Duong (2/5): - Nothing Very disgusting, dead cockroaches in the closet, most of equipment not working, awful smell on arrival that you cannot erase. You don't even want to take a shower here. The host does not react quickly either.
Tikao (9/5): Superb - Nice and roomy apartments. Clean, very well equipped. Close to Vinmec international hospital, malls. Shopping. Beautiful area to stay and excellent apartments. I can't see how this place was negatively reviewed. What do you expect for this price. For us it was excellent value and we highly recommend it. There was initially a minor issue with communication, but this is totally to be expected. No problems at all. The hosts tried hard to communicate everything required.
Connie (7/5): Has potential but needs improvement - Located in a nice area with easy public transport access to city centre. The host communicated well and genuinely tried to be helpful. Facilities supposedly include a pool. The pool is in another building, and it took 2 days to get access, because I wasn't happy to pay extra to use the pool. The apartment also needs a good clean. The address on booking.com is incomplete and the pin on the map is in the wrong spot so it took us ages to find it.
