• Jacinta (1/5): Péssimo atendimento em relação a situação. - Não tive a oportunidade de avaliar. Fiz a reserva de manhã bem cedinho, antes de me deslocar para a ilha. Quando já estava no barco , uma funcionária me contatou informando que eu não poderia ficar na pousada , pois já não havia mais espaço. Precisei chegar na ilha e ir atrás de outro local, sendo que estavam todos caríssimos. A funcionária disse que o problema foi o Booking , pois deixou ativo. E ninguém tentou nos ajudar.com outro local.

• Natálie (10/5): Skvělé ubytování i komunikace - Ubytování bylo ve skvělé lokalitě. Komunikace s personálem skvělá, rychlé odpovědi i skvělá domluva. Jasné instrukce ohledně ubytování i odjezdu. Rozhodně doporučuji, pokud hledáte klidné místo pár kroků od centra. V ubytování bylo soukromí, vše čisté. K dispozici nádobí, lednička i fén. Vše potřebné k dostání.
• Riccardo Rubino (3/5): For the price I paid and the ranking this place had, I was hoping for a better place. Avoid - New aircon in both bedrooms. 1) The staircase seems unsafe and about to come down; 2) there is a jacuzzi but is using untreated water, which in the island is usually yellow, which doesn't seem safe, 3) the kitchen is just one single hob, 5 plates, 2 pans and a fridge just in front of the bathroom, 4) the sofa has loads of stains and no cover.

• cristiane Yuriko Issobe (9/5): - A cama (travesseiros e lençóis) é o ponto alto, simplesmente maravilhosa e confortável; A televisão é smart (Netflix, YouTube, Globo play); O chuveiro tem uma pressão ótima e quentinho (a gás); A cozinha tem utensílios básicos suficientes para a estadia; No corredor (porta nos fundos) tem um varal. Não tinha televisão no quarto, somente na sala; A construção não tem isolante acústico, portanto dá para ouvir TUDO dos flats ao lado (sim, tudo mesmo, rs); O piso de tábua corrida é bonito, mas treme e faz muito barulho quando andamos; A luz na escada caracol é sensor de movimento, mas só acende quando chegamos no topo; Por fim, o box do banheiro é muito pequeno e vaza muito água para fora (deixa o tapete pendurado, quando for sair do box, coloca no espaço seco que encontrar).

• Carlos (7/5): Good - Location just outside of the main town. Wouldn’t want to stay in the middle of the busy streets. Bath tub had an escape, they gave us towels to mop the floor but still is not a solution to avoid getting the bathroom flooded. Ilha Grande didn’t have energy but they turned on the energy generator 2 out of every 3 times we asked. Kitchen didn’t have much utensils to cook or clean. Would love a sitting space different to get dinner. Cost-benefit I think it is not worth it
• Paula (10/5): Exceptional - The flat felt brand new and was amazing! The view from the bedroom was gorgeous! And despite being 8min walk from the city centre, we felt inside of the forest. The bathtub is huge, way bigger than it looked in the pictures. And bedding was spotless clean and so comfortable. Even the lightning was great, in that cozy yellow tone. There are somethings missing if you want to cook and have meals inside. There was no plates or cleaning products or a chair or a table. For such a pristine place, I'd expect the shower to have a door instead of the curtain because it didn't stop the water to get everywhere. All this being said, I'd still come back!
