• Aleš (10/5): Vřele všem doporučuji!!!S majitelem super komunikace - Úplně všechno.Lokalita perfektní.Blízko vlakové nádraží cca 500 m.Také několik malých obchůdků s potravinami a drogerii.Pro 4 osoby super,protože každý má ložnici samostatně a své soukromí.Pokud bych letěl do budoucna zase do Tokia,tak bych se sem vrátil.S majitelem super komunikace.Tento byt nebo apartmán vřele všem doporučuji!!! Nemám vůbec co bych vytknul.Vše perfektní.
• Jimmy Lambey (10/5): Perfect property, value for money with complete facility, clean & spacious room, near train station. - I can say the property is so perfect: 1. It is very clean and tidy. 2. The facilities are super complete and well-organized, including hair dryer, washing machine, mini kitchen plus kitchen sink, microwave, rice cooker, refrigerator, dining table, separated washbasin, TV at main room, 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz internet connection, hot water, air conditioner, umbrella, wardrobe with many hangers, bathroom and toilet. 3. Towel and hand towel for 4 persons as my group consists of 4 persons, shampoo, liquid soap, cotton bud, dishwashing liquid, laundry washing liquid are provided. 4. The sleeping rooms are spacious, including big wardrobe at which you can open it and put down big luggage in open position inside it. 5. It is on first floor so no need to carry all luggage up the stairs. 6. It is near station, Keisei Koiwa Station, +/-600 meters. Keisei Koiwa Station itself is +/-1 hour from Narita airport with public transport. 7. Around Keisei Koiwa Station, there are 7-Eleven, Family Mart, supermarket, fruit shop, Chinese restaurant, Mycurry Shokudo, laundromat, bakery, etc. 8. Easy self check-in procedure. 9. Easy communication with the host thru message feature in booking.com. Nothing
• AKIKO (10/5): とても快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました！ - 清潔で設備も良く、3人で使用したが、広さは充分でした。近くにコンビニがあったのが嬉しかったです。 アメニティの歯ブラシ、くし、時計が有れば嬉しかった。ダイニングにも暖房機が欲しかった。 シャワールームのみで浴槽は無かったが、近くに銭湯があるので、まぁいいかな。

• Keanu Ezra (9/5): A hidden gem in Tokyo - Very easy check-in, host kept me well informed during the whole process! Location is crazy nice - you get to experience a real nice residential area outside of the city center. Train station and convenience stores are also nearby! I liked everything here
• wanef (8/5): - The house is comfortable and have a functional facilities. Near a playground - good for the kids. A bit far from the JR station, if you're using JR pass not suggested. The nearest station is keisei-koiwa is not covered by JR pass
• Peter (10/5): - Nice and cozy apartment. The location was in a quiet district with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants around. We stayed for 9 days and enjoyed every one of them. Thank you and will definitely visit again.
• Madison (8/5): Nice and pleasant had everything we needed - The property was nice good facilities and appliances Had a washing machine and toilet was seperate to bathroom was also surrounded by heaps of local foods and public transport Does take about an hour to get to city centre but there’s still heaps around it

• YASMINA (1/5): A fuir absolument - Rien ⚠️ À fuir absolument ! Nous avions réservé 9 nuits, mais avons fui les lieux dès le lendemain de notre arrivée, tellement l’état de l’établissement était insalubre. Les lits étaient sales, avec une odeur forte de chien mouillé, et infestés de punaises de lit. Nous avons été piqués dès la première nuit. Le cadre de lit était couvert de crasse, les matelas tachés, la literie douteuse. Rien à voir avec les photos mises en ligne. Cet établissement ne devrait même pas être proposé sur Booking. Une honte. Pour votre santé et sécurité, n’y mettez pas les pieds.

• Ioan (7/5): - Totul a fost exact ca in descrierea de pe booking. Se comunica bine cu personalul (via chat). Loc liniștit relativ aproape de mijloacele de transport in comun. Toate utilitățile funcționează bine. Paturi confortabile, climatizare ok. Când am deschis ușa pentru prima data, ne-a întâmpinat un miros foarte urat, lenjeria de pat a fost murdara. Exista depuneri de praf cam peste tot, ca si cum curățenia se face doar superficial. Un uscător de haine ar fi binevenit.

• Daniel (7/5): Good location for East Tokyo but apartment needs work - Convenient location for stations on the Keisei line, quiet neighbourhood and fast WiFi Apartment could have been cleaner, the place needs a good deep clean as thick dust on many surfaces and kitchen cupboards and equipment greasy.

• Robin (6/5): Good value for money, but quite dirty - I thought the low price was mainly because of the location but its actually not that bad. Just a small 10 min walk to the station that will take you to the city center which, considering the price, isnt too bad. Also good facilities, toilet, microwave, a/c. Also great communication with the owner and easy checkin/out. The insulation of the house is really bad so it gets cold very quickly if the a/c isnt running 24/7 (we were there in february). And also it wasnt very clean. Everywhere you look a bit more closely it is very dirty (edges of windows especially) which was a bit disgusting.
• Frank (8/5): Very good - It was clean and there were plenty of dishes, utilities and cleaning supplies. The apartment is well-maintained and in a quiet neighborhood. The location was fairly far away from main Tokyo attractions. Also, there was a consistent and loud clanking sound coming from above the shower. There was also no lounging/living room area, which I didn't notice from the pictures but feel is worth noting.
