• Thomas (10/5): Ein Traum über den Dächern von Prag - Der Kontakt zu den Vermitern war optimal; freundlich, zuvorkommend, einfach unkompliziert. Die Schlüsselübergabe war ebenfalls einfach und durchdacht. Die Wohnung war, neben der Stadt selbst, ein Highligth des ganzen Urlaubs. Auch die Nähe zur Innenstadt war ein wesentlicher Punkt. In 10 Minuten ist man gemütlich zur Karlsbrücke spaziert. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt kleine Wünsche offen. Ich mache bereits in meinem Freundes- und Bekanntenkreis kräftig Werbung, denn so etwas zu erleben, haben sich auch meine Freunde verdient ;-) Dass wir wieder abreisen mussten war das einzig Unschöne an der ganzen Reise :-(
• dietze (7/5): - gross, gut ausgestattet, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, interessante innenarchitektur 2te toilette nicht zugänglich, fehlt definitiv bei dieser wohnungsgrösse. im hauptbad riecht es unangenehm aus den abflüssen. zu wenig gläser in der küche. fernbedienung fernseher funktioniert nicht richtig. jalousien in wohnzimmer, küche und oberem schlafraum defekt. alles in allem faktoren, die bei diesem preis für das appartement nicht schön sind.

• Daniel (5/5): Es war leider nicht der erhoffte schöne Aufenthalt in einem Luxusappartment sondern eher mittelmäßig. - Gute Lage, Gute Ausstattung, das Untergeschoss war großzügig geschnitten. Die Angegebene Anzahl der Schlafzimmer stimmt nicht, eines der Betten steht quasi in der Küche! Eine der beiden Toiletten war defekt und extrem Schmutzig, es gab aber keinen Hinweis darauf und der Vermieter dazu auch keine richtige Stellung genommen. Im Hauptbad hat es sehr schlecht nach altem Wasser gerochen! Auch hier gab es keine Lösung vom Vermieter!

• Emad (1/5): Worst property I ever booked - It is close to the center Staff responses were terrible unpolite One toilet was out of order and the other has a bathtub problem A lot of scratches on the furniture and around the property Not so clean as claimed! The building was so old and smells bad. Curtains were not functioning . They refused to give more than one key to the main door. Rooms do not match picture sizes . Some electrical outlets out of order Though we cleaned the place before leaving, the property charged us unrealistic charges claiming damages to the property without any acceptance from my side. Overall the stay in this property made our visit to Prague unenjoyable I do not recommend it at all

• Mikołaj (9/5): Fantastyczne miejsce na mapie Pragi - Mieliśmy wspaniały, prawie tygodniowy pobyt w tym miejscu. Byliśmy w 5 osób, 3 dzieci i 2 dorosłych i dla każdego było wygodne miejsce do spania. Są 2 sypialnie na górze i dodatkowe łóżko w salonie pod wieżyczką. Nie brakowało nam żadnych udogodnień, kuchnia świetnie wyposażona. Rewelacyjne miejsce na mapie Pragi, blisko komunikacji i niektórych atrakcji ale jednocześnie bez przytłaczające ilości turystów. No i wspaniale widoki z wielkich dachowych okien! Było kilka drobnych mankamentów, które jednak nie popsuły nam pobytu. Okno kuchenne było na stałe zasłonięte (awaria rolety) więc widok na zamek był tylko z sypialni na piętrze. Druga drobnostka to niesprawny przełącznik kran/prysznic w wannie. Ale i tak używaliśmy dużego i wygodnego prysznica.

• Tetiana (10/5): Радимо для відпочинку - Апартаменти функціонально дуже зручні та чисті. При вході гостьовий туалет, а перед сходами гардеробна кімната (пральна та сушильна машини, праска, фен, ін) з можливістю в одному місці залишити всі сумки та речі. На другому поверсі - дві окремі спальні (одна з них з панорамними вікнами на королівський замок, а інша - зі звичаними вікнами але на дах сусідніх будинків) та великий санвузол з усім необхідним (гель, шампунь...). Ще одне двоспальне місце знаходиться на першому поверсі в закутку між двома зонами (диваном для огляду телевізору та кухнею-столовою) та не є саме окремою спальнею. Ця спальна зона закривається шторками. В нас там згодились відпочивати діти, тому нам було досить зручно. Кухня обладнана всім необхідним (мікрохвильова піч, кавоварка, посудомийна машина, духова шафа, чайник, тостерниця...) для комфортного приготування навіть перших страв, хоча ще однієї пательні не вистачало. Є посудомийна машина та капсули для неї і кававарка, але каву необхідно прибати завчасно навіть для першого приготування. На кухні господар дбайливо залишив деякі спеції (сіль, перець, сушений базилик..) та чай. Для дітей в апартаментах купа розваг, але за чотири дні ми жодного разу не скористались цією можливістю, адже Прага просто надзвичайна. Постільна білизна та рушника були чисті. Місцеросташування чудове - 10-15хв парком і ти вже біля історичних памяток Праги. Щоб потрапити в апартаменти, ми отримали від Власника (до речі - розуміє українську мову) чіткі інструкції. Біля парадного входу шкатулка з кодовим замком, в якій знаходиться ключ від парадного входу, окремо отримали код від електронного замку для входу безпосередньо в апартаменти. Ключ від парадного також можна використати до дверей внутрішнього двору, де встановлені сміттєві баки. На першому поверсі та в спальнях другого поверху встановлені кондиціонери але, майте на увазі, що це верхній поверх і в сильну спеку другий поверх (найбільше спальня з панорамними вікнами) не придатний для відпочинку навіть з працюючими кондиціонерами.

• Kseniia (10/5): I was with my friends and we really enjoyed the stay. The apartment is big with a good interior - The location is good, you can find anything you need there. The apartment is clean, has everything what’s needed. Especially I liked the attic with the view in Prague. Also the sleeping place in an old tower is top :) I enjoyed the communication with the host and highly recommend you to stay in this apartment!!
