be warned the rooms can get very warm. Also our room (a terrace room) was under the breakfast area, so I was woken each morning very early to loud banging and chairs scraping.

Seul petit bémol, notre chambre était située sous la salle des petits déjeuners et cela a généré un peu de bruit le matin. Rien de bien grzve mais peut être gênant pour les marmottes.

La lumière du parking était trop forte et nous empêché de dormir dans la suite. La deuxième nuit, j’ai demandé aux personnels et ils l’ont enlevé, ils ont bien réagi.

This was our favorite hotel stay of the entire trip. My only complaint would be it’s a little bit out from the central tourist areas, which is both good and bad. A little extra walking, but then also not as noisy.

Also our room was located right behind the breakfast area and we got woken up by loud table cluttering every morning at 6am. There was also a public toilet next to our room and you could constantly hear someone blowing up the toilet. After asking to change the room three times (but apparently the place was fully booked) we checked out early and went to another hotel.

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit toller Auswahl.. Gut gelegen. Fußläufig zu den wichtigen Attraktionen (20min) und gut an verschiedenen Buslinien angebunden. Leider war die Sauna kaputt.
