• Melissa (7/5): Good - The layout was nice of the apartment and it was in a decent location for us to get to the metro easily. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had a nice layout and refrigerator. Handles on the bathroom doors kept falling off, and one of the sinks in the bathroom was draining very slow. There were soap dispensers in both showers, but they were empty. We were not provided any dishtowels or paper towels. I'm not sure if that's supposed to be given, but other places we stay in do sometimes.So that was a little inconvenient.

• Narendra (7/5): Rome Stay - The location was good, and the communication with the host was easy. The beds were not comfortable. Both the bedroom has spring beds which are not comfortable. One room is small compared to other room. The bed is also small. There was a smell in one of the bathrooms.

We found nice restaurants and bars in the area and could experience the local vibe. The apartment is big, clean and warm in winter, with 2 full bathrooms. Good communication with the host, they answered all our questions in no time. Difficult to find parking at night

• Brittbreu (9/5): Home Away from Home in Rome ❤️ - We really enjoyed our stay here and had great customer service throughout. The manager was reachable via the Booking message feature and promptly responded to each message in a friendly, helpful and courteous manner. That was the cherry on the cake! 🎂 When we arrived, the cleaning crew hadn't finished making up the property. We had to wait shortly before entering, but the manager promptly refunded the cleaning fee we had paid to compensate us for the inconvenience. I really appreciated that 🙏 The flat is well equipped for a family stay: full kitchen (no microwave though FYI). We cooked there every night. The washing machine was also a huge plus. The flat is huge and we all had enough space after a long day with the crowds of tourists. There are also two bathrooms with showers, which is also a huge plus when travelling with two teens! It is tastefully decorated in a modern style and has charming historical features. The flat was It is located 10 minutes by foot to Re di Roma, and we were able to easily navigate the public transport system. There are several grocery stores, off-licences, butchers and green grocers around the flat - also all within walking distance. It is a non-touristy area, so we really got the feeling of living like the locals. All in all, I would definitely stay here again. In fact, I would even live here. Thank you so much for giving us a home away from home in Rome ☺️ Nothing - it was all wonderful! This place has amazing vibes. ✨️ The property unfortunately has no parking, but the managers helped us find a parking lot where we kept the car during our entire stay. So, not a deal breaker at all! The management also provided a link to a very clearly written online instruction manual with everything we needed to know. There was no room for confusion. Amazing organization and admin 👏
