• Amy (1/5): Absolute scam! The property is under construction and cannot be stayed in. - There was nothing to like about this property as there was no property that could be stayed in!!!!! If I could give a zero rating that is what it would get. There was nothing to like about this property!!!!! We arrive and it was missing walls, power points hanging out of walls. The carpeted floor was covered in plastic, all furniture was piled together and covered in plastic. We could not stay here as it was under MAJOR reconstruction, something one of the hosts told us was due to a fire in the property. This apartment had been under construction for some time we were told however nobody checked it prior to us arriving and the host was not even aware that the construction had not finished. We booked the accommodation in December and arrived in February so there was ample time for the host to cancel this however they did not which resulted in us being in Melbourne with four children and nowhere to stay. The host contacted booking.com as he told me, to organise alternate accommodation, however what happened was them cancelling our booking and issuing a refund. Due to this I was informed by the host that because I had requested the refund there was nothing they could do despite telling me on an earlier call that they would sort out our 4 night stay at alternate accommodation. WE DID NOT CONTACT BOOKING.COM and I have a screenshot the host sent to booking.com to evidence this. Despite this we were told too bad, it is not feasible for us to help you. My recommendation is DO NOT ORGANISE ANY ACCOMMODATION WITH THIS HOST! Very disorganised and hands down one of the worst experiences of our life.

• Simon (1/5): - Nothing The fact that they took so long to cancel our booking and they charged us approximately $40 for damage insurance and haven’t refunded it. They told me it was canceled due to a fire but they went into bankruptcy and shouldn’t have been advertised in the first place. Please remove them from bookings.com so no one else has to be put in this situation.

• Doris (9/5): Very enjoyable stay. - Superb location. Close to grocery stores (and Queen Victoria Market), shopping malls, cafes and restaurants. Very friendly host. Very comfortable apartment. Needs to improve cleanliness.
