• Ashleigh (7/5): Great location, incredible hosts! - The hosts were amazing - they responded quickly, gave us great dinner recommendations and even ordered us a taxi for our first morning tour to make sure we got there on time. The apartment is very well located - easy for taxi drop off/pick up, walking distance to all major attractions and great restaurants. The washing machine was the main reason we booked this as opposed to a hotel and all our clothes dried really quickly as there’s a kitchen and bedroom window you can open to let the breeze pass through The apartment is located in an old building so there is stairs up to the fourth floor (which we knew but worth mentioning as this is not suitable for anyone with low mobility or large suitcases). There was also a constant musty smell in the apartment unless all the windows were open which was difficult at night with the street noise we had to have these closed (however again likely to be due to the age of the building). The portable aircon was incredibly loud and very difficult to sleep if unfortunately you’re a light sleeper
• Carlotta (8/5): Spacious Apartment in the Heart of Florence - The apartment is in a great location, right in the heart of Florence. It’s very big and spacious, with everything you need: a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and all utilities. The self check-in was convenient, and the staff was always reachable via WhatsApp or phone, which made things easy. Pet are welcome :) Super recommended! On the downside, the portable air conditioner wasn’t very strong and quite noisy. Luckily, during our visit it wasn’t too hot, but in warmer weather it could be uncomfortable in the bedroom.

La douche passe du très froid au bouillant, mitigeur à régler

• Floriane (9/5): Super - - la taille et le confort du lit - la localisation de l’appartement dans le centre ville - la gentillesse et réactivité de l’hôte par message - c’est écrit « climatisation » dans l’annonce, mais il n’y en a pas. C’est un refroidisseur d’air, que nous ne pouvons pas garder la nuit car l’appareil fait un bruit épouvantable, (en cas de canicule, comme ce week-end, c'était rude).
• Kimberley (7/5): Conveniently located spacious apartment with washer and kitchen with responsive, helpful, and welcoming staff. - Incredibly responsive, helpful, and welcoming staff. Had a washer, which is the main reason we booked this place since it was in the middle of our trip and we needed to do laundry. Spacious and very centrally and conveniently located. Lots of activities, restaurants, etc. recommended by the staff. Staff helped us book a tour of the wine country pretty last minute. On our first night, it was quite hot and stuffy so we turned on the air conditioning before going to bed. However, despite it being on the entire night, it was still quite hot, and somehow, in the middle of night, a bunch of mosquitoes wound up in our bedroom. We had to choose between pulling the covers over our heads and being hot but not bitten or being cooler but bitten. Plus, the noise from the street was very loud that first night. Needless to say, we didn’t sleep very well that night. Fortunately, the owner/manager Riccardo was incredibly responsive and attentive when I told him about the incident the following morning. Apparently, the exhaust hose for the air conditioning unit had broken, which created a large hole in the window, thereby allowing mosquitoes to enter our bedroom and effectively making the air conditioning system dysfunctional. By the time we returned to the apartment a few hours later, the exhaust hose was replaced and the hole eliminated. Riccardo also dropped off an additional plug-in mosquito repellent and instructed us on how to use them. We had no issues sleeping or with mosquitoes or noise from the street the rest of our stay.

• Herman (7/5): Perfect for a short stay to explore Firenze. - Perfectly situated to explore Firenze Very noisy when windows are open. Portable Aircon Unit is also very noisy.
• Keryn (8/5): Nice location and responsive hosts - A really nice location. Fairly clean. You get the whole apartment and it's quite spacious. The host was responsive and provided links to recommended places in the city. It was nice to have a fridge and dining table if needed also. Some elements were a little old in the apartment. Also, we needed to throw away all our garbage in public bins prior to leaving. I understand that might help the cleaning staff, but as paying guests, I don't think we should have to help with cleaning.

• Kathryn (9/5): Superb - Excellent location. Very clean and spacious. Super helpful host. I had all the information needed before I arrived and they made it very easy. The washing machine was super handy! It was a little noisy at night, but I have been told this is not unique to this property in Florence. There is no elevator, so it might be tough for some people to get there stuff up the stairs.
