• Vladyslav (1/5): Надеюсь букинг их закроет - Ничего По приезду обнаружил кучу мусора, позвонил по номеру. Сказали что в течении часа уберут, мы пошли на полтора часа в ресторан после чего вернулись и обнаружили тот же мусор.. но после этого мы уже звонили на букинг так как хозяину/ фирму дозвониться не могли, букинг так же не мог им дозвониться, в конце концов в 5 вечера пришли уборщицы, убиралась полтора часа.. после чего мы смогли заселиться, в итоге я понял что оно того не стояло, я потратил около 20ти эвро на звонки, много времени и нервов, это худшие апартаменты которые я когда либо видел, букинг на обещал компенсацию но без результатов, если хотите хорошо отдохнуть то посоветую вам доплатить 50 эвро и взять что нибудь другое так как оно того не стоит. Модератор скорее всего попытается оправдать это но не видитесь так как пожалеете.
• Ana (2/5): Terrible cockroach experience - The apartment is pretty close to the beach. It has the potential to be a good rental. Unfortunately, after we've reserved this place, new reviews showed up that mention cockroaches. Unfortunately², we also had a cockroach infestation. It was beyond disgusting. The host didn't bother to warn us about them which we find unforgivable. They were crawling out of the kitchen sink and from the bathroom every day. We often found them next to the bed as well. The staircase also had cockroaches. Even the front door of the building had them. The apartment is probably quite old with bad insulation, it was unbelievably hot and humid inside, to a point where the already hot and humid outside was cooler. The AC wasn't very efficient, we found it really hard to sleep at night due to the heat and humidity. The bed is ridiculously bouncy, it felt like a weird waterbed which just wasn't comfortable. Even the blow-dryer was iffy because it sparked up and the heating coil was glowing like Gondor. The host offered to put pesticides in the apartment while we were there, telling us that the cockroach issue "can be resolved". If that were the case, then why didn't they resolve it when the issue was first mentioned in a review almost a month before our stay? They also seriously tried to tell us that cockroach infestations are a "very common thing" in Cyprus. Mind you, we've been to Cyprus before many times, in ground accommodation as well and we've never experienced anything like this. We refused to have someone spread pesticides while we were there because the apartment is very small and we didn't pay over 600e to have someone poison us. Because of this, we were forced to leave and get another apartment 5 days before our flight back. We actually had to go to another city because there was nothing available on such short notice. The host refuses to refund us for the days when we didn't want to share the apartment with the cockroaches anymore. We didn't even ask for a whole refund.
• Christiana (5/5): Not recommended. - We stayed there for 2 months. Great location. It has all that you need in an apartment. Very old building, not as nice as in the pictures. The whole apartment is very small. The bed also is small for 2. Biggest problem was that the ac its very old, it wasn’t working properly and it was very hot during our stay so we had to buy a fan.
• Arieh (8/5): Very good - Excellent location, not far from the sea and places of entertainment The mattress is not so comfortable You need to add another sleeping pillow and blanket for the extra bed in the room. The street where the house is located is not so pleasant, but relatively quiet
