• Eva (8/5): - L'emplacement est exceptionnel. Le lit est très confortable. Terrasse très agréable. Nous avons trouvé qu'il manquait certaines choses. Il n'y avait pas de shampoing, ni de gel douche. Nous aurions aimé avoir également quelques capsules à café, thé et aromates. Pour le prix, ça manquait. Dommage.

• Esperanza (8/5): Excelente ubicación. - 1.-La ubicación excelente. 2.- La temperatura. 3.- La decoración muy acorde a la ciudad. 4.- Wifi 5.- Las terrazas 1.-El sofá cama. Es imposible someter las sábanas por ningún sitio. Al menos utilicen una sábana bajera para que se ajuste. La primera noche el niño durmió enrollado en todas las sábanas. Las siguientes noches, como es pequeño, durmió con el sofá plegado para poder someter la sabada en la hendidura. 2.- Las almohadas demasiado bajas aunque eso es para gustos. 3.- Debería haber algún paño de cocina para secar los cubiertos. 4.- Debería haber una escoba,un recogedor, cubo y fregona. Si estás varios días en el apartamento (nosotros estuvimos 5 noches) es necesario barrer el baño después de peinarse o la cocina o imagínate que se te cae algo algo al suelo y necesitas fregarlo. 5.- En la habitación del piso de abajo no hay televisión ni tostadora ni secador, solo en el apartamento de arriba. Decir que son completamente independientes porque las escaleras están por fuera del apartamento.

• Konstantin (9/5): wir kommen gene wieder - Die Erwartungen wurde deutlich übertroffen! Die Schlüsselübergabe bei der Anreise war perfekt. Lage ist ideal. Anfangs war es sehr kalt, weil wir nicht gleich herausgefunden haben, wo und wie die Heizung angeschaltet werden kann. Danach war alles sehr gut und warm. • Geltrude (2/5): Pulizia: questa sconosciuta - La posizione è eccellente. Ad un passo da piazza San Marco e dal molo da cui partono i vaporetti. Vicino ai servizi, ai ristoranti e al supermercato. Mancanza assoluta di pulizia e igiene. Le lenzuola e i cuscini erano sporchi; i copriletti e le coperte avevano un forte odore di fumo e i tessili in generale erano pieni di polvere. Anche i libri erano un ricettacolo di polvere. Polvere e ragnatele ovunque... Nel bagno un solo rotolo di carta igienica per 5 persone per 3 giorni. Scovolino wc davvero indecente... Stoviglie impolverate... La tv non permetteva la visione di nessun canale.

• mascolo (4/5): - Effettivamente la posizione è top, ma il servizio è deludente ! Avevamo previsto una sesta persona per uno dei quattro giorni: abbiamo pagato di più, ma non abbiamo ricevuto il servizio richiesto. Quando lo abbiamo segnalato, naturalmente nessuno ci ha risposto; poi, come per magia, tutto è arrivato dopo le 10, quando ormai non ne avevamo più bisogno. Inoltre mancava anche un cuscino. La pulizia poteva essere curata meglio e, in generale, si percepisce una scarsa attenzione verso il cliente. La somma pagata non rispecchia il servizio offerto !
• Salvatore (4/5): Posizione ottima, ma per il prezzo che si paga la qualità dell appartamento é scarsa. - Posizione ottima vicino piazza San Marco. Stanza sporca, pareti con muffa e con macchie di ogni tipo. Stanza angusta con scarico difettoso e vecchio.
• Erica (7/5): - Posizione centrale, comodissima per visitare la città. In generale ci siamo trovate bene. Nella stanza al primo piano c'erano zanzare, al piano terra no. Dalle finestre affacciate sulla via al mattino arrivava un po' di rumore da fuori.

• Vladimír (6/5): - Cenovo velmi vyhodne ubytovanie, nachadza sa v rusnej casti, ale vo vnutornych priestoroch je ticho. Dolny apartman je krajsi, ale je viac vlhko a mierne citit odpad, ale to je normalne vzhladom k tomu ze je to spodne poschodie. Horny je bezproblemovy, ale nie je taky romanticky ako dolny.

Doch es stellte sich heraus, dass sich neben uns noch andere Personen aufhielten, die wir jedoch nicht kannten und auch nicht gesehen haben. Allein der Gedanke, mit Fremden unter einem Dach zu sein, war merkwürdig. Deshalb mussten wir die Tür innerhalb der Unterkunft absperren. Zudem waren die Wände verschimmelt und es roch unangenehm

• Todd (6/5): This property could be great with a few improvements - great location within walking distance to absolutely everything the beds were not the best for comfort and the lower room was very musty
• Elpida (9/5): Superb - Great apartment near Piazza San Marco. Easy to reach from airport even in the midnight. There are many cafes and shops around while the vaporetto station is quite near. The room is comfortable with facilities to even cook your own pasta! We received great assistance from Davide regarding our visit and we could leave our staff in the corridor for a couple of hours after we checked out.
• Ramirez (7/5): Good - Location is incredible. The patio/garden was great. The upstairs room (with the pink bed and table) was very nice and has a nice bathroom & patio. There’s both AC & heat which is nice. The beds are hard and are both two singles pushed together so less than ideal for a couple as they separated quite a bit throughout the night. The lower room was VERY musty when we got there. I had been expecting it to smell humid from the other reviews but it was extreme and almost smelled moldy. The first night it honestly really grossed me out to sleep in there - I wasn’t sure how clean the bed could be with how strong it smelt and I woke up during the night from the smell. By the second day the smell had dissipated quite a bit after having the windows/doors open and the room was much more enjoyable. I imagine it had been locked up for quite some time before us getting there & that’s what caused the smell to accumulate.

• Katherine (10/5): Excellent central but peaceful location, value for money accommodation. - We liked that the accommodation was on 2 floors with 2 bathrooms. In a central location, minutes from the main attractions and shopping facilities, but not disturbed by noise at night. Enough equipment to cook and serve a simple meal, saving money on eating out all the time. Plus outside terraces if desired. Heating came on automatically when temperature dipped at night. And mosquito products supplied. Netflix's and Wi-Fi available. Good value for money. Nothing in particular. It might not be to everyone's preference to have a communal area between the two studio apartments, if you had younger children. Maybe that could be pointed out more in the description of a the accommodation. Accepted there was going to be a slightly damp smell in basement studio and mosquitos are a pain, but also a given.

• Castillo (8/5): Very good - Well furnished, plenty of utensils, pots and pans give this apartment a feeling of being home. We rented both floors and had use of all facilities including the back porch. Good communication with owner and even provided restaurant recommendations. The toilet was missing its seat, which made it extremely uncomfortable to use. Was reported but not fixed. Must fix musty smell in the first level apartment.

Property would be fine for a family, but much less suitable for 2 separate couples - although advertised as 2 separate apartments.

• Claudiu (8/5): Easy access to City Center - Nice place, close to San Marco square. Easy access with code, safe area. The host responded immediately to our messages. The information received after the booking from the host were very accurate and useful. The apartment has 2 units. One at the ground floor and one at the first floor. But on the first floor there is another private apartment, so you have to share the lobby, and staircase. For us it wasn't a problem. Also in the kitchen there is room for improvements...as : organizing the dishes, leaving some pods for the espresso machine at least for Welcoming(for those interested in having a coffee inside), some sugar or tea etc...would be helpful for the turists and not pricy for the host.
