• Josephine (10/5): Do not hesitate! Book! - Perfect hosts, location, and updated and clean apartment. It is my 4th (or 5th) time staying here and I literally plan my whole Florence trip around the availability of the apartment. Near Santa Croce, great restaurants, bars, and cafes, walkable everywhere you want to go.

Modern/completely renovated building and apartment in the perfect location. Has everything you need for a great stay. Very responsive hosts who will help you with anything you need. Truly a quiet haven after a busy day in sometimes chaotic Florence.

The location was perfect—centrally located and walkable to nearly all the major sights, restaurants, and shops. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, made traveling with others especially convenient, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hosts were also incredibly helpful and responsive, making check-in smooth and offering great local recommendations. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Florence! Nothing

• Charles (9/5): Nice 2 bedroom apartment - The hosts were very nice and shared a lot of info. I'm very grateful they let us drop off our luggage very early and before the apartment was ready. The apartment is cozy and clean. We took advantage of the washing machine. It is a very quiet street and if needed I bet you can sleep with the windows open and not be disturbed. The location was good. In 10-15 minutes you can walk to the Uffizi and other major sites. The wifi was excellent. We had a car and there was a very close parking garage, that claims we won't get a ZTL ticket by parking there. Fingers crossed. N/a
• Alison (10/5): Lovely apartment. Good location. - Spotlessly clean, excellent facilities, super helpful owner who gave loads of tips for places to eat, visit etc. The location is great. It is off the beaten track but still close to points of interest. There is a local fresh food market and supermarket within a 5 minute walk.

• Rachel (9/5): Superb - The location was exceptional and easy to walk everywhere. The apartment was spacious, quiet, and very clean. There is a lift to get to the 1st floor, which is rare in Italy and very welcomed.

• Clare (10/5): A holiday to remember! Excellent apartment, location and the kindness of the hosts. - The location of La Casa is excellent, with lovely restaurants and bakery nearby. The Santa Croce is a short walk away and the apartment is in a great location to access the centre of Florence. La Casa is a lovely, modern apartment within a newly refurbished building (with a lift). The apartment is very well maintained, extremely clean and comfortable - in a quiet street and building. It also has great Wi-Fi access. The hosts were very helpful and kind: we were warmly welcomed on arrival at the apartment by Gianni, communication from booking and throughout our stay with Stefania was excellent with great tips for places to visit in Florence. We loved La Casa and hope to return! There was nothing not to like!

• Israel (10/5): Excellent. - Everything about this apartment is excellent. It is wonderful, comfortable, extremely clean, and cozy—truly the best place to stay in Florence. The location is unbeatable, within walking distance to all the major tourist attractions. Despite its proximity to these sites, it remains very quiet at night, with no disturbances. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep with high-quality pillows. Each bedroom having its own bathroom is a significant plus. Additionally, the kitchen is very well equipped. The building features an elevator, and the apartment itself is very modern and beautiful. The hosts, Gianni and Stefania, are extremely attentive and always willing to help, with very quick communication. We were absolutely delighted with this place. Having stayed in several cities across Europe, this is by far the best place we have ever stayed.
• Steven (8/5): Recommended Florence for 4 people - It was clean and the space was updated and modern. The lobby and steps to the 2nd floor were attractive and well lit. It is Located on a quiet street not far from cafes and attractions. Bedrooms were private and the two baths were nice to have and easy to access from the bedrooms. The staff were responsive via WhatsApp and they were entirely great. They arranged for us to drop off and store luggage and provided the keys early. There were two things that made the property less comfortable for us. The primary one was that there were no covers for the beds other than a top sheet. Being from a cooler climate, we really missed having another layer on the bed, even a summer woven blanket. There were no options. Secondly, there was only one set of keys for two couples. This was a minor inconvenience for us.

• Munevver (10/5): Lovely place and great hosts :) - Extremely comfortable place close to the center. Super nice and communicative hosts with all the guidance and good suggestions provided. Two big bedrooms and two bathrooms made very easy for us a family of four. The parking garage in the corner of the street is very useful, easy in and out. Reserve ahead on line. The Bakery cafe in the nearby street is fantastic , can’t say the same for the very nearby restaurant though. Casa FL was Our preferred stay during ten day Italy trip. Hosts are private people who really care about the guests and it makes a whole different experience compared to places run by a company. Thank you Stefania and Gianni. -
• Arlene (9/5): Overall a fantastic stay - Almost perfect! It was very well stocked, the location was good, bed was comfortable and condo was clean and new! One night was cold and one hot from sun and rainy days. It didn’t have any blankets for the bed- Just two thin throws. Further to the temperature challenge, we couldn’t figure out how to use the air conditioner. Maybe clearly printed directions for the heat/air and a heavier blanket for the rooms in case it’s needed.

• Julie (9/5): Lovely apartment, the kindness of the hosts and its location - a trip to remember! - This beautiful apartment is located in a quiet building just a short walk from Florence's main tourist attractions with Santa Croce literally minutes away. A local baker's provided great pastries and coffee in the morning with lots of quality restaurants right on the doorstep. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and did all they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. That we couldn't stay for longer! Nothing not to like!
