• Shin Quentin (1/5): - Well placed Terrible service. The host is reachable by WhatsApp but simple doesn’t reply. They act as if it weren’t their problem if something is Wrong with the appartement. For us the bathroom door locked from the inside and we couldn’t access it. We finally left without help from the host nor access to the bathroom. Very disapointing.

• Hisyamuddin (7/5): 1 night stay - The house was pretty clean and nicely designed. The facilities was also good but small. Value for money. Not bad place. Guard chased us out saying visitors not allowed to swim there level 53. Then what's the point in us booking here if we can't use the facilities. Is the unit also allowed to even do Airbnb in the first place? Mentioned Setia sky 88 but unit at altuz towers. Hmm. Very confusing. The carpark was also all the way up. Takes some time to go up find parking. Inconvenient to go out often.

• sabrina (10/5): My stay at skysuite antlerzone - My family booked a 3 bedroom apartment. The property is super clean, beautiful apartment feels like staying in a hotel. Location is also good with eateries and 24 hours mart right across the property. I will definitely come back again. Would prefer to have a mirror in the rooms to get ready

• bam (1/5): - Nothing Its unfortunate we have to arrive late in JB. The staff told us we have checked in ourselves and sent us 12 steps of how to get in to property through very dark parking lot. No amenities and water will be provided also. I decided I dont want to continue with the booking so in middle of the night I have to find new place to stay! No cancelation will be refunded even though I never went to the property such a bad experience dealing with such a unclear information of what this property which only provide room and no service at all!

• muhammad zaini (10/5): Good host, good room & good fasilities - Good service by host, have complete thing as hotel like teeth brush, shower cream, shampoo and many more. Swimming pool & gym available. Have great experience here Just 2 thing to improve. 1st) got washer machine but the dryer or the machine not function well 2nd) got oven but electric trip when using it so host need to repair the power supply
• Mardiana (8/5): Very good - I like the cleanliness and the pillows. Bed was comfortable and even the pillows were comfortable to sleep on. There is no microwave to heat up food. The water dispenser was also quite faulty. Could not dispense hot water.
• Kelvin (10/5): Antler zone studio apartment - Very cosy and spacious studio right in the city center of Johor Bahru, access to food and amenities were just a step away from the apartment, chat bots were very friendly haha and fast in response. Will definitely be coming back here again, very very recommended !

Room is clean, spacious, and good location with food/mart within walking distance with good value Pool was under maintenance late Jan 2025, bed was a bit short for me (180cm) but if you sleep on the side and slightly curled up is fine

• Dina (7/5): Good - Nice deco and clean house. Towels and soap, toiletries provided. The sink tap was leaking terribly so we could not use the sink tap and the water filter. We had to close the main tap underneath the kitchen sink . The shower hose was also leaking and water bursting/splashing in every direction in the shower affecting the window wood panel. Management should have done repairing works before allowing it for rental. We were a bit dissappointed and wished that we could at least be refunded some amount due to the inconvenience caused during our stay.

• Eng (10/5): Great stay at this property. - The place is very nice. It has Netflix available, as well. There are 2 ceiling fans, in case one chooses to use them. Communication from the operator was great and prompt. No hand tissues. Feedback to the operator, and they took it very positively. Personally, I would prefer a harder/firmer mattress - just my preference, though.

• Kamalesh (1/5): Worst stay experience ever with the Host - Expected to be a common air bnb sort but this was a disaster stay..nothing to like The access card was not working to enter the carpark n facalities, thus had to park in visitor and walk up the parking lot to lobby, reported to the host and asked to manually work with the security guard. Each time need to go in and out, have to register to guardhouse, host only allow check in 4pm onwards and check out 11am.if late check out after 11am, they will charge RM20 every 15mins!, all this rules theg will only share on check in dates.dont get yourself into such a hassle.They took RM200 deposit and inform refund will be next day after check out by 6pm, guess that is also a mess to get your deposit back.had to chase them on whatsapp for the refund.i DO NOT SUGGEST you to take up this host unless you want to go thru a hassle journey, pls go ahead
