• Keiko (8/5): 機会があればまた宿泊したいです - 朝食の提供は無いと予約情報ではされていましたが、実際は付いていました。しかも温かいプレート朝食で 大変良かったです。時間帯も5:30から始まるので早くに出発出来てよかったです。 エレベーターの真横部屋だったので雑音が心配でした。実際はそんなに気になる音ではなかったけど朝はドアの開け閉め音がよく聞こえてました。エアコンは付いていますが送風が寝ていると丁度、顔に当たる位置なので停止して寝なければいけなくて暑い思いをしました。

• Rhonda (6/5): - The lady at the front desk really tried to help us when problem arose. The hostess in the restaurant was friendly and attentive. The air conditioning in the room worked well although very loud. Ww had to change rooms as the sink in the first room was completely clogged and there was no handyman working. Both rooms there is a strip that separates the carpet from the tile, and in each room i mistakenly stepped in this area and it is worn so bad the carpet nails are coming up through the carpet and pierced my foot. The shower head in the bathroom is mounted oddly high and can not be adjusted down, if a person was of small stature they may have a hard time showering although water pressure was great and nice and hot. Pillows were comfy.
• Paul (4/5): - Comfy bed, nice bath, nice coffee This stay at the Grande Cache Inn and Suites was meant to be a quiet retreat away for one night before an early local climb. Check in took forever with one person on the front desk, and i was greeted in the room by the most horrendous loud motor type noise coming from outside my windows. I spotted a cable going from the roof down past my windows to a machine that was making the reason for the noise. I couldn't hear myself think. Turning on the air con and TV didn't help drown it out. Apparently they were in the process of doing the hotel roof and a note in the room apologized for this...BUT why was this not disclosed at time of booking? We paid 136 dollars for the night to listen to that till 9pm!!! I am very disappointed in this hotel. You should have closed the rooms that were situated right next to the noise source, but it seems money, not doing the right moral thing was more important to this hotel.

There’s also a cool viewing room on the third floor. They should tell guests about. Great spot to see the mountains Advertised free breakfast but the restaurant only had one person working so I gave up after waiting 25 minutes. The hotel should address this with the restaurant if they’re going to continue partnering with them. It was very disappointing

• Zanna (8/5): - I loved that we were able to use the side door with our key card. The AC was great. The view from our room was fantastic. Not much for TV channels. TV wasn't great. The window in our room had an outdoor light right above it on the building that would come on in the evening. It shined much too bright inside even with the curtains closed. The light came through the bottom and sides of the curtain. I found it difficult to sleep.

Staff did their best to be helpfull While breakfast is included, you would have to have it between 5:30 and 8:30 am which I was not happy about and did not use as I like to sleep in when on a holiday. Also bar fridge is not enclosed so it is noisy and I had to unplug it.
