• Katja (9/5): Zentrale Lage, schönes Zimmer, zuvorkommende Vermieterin - Die Lage war super: man konnte zu Fuß alles erreichen und auch gut die Busse nutzen. Das Frühstück wurde abends bereit gestellt. Das war ideal für uns, da wir sehr früh los gezogen sind. Die Vermieterin war nicht da - hat aber für eine nette Vertretung gesorgt. Außerdem hat sie Fragen über WhatsApp zügig beantwortet. Super war auch die Möglichkeit zur Gepäckaufbewarung. Wir könnten uns vorstellen wieder dort zu übernachten. Mag lieber frische Croissants als abgepackte. Bei frühem Aufbruch ist abgepackt aber praktisch.

Comfortable bed and plenty of buffet/ self- serve breakfast. Like a home from home. Andrea was also very patient with me trying to speak in Italian!

• Tobias (10/5): Perfekte Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Rom - Ein Zimmer mit allem was mach braucht und ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir würden es immer wieder buchen, sollten wir nochmal nach Rom reisen. Durch die super zentrale Lage ist es Abends schon recht laut. Das sollte einem aber bewusst sein wenn man eine Unterkunft in dieser Lage bucht. Wir haben es gerne in Kauf genommen.

La comodidad del lugar, aire acondicionando perfecto para una jornada muy calurosa, prolijo, limpio, el desayuno impecable, más de lo esperado por nosotras. Nada faltaba. • Megan (10/5): Great host, great location! - Andrea was a great host. He sent pictures to easily find the place then he met us when we arrived to show us around the space. There are locker cabinets in the kitchen area so we were able to store our luggage after we checked out. He had the breakfast area prepared the night before so we were able to enjoy breakfast early (6:30) the next morning. The location is close to the train station to easily catch trains and buses, and about a 20 minute walk to the Colosseum. We would stay here again!

He and his partner were very welcoming and warm people who met us and gave us a tour of the house and apartment. It is a decent beautiful building with high ceilings. The location is super convenient. We used the kitchen which was very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone, it was worth the money. Thank you Andrea! We will be back! Anna.

• John van den Bungelaar (9/5): Great value for money and great location - Perfect location. Good reception. Clear instructions on how to enter even if the host would not have been home. Walking distance from Termini station and all tourist sights. Bunch of nice bars and restaurants nearby too. We were in Rome during a code red because of the heat. Not being allowed to leave the airconditioning on in the room while being out, really brings down comfort when being back for a short 'siesta'. Same holds for breakfast. Doing that in the heat while the room does have airconditioning feels wrong.
• Aneta (10/5): great stay in Rome - I had a lovely stay in Rome. The apartament met my expectations. It's located just about 500 metres from Termini, and there are plenty of attractions within the walking distance for the apartament. The place is comfortable, and the Host, Andrea is a very helpful and kind person. We arrived in the middle of the night and it was very easy to get there - all you need is just the access code that Andrea sent us before we set off. We also had to leave at night and it was not a problem at all. Andrea speaks English, and he told us about an exhibition that is on in Rome now, and it was one of the greatest exhibitions I had ever seen (We arrived mainly to see Caravaggio, but D&G exhibition was a piece of art itself - Andrea, thank you a lot for that recommendation). Everything was great! I can recommend this place - it's a very good place to stay at.

• Angelique (10/5): Tout était parfait Mes parents ont adoré leur séjour. - L’hôte Andrea est vraiment au petit soins , ils a attendu que mes parents arrivent à l’hôtel après qu’il est raté leur avion à Genève , les échanges avec Andrea via WhatsApp, sont fluides et rapide J’ai beaucoup apprécié. ce n’est pas un point négatif concernant le logement, ni l'hôte mais seulement ne venez pas avec une voiture car il est impossible de se garer aux alentours du logement

В номере было чисто, просторно, свежее постельное белье и полотенца. В ванной комнате хороший напор воды и мощный фен. С утра есть возможность позавтракать, но для нас оказалось все очень сладкое 😛 было бы здорово добавить к завтраку что-то сытное (например сыр, ветчину, яйца и т.п). Мы останавливались всего на одну ночь, но с удовольствием вернемся еще раз!

• Karl-Heinz (10/5): Der Aufenthalt war einfach nur toll. - Es hat uns super gefallen. Andrea kümmert sich sehr um seine Gäste. Bei Fragen war er immer sehr gut behilflich. Wir hatten ein tolles italienisches Frühstück mit selbst gebackene Kuchen. Wenn wir wieder mal in Rom sind, würden wir jederzeit wieder bei ihm übernachten, da es auch eine sehr zentrale Lage ist.

• PANAGIOTA (10/5): - The location is great, everything in the historic centre is within walking distance. The BnB is a few minutes walk from Roma Termini train station. Andrea, the host, is a very friendly person and gave me detailed instructions for my check-in. He also provided a cabinet with a lock for my luggage- very convenient as I had an early flight in. The room was spacious and comfortable.

• Melina Calvo Delfino (9/5): Muy cerca de Roma Termini, facilidades para el check in y guarda de equipaje - Muy buena ubicación si necesitás moverte en tren, queda a pocas cuadras de Roma Termini. Se puede acceder al departamento por ascensor y cuentan con un espacio tipo locker para dejar el equipaje previo y post check in. Como los huespedes anteriores habian cancelado, nos permitieron check in anticipado, lo que nos gustó mucho! Andrea siempre estuvo atento y brindó información clara y precisa. En el departamento hay una cocina con elementos para desayunar y electrodomésticos como cafetera y tostador, además de cocina completa con vajilla
