• Ander (7/5): Habitación con cocina buena ubicación - La ubicación, estar en el centro de Manhattan La habitación no disponía de mesa con sillas, solo una mesa con ruedas y sentarse en la cama. El ascensor del edificio es un horror, para bajar el carrito del niño y las maletas tuvimos que esperar 20min y finalmente subir al último piso para después bajar.

Le studio bien équipé et confortable mais l'espace coin à manger un peu petit pour 5 personnes... Definitely take a chance to walk around KoreaTown at night and try the different foods both sold on the streets and in restaurants
• Sunil (2/5): Very poor - Rude owner. We didn't stay as my mother in law met with an car accident and was advised not to travel. We agree it was non refundable deal however while explaining our situation to the owner, the owner appeared rude. We were asked to provide the proof of accident for no reason and were denied any refund whatsoever.

• Meghan (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect, the price was very reasonable and it was nice for the family to all be together and everyone to have a bed in the same room! The bathroom and kitchenette we're clean and functional, and the view was amazing! The window air conditioning unit also came in handy the first night when it was hot outside. Could have used another roll of toilet paper, six people for three nights and 4 days. We used more than a roll. Also not a fan of bar hand soap. These were pretty minor things though and overall our experience was fantastic!

• Casa (7/5): Good - The location is amazing, is really close to Times Square Idk what happened but some random guys from the staff come into the room saying they need to check it bc was water in the room, but they don’t even ask for permission, kind of mean
• Danah (9/5): Excellent stay and close to everything - Very easy check in & out. So close to the subway & bus stations. So many food options as well that are within the area. So that’s pretty awesome especially for a first time visiting tourist in NYC. There were just too many people using the elevator when we checked out. And there were only 2 elevators. It took us almost 20 mins for all of us to get down to the lobby. Some of our companions used the stairs instead but we were carrying large and heavy luggages, which made it a challenge.

• Ray (6/5): We wanted a central location and this was spot on. - Shower was great. Ceiling fan needs cleaning. Beds were firm but ok. Otherwise was fine. A bit crampt for 5 of us.

• Jessica (5/5): Great location, bad stay - Location, location, location! Just a couple of blocks from the times Square, very close to subway station and empire state. That is the only highlight of the studio. Checking in and out was also easy and simple. First of all, the hallway of the 4o floor (idk about the others) smells sooooo bad. It is disgusting. My ant almost threw up when the elevator door opened. We couldn't identify what or where smells that bad, but the whole corridor stinks. Secondly, the towels... omg they had a terrible smell, too. After the first shower, we couldn't handle the smell of it anymore. We had to buy new towels for us. Also, there was some noise coming out of the exposed ducts. During the day, it was just fine because Ny is noisy anyway. However, during the night, the repeated noise was very disturbing. Don't expect white and comfy bedding like a hotel. I drove to NYC, if I knew about it I would had brought my own bedding and towels.
• Michael (9/5): Great location, great value - Great location, great value. The room and bathroom exceeded expectations for the price. Easy access to the building and the room. Easy check-in and check-out process. The amenities (mattresses, linens, and towels) are just what I would expect from this price point so not a complaint just an observation. If you want luxe go to a hotel lol.

• Angeline (9/5): It's quaint and is conveniently close to excellent shopping areas, with great host service - The location is fantastic, as it's within walking distance of multiple interesting stores in K-Town. The beds were greater in size than expected from looking at the photo gallery, but that was truthfully a good thing for us. The amenities were as described. The service from the hosts was wonderful and they had a friendly attitude! The laundry cards/payments (provided by the building, not the host) are a bit of a rip-off, as they're 10$ per card. However, the 10$ doesn't add to the balance; the laundry seems to be 4$ minimum, so that's ~20$ to do laundry. Edit: Nothing bad about the actual room, it was very nice.
