• Martin (9/5): Perfect location and stunning views from rooftop apartment - wonderful roof terrace views. fantastic location close to Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps. very comfortable bed. very spacious and clean apartment. great waterfall shower. near perfect apartment apart from Jacuzzi not heating up to the required temperature due to initial power issue. we did not have toilet paper for 2 days despite reporting immediately. no working safe deposit box. jacuzzi water was cold and would have taken 2 days to warm up.

• Sue (6/5): Beautiful stay but expected more from the description and photos - The location was just perfect walking distance to everything Really comfy bed and pillows Great views Lift was very handy Good size modern tv and fast wifi Kitchen area good with all accessories More towels and toilet roll provided when I asked for them The staff were helpful Hot tub was cold on arrival not what I wanted after an early start and flight Once hot tub was heated only 2 sets of jets worked The shower only worked on full power on the hand held part the main shower just dripped No Bath robes as shown on photo and description The outside area needs updating weeds everywhere and the wooden decking the hot tub is sitting on is rotten and old In need of some tlc in places

• José María (10/5): Alojamiento de 10, por amplitud, tranquilidad, ubicación y sobre todo una gran terraza. - Casa muy completa con ubicación excelente. Terraza muy grande con vistas únicas 360º de toda Roma. Sin duda repetiría y la aconsejaría a un amigo. El ascensor, muy pequeño, antiguo y con un sistema de puertas que vecinos no las cerraban bien y quedaba inutilizable por lo que tenias que subir andando 5 pisos hasta ver en qué piso lo habían dejado mal cerrado, no pasaba siempre (en 5 días 2 veces) De la casa me gustó absolutamente todo.

Sulla terrazza si può fare una colazione romantica al mattino, prendere il sole nel pomeriggio e ammirare i tramonti serali sdraiati nella vasca idromassaggio . Nessun detersivo per bucato

When we returned each evening, relaxing in the hot tub, and with a drink on the roof terrace, helped us recharge. Everything was idyllic. The self check in was easy and Junior was helpful by text when we needed anything. Everything was perfect

The terrace has a great View and WE spend Most of our evenings there. The Location ist great for exploring the City and with many good Restaurants very near by. Everything is really Close and walkable, the Pantheon is ca 10 minutes away, the Colosseum about 20 minutes and the Vatikan about 40.

And 10 minute walk to the Colloseum, Pantheon and other sights. The private terrace gives you one of the most beautiful views over Rome.

We were told that the apartment would be ready by 2pm, but at that point the apartment hadn't been cleaned. Also, the toilet stopped flushing, when I WhatsApp'd the manager, I got a message saying that he would respond within 24 hours.

• Joel (10/5): The location and views from this property make it the perfect spot in Rome. - The penthouse 5 th floor location, the huge triple story terrace, and the physical location 500 feet from the TREVI. Shower water soaked part of bathroom ( no biggie ), elevator very, very small but doable.

Beautiful view of Rome especially at sunset and sunrise. Staff was very helpful at checkin and checkout. rooftop facilities were abysmal. Dangerous awning broken and in disrepair. minimal loungers with no associated tables. The kitchen was minimally furnished
• Alan (4/5): Great views but too many things make this apartment not currently a luxury or worth the money. - Oskar was very helpful and contacted us many times during our stay. He was a credit to the owners. The views from all three roof terraces are wonderful. This is advertised as a luxury experience and is not cheap at almost £4,000 for one week. The reality however was disappointing. I hope the owners will take the following as constructive comments to improve the future stay of others: 1. The roof terraces have magnificent views but they are bare - they have not been dressed - why not have plants, greenery etc - this would make a real difference. 2. The lock on the door to the apartment needs attention - a number of times we spent over 5 minutes trying to get the key to turn (no alcohol involved) 3. You provide an iron but no ironing board - why? 4. The apartment has no toaster - why? 5. The apartment has no dish towels - why? 6. The towels provided are thin and of very poor quality - not a luxury experience. 7. You provide two hard plastic sun loungers on the roof terrace but these have no mattresses or cushions are are therefore unusable. 8. The curtains in the bedroom are stained with brown marks. As very experienced travellers, we understand that small things make big differences and this apartment has the potential to be truly luxurious. Most of the above issues will not be expensive to remedy and we sincerely hope that they can be undertaken to improve the experience of future guests

• Dominic (10/5): Worth every penny! An amazing view, large and clean space, and wonderful experience! - Absolutely amazing hosts and a house with a view that can't be beat. Great location and overall just a stunning experience. I highly recommend this location. Worth every penny! Nothing, it was perfect. There are a few little quirks like the super small elevator but nothing bad and it enhances the experience!
