• Shedge (1/5): Feels very undafe and unclean area to stay. - Modern apartment Apartment is modern but utensils is are not clean and there is wield smell inside the house. Neighbourhood is very dangerous and feels unsafe in day and night also. Not good for family. Owner did not available during stay. Also, no lift in facility.
• samydoc (2/5): Un hôte aux abonnés absents - C'est propre et bien équipé Aucune possibilité de joindre l'hôte. Nous avions réservé pour 3 et nous avons eu la literie et les serviettes pour 2. Pas d'oreiller ni de draps pour la 3e personnes qui allait dormir surle canapé du salon. Un retour de l'hôte sur la messagerie de booking apŕès 24h, pour nous annoncer qu'il allait envoyer quelqu'un.... qui n'est pas venu. Heureusement, j'avais acheté un polaire pour résister au froid nocturne sur le canapé au salon. Bref.... ce n'est pas de la vraie hospitalité.

• Dieubeni (9/5): D’une manière générale, nous avons beaucoup aimé. - La tranquillité, la propreté et le confort. La difficulté pour se garer.

• Penso (8/5): Piacevole soggiorno - La struttura si trova a poco più di 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione treni/metro. L’appartamento è carino, abbastanza spazioso, e con un rapporto qualità/prezzo per la zona accettabile. C’è tutto quello che serve per un breve soggiorno. Aggiungerei un rotolo di carta igienica in più, e l asciugamano per asciugare i piatti non mi sembrava molto pulito. Il resto sembrava ok.
• Penelope (7/5): Good value apartment - Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, warm (once we'd opened the radiators), clean, easy walks to Brussels-Midi station and Clemenceau Metro, reasonably well equipped, good value. Neighbourhood was a bit down at heel, garbage everywhere in the streets (was there a bin strike?), no bars nearby (North African majority local population and hence presumably mostly alcohol-free).
• Carmen (8/5): Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt - Große, sehr saubere und komfortable Wohnung in einer ruhigen Straße. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Zentrale Lage in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station Clemenceau, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Leider habe ich noch keine Rechnung erhalten.

• Guest (8/5): - Apartamento nuevo, igual que en las fotos, con todo lo necesario, utensilios de cocina, cafetera, secador de pelo, TV donde se podía ver Netflix… el apartamento genial. Proximidad a la estación gare du midi y metro y bus a dos minutos de la casa. Unos 25 minutos caminando a la grand place. Lidl a 5 minutos caminando. Sé que no es culpa del alojamiento pero la ubicación es peligrosa (da miedo hasta de día) y hay mucha basura por las calles.
• Franz (8/5): Schöne Wohnung, zentral gelegen - Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist sehr schön mit einer guten Anbindung zur Metro und auch gut erreichbar zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Brüssel-Midi. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie z.B. ein großer Markt, ein Lidl oder einen Bäcker gibt es ganz in der Nähe. Alles war sonst sauber und in Ordnung! Der Putzservice hatte wohl vergessen, die Heizung vor unserer Ankunft (Ende November) anzustellen und eine Garnitur Bettzeug und Handtücher für die 3. Person fehlten ebenfalls, aber die Vermieterin hat direkt am nächsten Tag Abhilfe geschaffen und sich als sehr hilfsbereit erwiesen!

• Alicia (10/5): En résumé : un appartement bien situé, très bien équipé, où l’on passe un séjour agréable et pratique. J’y reviendrai sa - J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement et je suis vraiment ravie de mon choix. L’appartement est très bien situé, à seulement quelques pas de la gare, ce qui est extrêmement pratique pour se déplacer facilement. L’emplacement est idéal. Le logement en lui-même est très bien équipé : on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin pour se sentir comme chez soi. L’appartement est propre, confortable et bien agencé, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. La cuisine dispose de tout le nécessaire, et chaque détail semble avoir été pensé pour le confort des voyageurs. J’ai adoré mon séjour ici ,tout s’est parfaitement bien passé, sans aucun problème. On ressent une vraie attention portée aux visiteurs, ce qui donne envie de revenir. Je recommande vivement ce logement à toute personne qui cherche un endroit pratique, agréable et chaleureux pour séjourner. Le seul petit point moins agréable est la propreté de la rue environnante, mais cela n’a rien à voir avec le logement lui-même. On peut aussi entendre un peu de bruit, mais cela ne m’a pas vraiment dérangée et n’a pas gâché mon expérience

• Sruthi (10/5): Great stay!! - We stayed as a family of 3. The apartment was really spacious and clean with all the facilities. The host was very helpful whenever we called her. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was not that great, but the metro station is a 4 minute walk.
• Juan (7/5): My stay at Le Cocon MIDI. - The flat was extremely comfy and big for one or two travellers. It has the essential items to stay at most one week there. You can walk from Bruxelles Midi to the flat in less than twenty minutes since they are near. The neighbourhood is the worst thing about this accomodation: unsecure, full of rubbish and strange people. Don't get surprised if you look lots of garbage in the street.
• Anton (9/5): Good apartments in bad district - The apartment is pretty good. Everything you might need you will find here. Lidl shop is near the apartment, cafe's near the apartment. It is nothing the host might change, but the district is pretty unsafe and covered with garbage. Maybe it is the normal situation here, but for us it was unexpected.
