Guest Reviews
- Predrag (10/5): - Alex is a very good host with clear instructions and recommendations. Available at all times. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Trastevere station, from where it is easily connected to all parts of the city
- Ramon (10/5): OTTIMA ESPERIENZA!
- cinzia (10/5): - Struttura davvero ben tenuta, pulita e accogliente.

- Andre (10/5): Exceptional - The owner was great! Very good communication. Excellent service.
- Rio (10/5): Great location with a comforting feel - Great location Nothing
- Pauliina (8/5): Ok. - Room and bathroom were clean and big enough and the room had closet for clothes. The host was very friendly and gave recommendations of where and how to move around in Rome. Bed was comfy and big. Windows had shades so if you like you can make it pretty dark for the night. Also, the possibility to stream amazon prime video and netflix from your cell to tv was great. Breakfast was pretty light and more like snacks (industrailly made sweet pastries and yogurt), so not a traditional B&B.
Our room was situated next to a pretty busy road and the windows are very thin + you could hear all the noises from the hallway to the room. Vice versa sounds from the room very easily heard in the hallway. So if you like to sleep in silence you should definitely take ear plugs with.
- Cem (9/5): Superb -
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Donna (9/5): Alex accommodated our needs on the trip. He was most most welcoming. -
- Ozlem (10/5): Exceptional - Alex was really kind and helpful and always reachable in case of any problem
- Cyler (10/5): Fantastic stay, fantastic host, I had a short stay but could have easier extended. - The room was perfect, super clean, Alex the host was so informative and kind, gave lots of information and also recommendations of the area.
- Lucia (10/5): Loving Rome - The B&B is in a residential area, me and my friends felt pretty safe there. Very good connection to the main part of the city, bus stops nearby, running all the time. Saturday it wasn't as frequent, but still a good connection. If you don't mind walking you can reach the Colosseum in approximately 40mins. There were some restaurants in the area too, shops, pharmacies all you needed was very close. If you want to enjoy yourself or simply take a rest from the amazing but very tiring sightseeing Trastevere area is great, lots of restaurants and coffebars. Our room had a bathroom one double bed and one single bed. Also all the facilities as described on booking. The description is pretty accurate. Hot water always running, they changed our towels on the second day I think.. Alessandro the host of the place was helpful, patient and always easy to speak too. He always responded to our inquiries. The breakfast is more like snacks but enough to start a day. Coffee, tea, yogurts, sweet pastries and juice and milk were replenished every day. All in all it was good value for the money. We really enjoyed our stay. Blisters on our feet 😅 mind you it had nothing to do with our accomodation
- Robert (7/5): Good -
- Tracy (7/5): Meh - The room was small, and the "breakfast" was stale bread items and yogurt. The location was in a pretty sketchy area.
- Lewis (7/5): Good -
- Coolman (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and Alex was a great host! Would absolutely recommend.
- Guy (9/5): Superb - Italian regulation preventing fresh products for breakfast when delivered by B&B's... Everything was packaged, but apart from that, perfect!
- Mateo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Warren (9/5): Great value for money - Alex is a great host and allowed an early check in and a late check out
- Leo (10/5): Excellence - Even after the check out deadline, Alex allowed us to stay an hour longer to finish pending business. Excellent service, very comfortable, excellent breakfast. Thank you Alex for your generous attention, we will be back!
- Jules (9/5): Superb -
- Hristina (10/5): Lovely stay in Rome - We had a lovely stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, we had all the facilities we needed, everything was spotless. Great communication with the host, made sure everything is on top with our stay. Thanks Alex for your amazing hospitality.
- Jamie (7/5): Good - The owner was helpful and very welcoming, Nice size room and comfortable bed I wouldn't say it's a bed and breakfast because they don't serve breakfast because of Italian law where they are not allowed to serve fresh food or so I was told? even though it says breakfast included a couple of cakes, pastries and yogurt isn't what I would call breakfast, so had to spend more money on an extra meal, they should make this clear before booking as I was looking for places with cooked breakfast or a variety at least so was abit disappointed about this.
- Hind (7/5): Good - the room was spacious and clean, i had some coffee, cookies and water as well. Alex was very nice and explained how to get to the attractions
- Van-lang (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sergiy (9/5): Superb - Еverything is fine, the caring owner allowed us to leave things in the morning, long before the check-in time. The apartments are equipped with a coffee machine, there is a kettle, cookies, cakes.
Near the bus stop, to the railway Trastevere 10-15 min walk
- Eivind (7/5): all in all perfect for a trip on budget. a little far from the city center but it was a very quite and calm place. -
- Pawel (10/5): Exceptional - host nothing
- J (4/5): We are surprised that this is called a B&B; it was more of a below average Airbnb experience. - Quiet environment. Clean. You can make your own tea and coffee. The reception was very impersonal (no one was present): by means of operating locks remotely, we were let in (by phone). For those who like a creepy atmosphere, this is a plus (the sound of a prison and the feeling of being observed from a distance). The host had indicated that he was not in Rome but we had expected a replacement.
On arrival we only heard (by phone) that something was wrong with the balcony access. And soon the toilet appeared to be dripping continent. This is not resolved during our 4 day stay.
Interim cleaning of the room will cost you € 10.00 per day.
If you don't imagine breakfast, it won't disappoint.
On the last evening we were surprised with a payment arrangement outside the agreements of booking.com. We found this very annoying and the app and phone communication disrupted our dinner and evening.
- Jesu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jesu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paddy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jason (9/5): Superb -
- Phellipe (8/5): Comfortable room - The bathroom was pretty good and fully equipped (shampoo, soap, hair dryer, etc). The AC worked perfectly. Room was spacious and comfortable. Acoustic isolation for inside could be improved, no problem with the outside noises. Aside from city center, but it's okay as several busses stop nearby.
- Sergey (10/5): Exceptional - Booked this for my daughter (solo traveler) and everything was great!
Alessandro (Alex) is a fantastic host - super nice, attentive, available and ready to help or advise.
The B&B is spotless clean, nicely furnished, easy to find and access.
Definitely recommend it!
